Our back yard was a hot mess: a combination of our neighbors' stalled projects (read: 10 double paned storm windows, glass doors, piles of half rotten lumber, sheets of found plywood, and 4 huge multi-pane, steel frame window panels), rotten firewood, a shed full of previous tenant's junk, and broken lawnmowers and bikes leaning on every vertical surface. It was impossible to enjoy. Damon estimated a lower price based on pictures, but when he saw the full magnitude let me know it would be a bit higher, and we negotiated a price that was more than fair for the amount of labor (about 7 hrs of work) and volume of junk (two full truckloads) that was ultimately required. We agreed upon a flat rate at the estimate, and he stuck to it, even though the job ended up taking two days of work. I know the dump fees alone were probably $300 at least, so considering that he charged a flat rate of only a few hundred more than that, this was an amazing deal. He was communicative and respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Would 100% recommend. read more

Damon initially quoted me $695, which was a competitive rate, but I told him that I was shopping around, so he thought about it for a moment and dropped the price to $495. We thought that was too low for the job (You should have seen the pile!) so we ended up paying him $550 for the truck load. Would definitely recommend. I can't guarantee you'll get a deal, but even if you end up paying the $695 I found two other companies that offer the same service for the price, so I know he was being straight with me. I hired Damon on the recommendation from a former client. He was very responsive at first but when it came down to the finish he got his money he left things not finished that he promised he was going to take care of. He also damaged property in the process and made multiple promises to make it right.
