The staff is slow, and it took me 30 min to seat. The store is mostly empty. Not given any utensils. I'll make sure I send this review to all my fellow veterans.. Don't waste your time here. You're better off going to first watch, or huddle house.

The worst service ever! Management horrible! Food over cooked! Horrible! Waited 2 hours for our food! Grits disgusting!

This place needs better staffing. We came in at 7 am on a Saturday. There was one person serving food and one person cooking. Our server was attentive as she could be given that the dining room was filling up. We waiting an entire hour before receiving food because there was not enough kitchen staff. I got a medium t bone and over easy eggs for breakfast. My steak was not only overcooked but it was dry. My over easy eggs were also overcooked. I truly believe that would not have happened had there been enough staff working at a breakfast restaurant on a Saturday morning. Our server was very sweet and no one is faulting her.

We started with the Cine New Cinna Minions (Full Order). They were really good. Kids had the Colorado omelette, and the ham and cheese omelette. Wife had the pancake combo, and I had the Bacon temptation omelette. All the food was good. Service was great.

This IHOP is a sinking ship. I wish I would have seen their 70% restaurant rating before I ordered. I definitely understand why they have that rating too. Long wait times just for the food to be subpar. Wow...

Decor is very nice, the use of pallets to hang lights, colorful chalk menu highlighting the summer drinks, photos highlighting collaborations with local farms. BATHROOMS: very clean, multiple large single stall units FOOD: they had a good selection of food. I think how full you get depends on what you order. I ordered a half sandwich and half soup combo. It was a thicc bread with two pieces of ham and a tomato, 1 slice of guyere. The soup was in a tiny ramikin, with 1 tiny baggie of crackers. My husband ordered a breakfast combo that included a full sized waffle, scrambled eggs, and two chicken apple sausage patties. On the side, we each ordered "million dollar bacon" which was essentially 4 slices of sugared bacon with some sort of drizzle sauce. They were delicious, but not $6 dollar and some change worth for 4 pieces of bacon.. I was a little interested in their honey biscuits they were promoting but I didn't want to spend any more money. The morning meditation drink and kale tonic were delicious. THE BILL: we were told to scan the QR code to pay, but he had come here the previous day with his company after PT as a bonding thing, and found out the QR code doesn't work. For the two of us, the bill was almost $65 and I left hungry. VERDICT: I don't know if I'd come here again, but if I did, I'd definitely choose something else to eat to make sure I'm full.

Bright, cheerful decor with high ceiling and wooden accents. It was my first time to eat there and we will certainly be going back

After paying and once the cook began preparing the order, I asked the cook directly what was being used, and he advised that melted butter was being used. I then made the waitress aware of the discrepancy, and her response was that she had answered my question to the best of her ability. She also refused to provide a refund. This situation is extremely concerning because food allergies can present serious health risks. Customers should be able to rely on accurate information when asking questions related to ingredients and food preparation. In addition, the customer service experience was very disappointing, and the waitress's attitude throughout the interaction was unprofessional.

A…read morebright, clean locally owned diner, very friendly service, and a steady stream of customers on this July 4th Eve. I blame the slow food arrival on the heavy take out and delivery orders, which might be a problem if you dine here on your lunch break. My friend recommended the Shrimp and grits as delicious! When I inquired as to who their shrimp supplier was the waitress informed me "they came in on a truck from Atlanta". Not serving Georgia shrimp in this coastal Georgia county? No thank you to the farm raised shrimp, and minus a star for not buying local. I settled on the Bee Bacon Cheese burger. It arrived missing the bacon, with a sad looking slice of tomato, the hamburger patty appearing pre-patted frozen, as well as the typical frozen crinkle fries. Frankly, the hamburger reminded me of and tasted like the school cafeteria variety. The seasoning on the crinkle fries was a sad attempt to elevate their frozen status. And, it's summertime and tomato season. Why bother serving a hamburger with an underripe tomato? Lastly, there's no excuse for a local business to not support the local, nearby shrimping industry. Buy local and serve Georgia shrimp.

We were told that they were out of Fried Green Tomatoes and Fried Pickles but Ms.Donna double checked and we received a fresh order. Everyone seemingly enjoyed their meals. I enjoyed both waffle most. Great texture and flavor! The chicken was hit, fresh and crispy but if you're don't like heavy batter you won't like it... It reminds you of like a beer batter typically served on fish.... It's work a try! Id like to try some other meny items if I was in the area again!
