This particular ihop provided a better dining experience than others I've been to. First off, it was the holidays so they were pretty festive with decorations. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which usually hasn't been the case for the ihops I've visited. The menu seemed pretty standard like other locations I've been to. A broad selection of breakfast foods such as waffles, pancakes, omelette, or even brunch options like steaks and burgers. They are known for the combination choices of how you want your pancakes. Soft, fairly reasonable in portion, their pancakes are really good. I got a blueberry pancake with a breakfast combination platter which came with choice or meat and home fries. The blueberry pancakes did not have fresh berries cooked into them, but you're given blueberry syrup. Other options like their French toast is really good too; not overly sweet. You know what, IHOP has done it again... I meant in a good way. My delicious fish n chips along with my strawberry crepes was on point. The service has been very nice and the server was attentive. We decided to go in the kids of the afternoon. They do a real thorough job in meeting their health and safety in the kitchen and dine-in. Thank you for making my Sunday afternoon fun. This Memorial Day, I was a little excited. I promised my family that I would take them to IHOP for breakfast. I am a United States Marine, and I had my Veteran card with me. I had read that U.S. veterans would get a 20% discount at IHOP. Not only did I not get a discount, but when I asked my waitress to talk to the manager about why I could not, I walked up there a few seconds behind her to see him as well. I heard him say F@#! Only giving a 1 star because I can't give anything less. I just had the absolute worst dining experience at IHOP Good Middling Dr. We were told if the service was so bad then we didn't have to dine there ever again. We could go back to Skibo. Not I apologize or anything. We were told we should have remembered our own order. How was she (our waitress) supposed to remember 12 people's order. The manager said if we weren't being disrespectful (by saying we were gonna call the 1800 number about our service) then she (the server) wouldn't have said anything back to us or tried to jump over the counter to fight us but had to be physically restrained by her coworker. There's not much one can say about an Ihop. I'm mad about the lack of boysenberry syrup, but we can overlook that. I visited this location recently and had a very nice brunch with my friend. Our server was courteous and quick, the food was above my initial expectations, and because of the pandemic it was nice and quiet. I had a crepe with cannoli filling and lingonberries and an omelet loaded with cheese and bacon. Both were spectacular, even though I like my crepes with a little more crisp to them. I've been here a few times. The two times I've eaten in I have had no issues. Staff has been great and food has been good! This last time I did curbside pick up. The messaging and email service and this location need to get their stuff together. I was not told through the email or text I received that there was special parking. I figured there would be signs when I pulled up but I didn't see anything so I parked close to the front. My text said to click the link when I was there. I did that and immediately received a text that they knew I was there and would be out soon. 15 minutes later and nothing so I called and the extremely rude lady wouldn't listen to me and told me there was no one in the curbside pick up so they won't bring the food out. I asked her where it is and she says the side of the building..... there are FOUR sides to the building. So I literally drive around the whole thing to only be behind in the parking spot I was originally in and then they bring it out. So if you're doing curbside you better know what you're doing because, even though I would think they had a message saying I was, there they won't call or check or anything! This tie it was brought the wrong food after waiting in excess of 30 minutes, then waiting almost 30 more minutes to get it corrected, only for it to be messed up 2 more times. Hard to believe with ordering normal stuff like eggs, bacon and wheat toast! I can totally understand if it was something uncommon. Then to ask for a manager to only be offered to remake one part of your meal, eat the other cold.... "how about remake the eggs, bacon and toast so they are all hot and can be eaten at the same time? Or just maybe offering a discount to go with it for all the issues?!?" Super nice wait staff.... just poor execution, timing and customer service by the manager! We were surprised when he informed us he was brand new and the only person there opening. We ordered coffee and water to start off with. After 10 minutes still no water or coffee. I've eaten at many IHOPs in my life but this has to be the worst one ever! I have eaten in the store and have also gotten take-home many times. The food when you eat in the store is fairly good but for some reason when you get a take out they clearly cannot get it right. My order was bacon and eggs, hash browns and crepes with bananas and strawberries. One tiny cup of sauce. The bacon was very undercooked, one egg had absolutely no yolk, the hash browns were so dry I couldn't even choke them down with a soda and the Crepes were fairly dry as well. My family of 7 stopped by on our way to the next leg of our vacay. Keyantee was our server, he was amazing! He got all of our orders right without writing anything down. My husband and I went for a fundraiser for a local school. Which was very nice of them to do. When we left we left a $9.00 tip on the table not that the service was great, but because of the extra people from the school the servers were running the whole time. I went to pay for our meal the total was $39.38. I wrote on the tip line that I left the tip on the table. When it cleared my bank the total changed from $39.38 to $45.00 I called the IHOP 4 times left my name and number for the manager to call me back then I called the 800 on the receipt. This was over a month ago and I am still waiting to get a call from someone. I would not recommend this place unless you want to pay a tip twice. read more

Sometimes when we go, they don't even bother to ask how everything is and don't say, "You're welcome." when we say, "Thanks." for the refill or having done what we asked. One of The Best IHOPS to include the newly built one in spring lake. Near the area so it's a quick drive from the crib to the restaurant. The service from being seated to ordering food to checking out is OUTSTANDING! Been to this one many times since its been built always leave a happy customer as well as my family.
