Enjoying a snowed meal at IHOP
    Kenneth J.

We visited this IHOP after the first snow storm. The food was hot and fresh and the staff was very friendly. Our food came out quickly. Athough our server was not the friendliest, he was efficient. (Big tall caucasian male). We enjoyed our visit, the restroom was reasonably clean. We tipped 20% and left full and content.

Stopped by thinking we could get a quick lunch since we were on a time crunch but we thought wrong. Our waitress, an older lady, was super nice and always checking up on us. For some reason our order was taking a lot longer than it should've and she apologized repeatedly. I ordered the sirloin Salisbury and my husband the omelet breakfast. Not sure why it took so long for our order to come out being that we were one of two tables occupied in the establishment. Not only that the gravy on the Salisbury wasn't gravy, more like pan drippings. The potatoes also had a hard crust obviously left from the pan it was scraped from. Because we were in a hurry we didn't make a fuss. It wasn't our waitresses fault for whatever was going on in the kitchen. Our waitress was so sweet, she clearly saw my disappointment in my order and kept asking if everything was okay. I have an rbf so that didn't help. LOL IHOP is usually a safe spot for us to stop in since they're usually consistent in what's produced. Just not really that day we stopped in.

Three cars in the lot, and no service. It's worse now than when it first opened 6 years ago.

Cold food, poor service. When a customer hands you their food back and says it's cold, you refuse it. Not answer with "I didn't cook it ". When a customer comes back at the GM's request, don't make them wait for 15-20 minutes before they get up and leave.

I decided to try the salmon eggs benedict, and it was nothing short of outstanding--a beautiful fusion of flavors with perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise, and fresh, high-quality salmon. Every bite was satisfying and thoughtfully prepared. The rustic potatoes were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned just right, making them the perfect complement to the dish. I also ordered mimosas made with fresh-squeezed orange juice, which added a refreshing and vibrant touch to the entire experience. What impressed me most was the attention to detail, from the presentation of the food to the overall quality of the ingredients. You can really tell they care about what they serve. I drove 40 minutes just to try this place, and it was absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier brunch experience!

We came for a birthday with our girlfriends. Our food was delicious but even though they weren't busy, they rushed us so much! We were celebrating a birthday and at the 15 birthdays we've celebrated at this restaurant before this, they always brought a birthday crepe and this time they didn't. Then they cleared EVERYTHING from our table the second we paid. Water glasses everything. The birthday girl looked at the man clearing our table and said "well, I guess that's our que." There's no way they needed our table, there were plenty open. It was just disappointing when you have certain expectations regarding service when this specific restaurant created the expectation!

SO much flavor, but if you're like me and can't handle too much during breakfast i don't recommend ordering it bc it's A LOT of food lol i couldn't finish. it's huge pieces of pork belly with eggs on top of cornbread cake and served with potato wedges!! tbh SOOO cheap for all that you get. normal eggs benedict elsewhere are about the same with so much less food. we also tried their specialty whipped coffee which was okay, i think i expected more since it's one of their most popular items but it's worth trying for sure. the restaurant is basically a house so it feels really cozy and is a super cute spot for a brunch date. i would feel overwhelmed bringing a big group of people here but they have a lot of outside seating too! overall such a great brunch place, definitely made it to one of my top favorites :)

I whipped my car into the parking lot of the gas station which the restaurant is attached to (so you know it's good). I pulled up to the drive through, placed my order, paid and received my food quickly all in one stop. They have very efficient operations! I ordered the biscuit and gravy with hash browns (knowing this is too much food for me lol but gotta test the menu!) and a sweet tea. We all know the "lords chicken" biscuits, well, I have been very frustrated with how dry and crumbly they are and wondering why or if I even liked biscuits. Linda's Kitchen reminded me what a good biscuit really is and the pepper gravy reminds me of my momma's. The hash browns are just right mix of crispy and soft, gotta have both, with a hint of onion flavor (yum). The sweet tea is just right too. You can tell they keep their urns clean (I'm very picky about this) and yes, the tea is sweet but not sticky/thick. It's still a drink not a syrup. I'm so glad I found this little spot. They had a line at the drive through and people dining outside middle of the week which actually is speaks for itself. I'll for sure be back.

We visited the Loganville location this morning, and while the food is always great, it was the exceptional customer service that made this visit one we won't forget. I decided to try the Maple Bacon Croissant from the new fall menu. It was fresh and beautifully prepared, but unfortunately, it just wasn't for me. I ate some of my potatoes, picked off my husband's plate, and never mentioned anything to our server because there was nothing wrong with the food--it simply wasn't my personal taste. We paid our bill and were getting ready to leave. That's when Nicole, who appeared to be a manager, stopped by our table. She noticed that I had barely touched my meal and asked if I needed a box. When I told her no, she didn't just walk away. She genuinely asked if there was a reason I hadn't eaten much of my food. I explained that I simply wasn't a huge fan of what I ordered but didn't want to make a big deal about it. Nicole asked my husband and me to give her one minute and returned with a gift card for a future visit. We were completely blown away. I never complained. I never asked for my meal to be removed from the bill. I never asked for anything at all. She simply noticed. And that is what exceptional hospitality looks like. It wasn't the gift card that impressed us most--it was the fact that Nicole was paying enough attention to notice that a guest hadn't enjoyed their meal and cared enough to do something about it without ever being asked. In a time when great customer service can sometimes feel hard to come by, that small gesture made an enormous impression on us. First Watch Loganville, you have an absolute gem in Nicole.
