I'm posting this review on a Saturday morning. Very disappointed in the service. I had a single ice coffee and didn't receive a single refill once. I ordered the 2x2x2 and then waited an 40 minutes only for my entire meal to be cold. When i looked around the establishment there were hardly 4 full tables including mine. I don't know what the cause for all the delays were and i couldn't care less. Please do better, especially when it's on a Saturday. read more

We have been to this location twice and have not been acknowledged by waitstaff. The first time we waited 10 minutes and then left. This time, 8 minutes. As a couple that have worked in the service industry for over twenty years, we understand a wait and are fine with waiting a bit. Finally get sat, order taken by a server new to the establishment, order in kitchen, only 2 of us, 1st one meal comes to the table, then waiting, waiting when the second comes out eggs are wrong and the breakfast meats are missing... If i could put 0 stars, I would've. They are extremely slow and the restaurant was almost empty. No one checked on us to see if anyone taken our order. We finally order and after 35/40 minutes, still no food. I left. It was very unprofessional, might as well close that location or better management or something. This place needs better staffing. We came in at 7 am on a Saturday. There was one person serving food and one person cooking. Our server was attentive as she could be given that the dining room was filling up. We waiting an entire hour before receiving food because there was not enough kitchen staff. I got a medium t bone and over easy eggs for breakfast. My steak was not only overcooked but it was dry. My over easy eggs were also overcooked. Did a online order and it was wrong. I showed up 10 minutes past the pick up time and still had to wait. While waiting other customers in the store were waiting 45 plus minutes on water and food one guy waited an hour just to get up and a leave with his family because they still didn't receive their food. We ordered on the app and waited even past the time it said it was ready & our food wasn't ready. About 5 workers walked around and glanced at the people waiting to either pick up orders or to be seated and kept walking as if they didn't see us. One waitress who did seem like she was trying tried to help us but she said their system went down & was trying to retake our order. The "manager" came and asked about our food and said he would check in the back. We waited for him to come back for about 10 minutes before we just got up and walked out. I understand it's the weekend & the day after a holiday so it might be a little slow when it comes to food but the service was terrible. For the first 15 minutes of us being in there standing at the counter did anyone even say "someone will be right with you". Just everybody walking around acting like they don't see us. SMH read more

The hostess took us all around the place trying to find a wait staff person who was still working. ( the place was virtually empty) Finally sat down and ordered our drinks and food. Quite honestly the best ihop I've ever been to. I was skeptical going in, there was nobody in the parking lot and nobody in the dining area. Although it took about 5-10 minutes for someone to greet the 3 of us, he was fantastic. There were only 2 staff in the building. He seated us, our drinks came, and we ordered. We expected it to take forever but it was surprisingly fast and everything came out perfect! It was delicious! Server was great and super attentive. He made us feel so welcome in such a big empty building. He made sure everything was how it should be. Be patient when you go in. Once you get past that, you won't regret it. Over 20 minutes of waiting for you to even approach our table, another 45 minutes for our food to come out at which time I told the lady bringing the food out that we still hadn't gotten our drinks (2 waters) and silverware. And then of course our orders were wrong. Up-charged to substitute a side of hash-browns. Grits were disgustingly bland. Didn't get my French toast. Still had to pay for the hash-browns I didn't order. Then when we asked for the check she sent someone else with it 15 minutes later. Tried to pay, took another 20 minutes. Honestly I've had good experiences at this IHOP but today Arista did nothing other than bring us our water and silverware after having being asked to do so well into our visit. Absolutely sad. I haven't zeroed out a tip in years. I always tip at least 20-25% but this was just down right awful service. My husband said that she was sitting in the booth on her phone the whole time. I have been going to IHOP 's for over 20yrs, and this is the worst one. I understand it is Father's day but the service was poor. The tables were empty but the wait was 45mins to 60mins. We waited for 50 mins for our table. They told us once we sit the wait will be close to an hour for food. This was not a lie. There was 8 of us, 4 are kids. The meals came out in pieces, example Pancakes with no meal. Some of us got food and some of us didn't. Tables of 4 that came in after us got their entire meal. I had to ask 3 separate times for their meals. Some of the food came out with missing items like bacon or cooked wrong. Chef Jeof came out. We were the last of the big rush that was still there and waiting for food. It took 30 min to get all of our food to the table. My husband told the Chef about the mistakes. Chef Jeof is a professional he apologized for the mishap. That was very nice. I do want to mention there were a lot of flies. I think what upset me the most...was the fact it did not darn on them to take off or discount these major inconveniences. I asked and they said only 5% since I have a military discount. Let's start off with, YES, it was busy when we first arrived. It's Sunday so I GET IT! We get sat down and wait 30 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order, we went ahead and put in all of our food orders as well because 30 minutes is WILD. At this point it's dying down and Needless to say, another 45 minutes go by and we still have yet to receive our drinks. We flagged down MULTIPLE waitresses to which one replied with, "I'll let your waitress know" but she must've never because we didn't get our drinks. Finally we notice a "bus boy" walking our way, my friend stops him and gives him the run down about how we've yet to receive our drinks. God bless this man because he stopped what we was doing and got us all drinks! Mind you, we had FIVE kids who were THIRSTY but these waitresses got time to stand in a corner chit chatting. Sporadically we start getting our food, 2 of my friends orders weren't put in, my food was not made HOW ITS SUPPOSED to be made. We finally ask for a manager because THIS IS RIDICULOUS. She got the ball rolling. Our waitress finally shows her face to let us know that we can check out at the front. Ok miss ma'am the food wasn't even great. Yall took all that time for sub par food.... Crazy. Bus man got a tip tho because my husband wasn't tipping no "don't do no work" waitress. We are NEVER going back, 0/10 don't recommend. DONT waste your time. I went to I Hop in Hinesville and had a bad experience. I ordered the 3 stack pancakes and the waitress brought a 5 stack. I told her that I ordered the three stack and not the 5. She said that the 3 stack did not show up on the kios. I told her that she should've said something instead of doing her own thing. Anyway I proceeded to eat because I was hungry. I ate two pancakes. I told the server that Im only paying for 3 because that's what I ordered. She pushed herself between my daughter and my granddaughter's chair to take up the remaining 3 pancakes. I asked her what she's doing after I ask for a to go container. She said that I cannot take the left overs. I said technically I only ate 2 and what comes to the table stays on the table because she's the one who messed up the order. Before then, she never came back to the table to check on us. We had to ask another server for a refil on the drink and the manager said to let her go take care of her own table. We waited a long time to get the check and had to as another server for the check. I had to leave my left overs on the table because they insisted that I couldn't take it. Bear in mind that I ordered a 3 stack pancake and she brought a 5 stack and I only ate 2. The worst IHOP ever. I ordered cinnamon bun crepes at 3:00 AM in the morning. It was TO-GO only. You would think it would be easy to make a simple order but no. I was wrong. They gave me the crepes without the filling, no icing, no strawberries, and no cinnamon spread. Leaving just the thin pancakes in the box. I called them up right away and they said I'd have to call back till a manager comes in. So I did. The manager told me to send the order number to get a refund. I did just that.
