WORST experience ever. order was wrong never got the corrected order. asked for a manager and he JUNIOR never came. we walked out. threatened to call the cops on me for non payment. well i finally got the manager he was rude as can be said they would remake it i said you never even brought the corrected order to the table i said we sat here over 45 minutes and never even got to eat. he comped one of the meals and we paid the difference. paying was not the problem it was the lack of service and after 45 minutes and NO food i mean HELLO... only gave a star because i had too.. read more

Slow slow service. I went in to get takeout, and I was in there for an hour. The staff seemed frantic and unorganized. They had people standing around to pay for a very long time after they ate, when they were ready to leave. They made checking people out look difficult. The atmosphere was sub par, it seemed like the interior could use an update (I.e. Reupholstering chairs). The food was ok, you get what you pay for. This is honestly the worst IHOP I have ever been too... I drove an hour to eat some pancakes, my wife ordered breakfast sampler it was very greasy and her hash browns where microwaved. The syrup for the pancakes was put in a grits cup and microwaved to heat up. We are the only people in this IHOP and it took 45 minutes after ordering to get our food. Extremely disappointed. This is absolutely the worst IHOP I have ever eaten at. The floors were sticky and super dirty, we got our drinks fast enough but one of our glasses was dirty, our silverware was not clean, we waited 40+ minutes on our food, and when we finally got it the waitress brought us very uncrisp bacon, the wrong food, and tried to add food to our order. We ordered red velvet pancakes in the build your own breakfast option, and she brought and four red velvet pancakes, and two plain ones as well, she didn't even know what was in their menu. It took forever to get our check, we had to go up to the register to get it, and even then, when she FINALLY corrected our receipt, there wasn't any money in the cash register. Hopefully, this restaurant is Not indicative os ALL IHOPS!!! First, some homeless guy opens the door for us, makes a smart ass comment to my wife and then says,"I'm trying to get fed. Can you help me?" The girl at checkout heard him but did nothing! The place smelled...like using dirty rags to clean with and never cleaning them. It doesn't even deserve a star! IT WAS AWFUL. First, it took 20 minutes just for drinks. Then another 30 minutes for food not to mention the food has hair in it and the order was wrong. I've never had an experience as bad as bad as my experience at this iHop today. The waitress, a young girl maybe 16, was the most rude and mean hostess I've ever had. She berated us for simply asking for refills and when we asked for management we were met with a cussing from her. The only saving grace about this place was the hostess, Leslie. She tried to defuse the situation and was nice and kind, but this waitress was the worst thing ever and every table near by felt the same way. Thank God for that hostess I don't know how she can possibly deal with someone like that. Great place to eat. Both my husband and my meal were great. Renea greatly is warmly and served us well. There was a little mistake on my order but she handled it very humbly. The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Waited 15 minutes to be seated when the restaurant was empty. Then took another 20 minutes til someone came to take my order. Service was so bad another patron got tired of waiting to be served and walked into the kitchen to complain about not being served. Yeah, it was that bad. And when the waitress came by and did her job she had an attitude. The food was drenched in butter and was not edible unless you want to get diarrhea. Horrible place. Worst IHOP I have ever been to. Terrible service. I was with my girlfriend at the time, and we stopped in during the late night hours. There was nobody else in the place except for a band of about 6 hoodlums. The hostess seated us promptly, and someone made sure our water glasses were filled, but the servers flat-out ignored us. 20 minutes passed by and still no service. My husband and I were traveling and stopped for breakfast. It was literally one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. The pancakes were fluffy and my omelet was awesome. Service was poor, had to wait an hour for our food despite the fact that there were only 5 other people in the whole place. When the food was brought to the table, only 2 of our orders were brought and we had to wait another 10 minutes for the others. We had asked for sugar free syrup for our pancakes. The waitress brought it with the check as we finished our meal. We were seated in a booth and when my friend sat down, a coil from the seat ripped her jeans and cut her leg. My friend had to go the next day to have a tetanus shot! We noticed that the seat and several others had tears in them where the coils were poking out. When we told the server, she said "oh! Yeah, we've orders new cushions for those." We asked why they hadn't put duct tape on it or why we hadn't been seated somewhere else and she just apologized. Just called in an order. I was on hold between two different people for about 10 minutes. One lady was fussing about the other not answering the phone. They would randomly place the phone call on hold in the middle of our conversation. I asked for a simple bacon and eggs breakfast. They didn't have that. I thought IHOP was a franchise. I stopped in one Saturday while traveling. There were probably 4 other tables of customers there when I arrived. So they weren't especially busy. I headed to the greeters station and started waiting for someone to seat me. After a couple minutes waiting, and employee approached me, only to walk past me to another area. Pretty bad but not the worst. The food is okay. Bacon was way undercooked. A cup of coffee and 2 chocolate milks were almost $12. Service is okay. Our waitress was kind of rude, but I don't think she was trying to be. The floor was sticky. Our booth seats were sticky and we had to clean it ourselves. The salt and pepper shaker were very sticky. My friends and I went to this "restaurant" to eat a nice meal, but after experiencing this restaurant we left frustrated and disappointed. After entering the restaurant and being seated, everything went downhill. The waiter was irritable to begin with, and it took an hour and a half to actually be served food, as those around us were brought their meals, despite coming in later to order. The food we got was either not what we ordered or was not a complete meal, and we had to wait even longer to be given the rest of our meal or to be given the proper meal, one member of our group was not even given her food at all. He then asks to see my receipt to confirm that I paid!!!! I asked WHY?! and he said it wasn't because of me but because he didn't trust his staff! I pulled out my receipt, and I told him to just give me my money back! The waitress came back up, apologized and gave me my food when I REALLY WANTED MY MONEY BACK!!! I asked why did he ask for my receipt and no one else's, including, THE WHITE MAN THAT WAS SITTING RIGHT ACROSS FROM ME!!! This is my second terrible run in with this store! The last time, the same manager, asked to SEE MY PHONE, to confirm I called the "right" Ihop when they hadn't had my order on time.
