Never again!!! Our first time here and we thought let try it out... Waited almost 20 min and no server came and ask if we want something to drink.. I will never want to experience this IHOP ever again as it was so terrible that it has dwindled my opinion of IHOP entirely. Granted I didn't go there expecting perfection, I did at least expect the food to be edible. I ordered the Cinna-Stack pancakes this morning with two biscuits and what I got was rough cardboard in the shape of pancakes and flour in the shape of biscuits. Even worse, another customer was displeased with the service and didn't want to pay for her meal because her food was cold. My friend and I assumed that the place must have been understaffed, especially when we practically waited over 15 minutes for our check to arrive. Worse service I have ever received. My meal I requested my egg to have the whites done but with a yolk center. It came out like snot. I sent it back it took 20 minutes to remake not only my meal but my daughters. They took her and I complete meal so we couldn't eat anything. We never got refills on our drinks. Waiter never came back at all after the plates went back. Manager came with new set of egg they were raw too. She said well I made them like I was lying so I pick up the egg and the snotty whites were hanging from the fork so she took the plates away. I was like ok I guess we are done eating. Best experience by far! Every time we come into IHOP we don't have good service BUT today was different. The new lady Deidra was amazing! Our food was here before it hit the 20 minute mark (which it usually takes 35 min). Attentive, refilled our drinks, and even gave us drink to go without us even asking! I'm really disappointed. The food was good but I didn't get what I ordered. I ate it because I didn't wanted to wait again. I asked for 4 crepes with strawberries and got two crepes with cream. For the same price. So we asked our waiter why we still have to pay that price and she didn't know what to say. All she said was "what do you want me to do?" Well we wanted her to get the right price for a already messed up order. I asked for a side of 3 scrambled eggs with cheese. I got one egg with cheese. We went for a bite to eat after a movie at about 11p. When we arrived we were immediately approached outside the building by a waitress smoking a cigarette who began giving us directions where to sit and warning us not to receive help from other servers. The tables were dirty and unkempt. The food was horrible and we didn't even receive our complete meals which I suppose was to our benefit. There were only 6 customers in the restaurant when we arrived. Still took 6 minutes for someone to come out of the back and seat us. Another 8 minutes for someone to get our water and then 15 minutes for someone to take our order. So I would not recommend this location to anyone. The booths have holes in them it looks dirty and you can tell the managment doesn't care about the appearance of their restaurant. They are also severely understaffed. Terrible experience. I had to remind the server for water, cream, and half of my meal. The managers walked around looking, but stayed clear of the tables, and avoided eye contact. Not one of the three managers I saw asked how our meal was and they weren't even busy. The restaurant is very dark (gray painted walls) and the lighting is poor. I ordered breakfast and received less than 1/2 cup of barely cooked hash browns when I specifically asked for well done. The food is expensive and the experience poor. I prefer the IHOP in Hilliard which is a shame because this one is much closer. read more

She was fun, friendly, sweet and absolutely on top of her game- anticipating our needs and exceeding all of our expectations! We have seen the IHOP for several months, and thought that we would finally give it a try. The commercials look so nice. We were so very, very disappointed. Our server was sweet, but as she made a point to tell us several times it was her first day. Our food was absolutely horrible. The eggs were undercooked and the toast came out almost white. When a restaurant that is famous for breakfast can't even get the toast right , you know there's a problem. When I let the 15 year old looking manager know she said "oh". That was it. The food took about 25 minutes to come out when we had only ordered pancakes and eggs. And, to top it off the prices were much higher than I had expected. We will never be back. read more

I know it is Mothers day, and I expected a wait. We arrived about 11:05am. We were seated oddly fast. Placed our order as well as our drinks. We waited, a waiter came by to ask us if anyone has taken our order. After waiting 30 minutes we asked the waiter if there was a time frame as we had two kids with us, he never told us a time just claimed that he put a rush on it. At the about 45 minute mark of waiting we asked again just an I'm sorry, he never even bothered to check on a time. By this point I had a very angry 19 month old who was hungry, well my in-laws stayed at the table while I went outside to distract our hunry kids to come back to the table to learn my in-laws pushed for the waiter to go back and figure out where our order is...this is at the hour mark...waiter came back our order has not even been started! While people who came after us was getting their food...so we asked for the manager and was told she is busy. As we were leaving I saw the manager at the front desk, I told her our family has sat over and hour at this point to learn that our food has not even been cooked, she said oh want me to go check on that? I told her no they already did...so she said well I wish we could have talked about it at this point my husband chimes in and says we tried we were told you were too busy and promptly left. We went down the road to Tee Jays and was able to order, eat, and leave within 45 minutes. I don't know what is wrong with this Ihop but we always have problems here the mangerial staff needs to really be looked at. read more
