Ordered the $7.00 value breakfast this morning! Ham & Cheese Omelette & 2 pancakes I have never had an omelette like this! The omelette was flat and the ham & cheese were thrown on top of the egg! First and foremost the waitress was the only reason that it wasn't 1 star. She was amazing. As for the restaurant, it was very clean. As someone with a culinary background, I have to say. The Hollandaise with the bacon was the only thing good on my plate. The avocado was as if a had bitten into a literal apple. If you are a cook and or chef; when you went to cut into the avocado, you knew it wasn't ready to be served to anyone, and you did it anyway. The person sitting in the booth next to me had ordered something with avocado and they told them that the avocado were too hard to serve. I immediately spoke up and said, absolutely. Because how does a person break an avocado slice? And let's not forget that my Eggs Benedict were HARD BOILED... Who asked me how I wanted my egg poached? No one; so why would you assume I didn't or did want a runny yolk? You decided for me and got it wrong. In school I made an egg 100 ways... No exaggeration. I almost cried when I cut into the eggs. I walked in and was greeted by ppl in the kitchen after 5 mins of standing there. There was a sign explaining their staffing crisis as well but I waited patiently. After 30 minutes and a crowd of 10 ppl waiting someone called the store and cussed out management. At the 40 min mark I finally was seated. Apologies were made to other tables more than me. I was recently let go from this location for speaking up for myself, New management or shutdown ! The girls are very unwelcoming & selfish. You can't go to the manager Travis about anything because he will tell everyone what you came to him about. March 16th I opened and at 9 the rest of the servers came in including the host. I was moved to the middle of the list and sat twice within the next two hours when everyone else had 4 tables or more I went to the back of the house and told Travis I won't be dealing with this today it's not fair and he told me I didn't have a job anymore. I worked at ihop for two months and everyday it was something if it wasn't the serves it was the manager not managing right. Travis needs to be replaced and they need a manager who will correct the serves behavior instead of getting rid of the new ones and keeping the ones who keep getting complaints. read more

Had a great experience. I moonlight as a server and my niece is a former server at J Aiexander (rigorously trained with high standards). We understand how restaurants work and who is responsible for what. We visited IHOP on Sunday a little after noon. There was a steady stream of customers. We were met with a bright smile and great personality ELIZABETH. She sat us down and immediately got our drinks. As we ordered, she was patient kind and answered any question we had. When she left, she was quickly back with a large refill since I had already finished my drink. The food took a bit long but that was ok. Another server ran our food (that server was also very nice and attentive) and When we got the food, it was warm, delicious and EXACTLY how we ordered. Elizabeth was AMAZING. I was so impressed with her that I spoke to the manager about what a great job she did and how she made our visit a good one. When I go back to TN, I will definitely go back as long as Elizabeth or that other nice server can wait on us. The five stars are directly because of Elizabeth. read more

My family visited the restaurant on 11-18-23. The food was mediocre at best. It took forever and part of it was cold. We looked beyond that with the assumption that the kitchen was having an *off* day. I paid via the app before leaving the table. $88.75 to be exact. While in the parking lot getting into the car, an employee walked out and and stood in front of the car, staring and making odd hand gestures. I asked what he was doing and he said "are you not going to pay?" I showed him the transaction from my Apple Card and he stated "it says pending" I tried to explain that I didn't have control over the pending, yet he continued to accuse me of not paying. He was the assistant manager. He was intimidating, persistent and it was unnerving. I followed him back inside to the register, where it plainly showed "PayNGo-MC tendered Nov 18 20:33 Check Closed, unpaid balance 0". But he still insisted I didn't pay. In the past few weeks I have visited this IHOP location three times. Also visited Huddle House once and Denny's up the street. This place is still by far the best quality food of the bunch. If you go to any of these in the morning rush the service can be stressed due to understaffing. I normally do not go during those times so rarely see poor service. The bacon is better quality, thicker and tastier. Pancakes are great but better with heated syrup. They will do this if you ask. As in the past I will continue visiting this location. read more

