My little guy looking like he was upto no good! lol

After 2 years of searching high and low, I ended up getting my best friend "Coco" a teacup Morkie from www.iheartteacups.com. They hands down have the most beautiful puppies. (I even flew out to florida to see another puppy and he ended up looking different than the pictures that were sent to me) I was not very happy about that but I guess that happened because I was meant to have my Coco. He is just a little over 2.5lbs and is the love of my life. He is like my child, and i get to celebrate Mothers day because of him! Honestly the girls at iheartteacups were so kind, honest and helpful. I had a million question, I am one of those customers you want to kill, lol, but they were patient and I couldn't be more grateful for their help. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are picky about the look of your puppy, and have high standards like myself. Not only is he healthy and perfect, but he came potty trained! I take him everywhere with me. Will continue to send you girls referrals! xoxo

Milo as a pup and the day we had to put him down. My poor baby. No one deserves to go through this, especially him.

I've been to ACCESS, but VSEC is the closest 24/7 emergency hospital in the area and I took my cat…read morethere and would go back if I need emergency care again BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE I HAD...but there are a *TON* of nasty-bad reviews about this place. According to those reviews, was my experience was a fluke? I don't know--I don't know what to think now. Fortunately, though, I got lucky and was the only one there at that time of night so I received immediate and uninterrupted service. I brought my 15 yr old cat in for an emergency last Friday night at 11:30pm for a neurological event and ultimately had to euthanize him. I've read some bad reviews that talk about Drs pushing euthanasia, but that was absolutely not the case here. Based on the way he presented it could only have been a stroke, aneurysm, tumor or something else in the brain, so there was clearly no alternative (and I'm not going to put a cat through brain surgery). I already had the knowledge of labs/urine when my Dr gave him a clean bill of health 2-days prior (ironically). The Dr at VSEC and I decided to shoot an xray or two just to make sure there was nothing blatantly obvious like a mass but they were clean. This helped us arrive at the correct conclusion. I also requested that he just interpret the xrays rather than sending them to the stat radiologist and he accommodated me. (WOW, someone actually saying they saved money at this place!--remember to advocate for yourself!) The Dr (Sorry I don't remember his name) I worked with was 10/10, couldn't have been more compassionate, and helped me through the decision-making process. I was able to spend as much time with the cat as I wanted before and after we put him to sleep...and I spent nearly an hour and was never bothered or hurried. So as lousy as that was, the experience was the best I could have hoped for. No complaints about the tech or the girl I talked to on the phone that told me to drive safely.

Worst experience at this place, especially dealing with Cody from the emergency department …read more I've been a loyal customer for years and never had any issues before. Recently, I learned they have different staff, Emergency team and Cardiology specialist staff on different days. The cardiology technician and doctor I normally work with are amazing. They are only there on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. On the other days, it's been a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against going then. Prices were quoted nearly four times higher. For my dog, we have always done a single-view X-ray. However, Cody insisted on doing a three-view X-ray, which would have cost almost $1,300. I asked if it was possible to do the single view, as I've done for years with the other doctor. Cody responded by saying I am not a doctor and that if I wasn't happy, I could go somewhere else. I honestly did not feel any compassion from him and found him to be cold and dismissive. When I mentioned I would leave a review, he said he didn't care and told me to go ahead. I felt forced and helpless at that point and signed a release form to discharge my dog. I left feeling hurt and distressed.

Who let the dogs out?…read more Who, who, who, who, who? No! Not the song from the year 2,000... Literally, there are some dogs running all through the parking outside of 3 tails Dog Salon... Haha True story? Maybe A Hook just to grab your attention?? Probably Will you ever know the truth??? Absolutely Not ;) But hey, you made it this far, so let's just keep on going. Approximately a year or so ago... I was shopping at my local Trader Joe's and in the parking lot (NO, there were no dogs on the loose), but there was a table set up with 2 girls advertising a new Dog Salon that was opening right next to T.J.'s. As we were on the hunt for a new dog groomer (our last one turned out to be a nightmare), we were excited to know that one was coming soon and it was literally right down the street from our house. So I took a business card and asked how comfortable they were with working with Pugs (which are not big fans of getting their nails clipped) to which they replied "they could absolutely do it." Within a week from my initial interaction with the 3 Tails staff in the parking lot, I made an appointment with the gal behind the counter named X.O. Little did I know then, but X.O. would soon be the one who would always ensure our sweet pug named Teddy was in good hands every time we would bring him here for a nail trim. X.O., you truly are the BEST!!! Since Teddy's first nail clipping here, we have been back pretty much every 2 to 3 weeks and over time, Teddy has seemed to get less and less anxious when it came time to go in for a nail trimming. In the beginning, I'll admit that I too would be a little anxious and would nervously wait for him right outside while he was in the back getting his nails done. Nowadays, I just drop him off with no cares in the world and go shopping at T.J's. Within 20 minutes or so, my Teddy boy is ready for pick up and he seems to be unfazed. I truly believe that it's the 3 Tails Team that works their magic and their genuine love for dogs brings a calmness not only to the dogs themselves, but also to their nervous-nelly pet owners (aka me). Other than nail trimmings, 3 Tails Dog salon offers the following: Baths, Grooming, Teeth Brushing, Ear Cleaning, Anal Glands Service and Day Care is also available. So if you are a Thousand Oaks, Conejo Valley local and you're looking for an AWESOME Dog grooming salon, I highly encourage you to give this place your business and support.
