The place had a 45 minute wait for Togo. The staff had no sense of communication and the man beside us also had been waiting for 45min-1 hour wait. No one tried to tell us our food was on the way or getting bagged up. The girl at the take out counter kept handing out food to the wrong person and could barely hear her speak. This IHOP appears to have a management or staffing problem. There's a long wait time at the door - the reception staff just didn't seem to be able to process customers. We waited 10 minutes. Ironically, there were plenty of tables and staff available. Also, there were long delays between order time and food delivery time. It may be there's a shortage of cooks on hand? Our waiter/waitress seemed to be hustling. We saw other customers sitting around longer than we did and we waited a good 20 to 25 minutes for our meal. Quality food was OK. read more

I visited at 130 in the afternoon. The place was not busy at all and there was plenty of staff. I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and a salad. My friend ordered three pancakes. After 20 minutes of waiting, we left. Will never go back to that ihop again read more

when we first came in, the place was immaculate. We were immediately greeted by Triston, who was also our waiter. His demeanor made us feel very welcomed. he said as very polite and very through. He was prompt as well. Kaitlyn checked on us often and also had some great conversation. She even pointed us in to great realtor to work with. There was only one cook, Jasmine, and Im convinced that even Chef Gordon would have been pleased. I am a truck driver and i have stopped at hundreds of IHops and this one was by far the best!!!! Beware HVAC /R service Contractors... was called in during the Holidays to service / repair failed refrigeration equipment, performed emergency ser vice / repairs as food safety was of dire concern. I performed further diagnostics, advised management of the required , needed repairs, followed through with researching the Manufacturers replacement parts and prices, quoted the necessary cleaning of grease encrusted condenser coil, replacement of failed evaporator blower assembly, and replacement of severely damaged door gaskets. Horrible! Listen this place has a huge problem, the wait time to sit down on a less than half full restaurant is outrageous. Their excuse is that they're receiving too many online orders. So they problem is that they're prioritizing said online orders and their service is horrible. Firstly, upon walking in, no one was at the front desk and just to get on the list to sit down! Yes the list to sit down on a less than half full restaurant it took like 10 minutes. After getting on the list it took a solid half an hour just to be able to sit down. And again beating a dead horse as soon as we sat down the waitress just tells us that is going to be a long wait because their kitchen is backed up with online orders. What a disappointment! Waited so long for this town to get a IHOP and we get one that is subpar. The hostess that I was greeted by, and I use 'greeted' loosely, had no personality, barely spoke and acted as if I was bothering her at 9:35am on a Tuesday morning...and no they weren't busy. My server was a very sweet girl who I couldn't blame for any of the mishaps during my visit. She done the job she was there for. The table was directly under a fan that was set to max. I asked if they could turn it down but it was still going when I left. I ordered the Breakfast sampler with no pancakes. The scrambled eggs were cold as ice and had a weird texture, the ham was a bit salty. The hash browns and sausage tasted alright but were cold also. The English muffin I received in place of pancakes was an English muffin. Not a whole lot you can do to mess that up. I doubt I'd visit this establishment again. read more

Came on a Saturday at 2 pm. There was no hostess at the front when we got there and we waiting 10 mins before someone seated us. Lots of staff sitting around in the dining room instead of working. When I went to the women's bathroom it was disgustingly dirty, there was no soap in the dispensers in the bathroom and garbage all over the floor by the sink. I went to use the soap dispenser in dining room and it was empty. We got our drinks and there was lipstick on my coffee mug. When we ordered our food, I ordered a salad with oil and vinegar and my husband ordered eggs and chicken fried steak. The waiter did not ask how my husband would like his eggs. We ordered coffee and ice tea and waiting over 15 minutes before our drinks. An hour went by and the waiter came back and told us they were out of chicken fried steak and didn't have oil and vinegar. This is the slowest service I have ever seen and absolutely no team work. Seems like the workers just wanted to hang out in the dining area and chat. The owner/manager needs to get this place under control. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I will never go back and I recommend nobody goes there if they don't want food poisoning. read more

I've been in about four or five times, and have enjoyed each visit. It's always clean, friendly service, and tasty food! The only thing I didn't enjoy was their iced vanilla coffee... it was so gross the two times I had it. I mentioned it to the waitress the next time I went in, and she offered to let me try the iced mocha, and only charge me for it if I liked it. The food was good as always but the two sides portions were less than normal not filling the plate. The food was warm not hot. I was disappointed. I enjoy their crepes and especially the French toast with bananas and strawberries on it. The wait staff is always nice. The place is always clean and tidy. I am also glad that they still have the rooty tooty fresh and fruity, lol. I remembered that from san Francisco a long time ago, and I had not lived near an IHOP since, so it is nice to see that meal still existing and to have one here. Live locally and were excited to get an IHOP in town. We've tried this restaurant several times now and it is ALWAYS SLOW. Too slow. Typical wait on food is 45-60 minutes. For pancakes and eggs! We once came at 9pm and at 10 started asking where our food was. Waitress came back and told us "the kitchen" left the ticket on the closed side and therefore never even started cooking our food. We left pissed and hungry. Their food is just average and portions seem small, especially compared to other locations. I took my wife here for the third time. The place had approximately 15 customers. We each had coffee that ran out after 2 cups. We had to ask for it to be refilled. The burger was good but cold fries. My wife ate half her breakfast before the toast (she ordered with her meal) came half cooked. We ran out of coffee again so I turned the caraf upside down & set it at the end of the table. Everyone passed by , including managers, and never asked if we needed it refilled. The bill came to 32 & change. They gave a military discount but it wasn't worth the visit. We went to McDonald's for dinner and was treated with better service & quicker. It will be a while if we go back to IHOPl. If corporate management wants to hear more, they can send me a message, otherwise, my money goes to other food establishments. read more

I came here this morning after traveling all morning, looking forward to a nice omelet. Our waitress was friendly and greeted us almost immediately. The kitchen on the other hand, must have been behind. Which I do not understand because the restaurant is not busy. We waited over 30 minutes for our meal. Just for my food to come out cold and my omelet to be half the size of their normal omelets. I, of course, sent my omelet back. The waitress was still so friendly, but I waited another 15 minutes to get my food. By then my table was done eating. My complaints and concerns are not with the waitress but more the kitchen.
