They have a pool, provide breakfast in the morning and have ice prepackaged for guests. I stayed in a standard king room and it was so huge I thought maybe I booked a suite. The bed was nicely made, there is a fridge, microwave and iron in the room. The bathroom is a decent size and they have glass doors instead of shower curtains which I appreciate. But the shower itself could use a deep clean. There was calcium build up on the shower head and the ledge at the bottom looked a little brown. You can tell they clean but it appears they may be only catching the high touch points. A deep clean would be helpful. I didn't catch those bathroom things until the end of my stay otherwise I would have changed rooms. Lastly, if you order food they can't come to your room you have to go to the lobby. Front desk did call to let me know my food was there so it wasn't sitting out there long. Overall a good stay.

Starting with the nicest young man who checked us in I wish I got his name! He made us smile after a long day at work. For less than $200 we got a suite! The hot tub was exactly what we needed to relax our muscles. Extra blankets and pillows already in the room. Oh and the breakfast the next morning was so unique!! Nothing like we've had before. It was some kind of breakfast tacos. So good. The only thing I could suggest to make it better was that the water temp in the shower didn't seem to get very hot and we barely had shampoo but honestly that's just small things. In comparison to what we had to deal with at other hotels this was LUXURY!

It's in a business park and seems to be geared more towards business travelers. It is quite far back within the little development. There is a Chipotle and Five Guys nearby and a diner and some other stops on the strip . The room was very clean and quite spacious. It had a West End couch, a walk in closet (!) and a microwave along with a mini fridge. Breakfast was average. Oatmeal, DIY waffles, a few hot items, fruits, yogurts, etc. I liked that all their items were labeled - as a vegetarian sometimes it can be tricky with hotel breakfasts that like to hide meat in eggs. They had cold brew out as well as hot coffees which I thought was a nice option. Very big lobby/breakfast area. Came back to cookies in the lobby one evening which was a nice surprise. The staff was very professional. Overall I was very pleased with this option. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

I, like almost all travelers, took a bit to book this on my laptop reading reviews and comparing prices. To tell me I can just cancel and book somewhere else isn't that easy. Search pools, locations and prices all from my phone in a hotel lobby? No thank you. So we kept the hotel and instead of an easy post flight afternoon of throwing the kids in the hotel pool, we had to pay for a cab to head to an entertainment place and spend even more money. The good: Rachel Kuhn the GM was extremely sweet and apologetic for the pool issue and said it came from higher ups in the hotel chain to not give discounts or any type of reimbursement for the pool issue. She gave us her business card and told us to reach out for the next visit to try to help us out. Fresh towels and turned over bed everyday but we found a bottle of Mountain Dew next to the bed, big thing for housekeeping to miss. Big bathrooms with all the conveniences. they also have laundry services on site. It was all going so well until breakfast. They advertise a hot breakfast (bear in mind we paid over $300 for a 2 queen room). Breakfast was from 6am to 10am. It was a weekend and we got there around 9:25am. There was literally no food. There was only one member of staff who was manning all the breakfast stations. Took him a good 15 minutes to refill the food and at 9;45 her announced that the food he had just replenished was the last even though guests had been waiting 15 minutes and the food he had laid out was gone in less than 5 minutes because people had been lining up for ages. To add insult to injury once the food trays in the warmers were gone (I'm literally 3 minutes), he took them away to wash and that was it. And then the breakfast are was closed at 9:55am. All this is bearing in mind people had been waiting for food for ages. Pretty poor for the price you pay.

It was very convenient as it was about a mile and a half from the wedding venue. It had free parking and Wi-Fi. We were able to walk to a diner nearby. The young guy at the front desk was much nicer than the older woman - especially in regards to the goodie bags. Yes, we understand that you're following the rules - one goodie bag per room. There was one young gal at breakfast time that could be friendlier, too. She was a bit snappy as she cleared plates from our private farewell room. The food was quite good! The groom's "get ready" room had chips, sandwiches, canned sodas, and wraps while the bride's "get ready" room had fresh fruits, sausages, scrambled eggs, cereal, and mimosas... LOL! We all had fun together in a safe, clean environment... that's the main thing!