My wife and I with our son went to this Ihop for her birthday pancakes. Our server Jordyn C was sweet and attentive. She gave great service. When we showed the free pancake page in our app for my wife's birthday "for some reason we did not get an email this year although we did from every year back to 2014 saved" she said she would have to get the manager for approval which we expected. The manager came to the table and asked to see the code. I told her that there wasn't one and showed her the app and where it showed my wife's birthday and the "free" stack... she said, and I quote, "I guess they didn't give you any free pancakes this year:, and then just walked off. I couple of us, after a long drive and our stomachs grumbling, we decided to stop by this IHOP on Christmas Day. One of the main restaurants that was still open late night. For being how late it was, the place was incredibly busy and we were not surprised when our waitress informed us that they were or I'd very close of running out of food. Regardless, took the chance and got seated. Majority of us wanted pancakes & we were able to get our food in a timely manner. I love their strawberries bananas pancakes, they were delicious. Our waitress was courteous, friendly and very accommodating. If you like a good breakfast anytime of day or night, this is a good place to go, in my opinion. read more

Service was slow. I walked in and I waited for 5 mins before being noticed. I legitimately thought they were closed. Once I got seated, the table across from me had leftover food on it, but no biggie right? The waiter will take it back soon enough. After finishing my food, I waited 15ish mins for the waiter to come back. Once he finally took my card and i could pay and could leave, the leftover food was still there. This is one of the worst restaurants. We both got the roast beef. We had about a half of a cup of instant mashed potatoes. 5 small pieces of broccoli and about 10 tiny tiny pieces of meat and about a 1/4 cup of stuffing. We had to ask for gravy. It came with no salad, no bread, nothing. So we ordered a Cobb Salad to split to go with it. It was the skimpiest and most bitter salad ever. It had 4 little pieces of chicken and a little bit of egg. So Chincy! Someone is pigging all their food and not giving it to the customers. We were so hungry that we got the buttermilk pancakes for a filler. Then we ordered the strawberry cream crepe Suzette's to go....It was only the wraps with about a half a Tablespoon of strawberry juice and no cream at all, NONE!! I can't believe it! I will never ever ever go back here again! Never! And I don't recommend it to anyone else either...cuz I looked around and everyone had the skimpiest meals. An omelette is the smallest I've ever seen in my life with hardly anything on them. I have a pic of the crepe Suzette's I'll share on here. Seriously, I think I really need to call my attorneys and demand my money back. I also forgot to share that the gravy we asked for was straight from the fridge not heated at all. My and my family's food was cold and we did not get all of our food. They took forever to get our food.

Garbage on so many levels. It took about 10 minutes to get seated in a halfway empty restaurant and then once we were seated, they made no accommodations for us to seat our son in a car seat. We stood there for 5 minutes with our son in the aisle and no one to assist us (I tried to flag down two different employees who worked hard to not make eye contact). The staff fit into either being extremely rude or completely incompetent. I'm never coming back to this location ever again. read more

Used to be alright but now this IHOP is horrible! The service is slow and unreliable, the food portion is very small and doesn't taste great, and the management doesn't seem to care. There is never anyone waiting to seat you and you typically have to wait to be seated even though it is never busy. For being extremely slow (people coming in), the servers are pretty inattentive. On my last visit we waited 20 minutes for our food and other tables were waiting just as long. It was like they had only one cook. Some people got up and walked out. We were also surrounded by dirty tables, none of them were getting cleaned. The waitress was exclaiming how busy it was but not even half the diner was filled, couldn't have been more than 8 tables. My friend decided to go here to eat. Well, when started eating i bit down into something hard. I opened up my sandwich up to see what was. It was a hard piece of plastic. Luckily, my teeth bit into this to find it. My friend called the manager over and she said sorry that it was a piece of plastic that came off the loaf of bread. This review is for their national cheeseburger day promotion. I went as a family of five, four adults and one child. The four adults all ordered the promotion of a Ultimate Steak Burger a side and free pancakes. As always the pancakes were delicious. However two of us ordered our hamburgers well done and one ordered their hamburger without onions. The burger without onions of course was served with onions and the two well done burgers were barely cooked. They were grey around the edges and pink in the middle. We had the pinkest one sent back and asked again for well done. And again it came back barely cooked at all. I believe the problem is that they are trying to cook a patty on a griddle that is to thick to be cooked on a griddle. If they are going to continue to sell hamburgers than they need to either switch to a thinner patty or a different method of cooking the patties. read more
