Place was decently clean; however you could smell cleaning products pretty strongly as you entered into the door. We were greeted and sat right away. Our waiter seemed grumpy & not thrilled to serve us. She took our order and everything was fine until the food came out.. eggs were cold & clearly had been sitting there a while, pancakes felt like they were cooked days prior and reheated. The "biscuit" for the biscuits and gravy was more like toast as it was not fluffy or anything like a biscuit. Went here Friday close to 2pm. We were seated right away. We waited close to 10 minutes without a server or any other employee coming to our table. People seated after us in a different section where waited on promptly. We asked a couple across from us, who were done eating, if there was a server for this section & they said yes but they hadn't seen her in awhile. Went up to the front to ask about a server & was told she would get one. We waited a little while more before the server showed up. No greeting and/or apology for the wait....just rudely asked what we wanted to drink. I ordered coffee & my husband said nothing as he had water & he said he was ready to order. She rudely asked him again for his drink order, he said nothing & then she turned around & snatched the ticket & card up from the couple across from us and again she was rude to them. This spot is located in a relatively small city with that being said it is as expected for fast service. Which they did not deliver. I waited 10 minutes after being seated before anyone took my order, or even asked what my drink was going to be. Nonetheless when i did get my order taken the waitress was nice and polite, made the experience better. She took my order and it came out almost and was cooked wonderfully. The quality of the food was not the best but it was good for an iHOP. I do recommend this place but I warn about the wait times can be rather annoying. I ordered the Cali Chicken Melt, it comes with avacado. I tell the waitress "No avacado". She rushes through reading back the order and rushes away from the table before I could say anything about not wanting avacado again. She brings my order and I open the sandwich up and it has avacado on. I told her I ordered it with without and I needed another sandwich. 2 minutes later she comes back and I open the sandwich to see that she had just scraped it off the bread. It still had avacado stuck to it. I told her it was acceptable and I wanted another sandwich made that didn't have any avacado on it. I finally get a second sandwich and she just slid it on the table le and walked away without even waiting g to let me check it, no apology for messing up the order, and never came back to check on our table after that. The people behind us also had her as a waitress and they also complained about her attitude when they had a problem with their meal. I'll find other places to eat when my family wants a quick dinner. Really slow service at lunch. Not many people here. Took 50 minutes to get our food. Some others got their food way faster than us, so not sure what the hang up was. Cordial wait staff and quiet area. Easy access off the street with good parking. Place is good for kids. Food was great! read more

My husband and I go to this location pretty regularly since it is close to where he works. We arrived at about 10:20. There was one group ahead of us and three that came in after us. It took about 15 minutes before we were seated and they had to clean tables for people to be sat. We made a simple order: mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce, tomato, or onion, and a Belgian waffle combo with over medium eggs and bacon. Around 30 minutes later, our mozzarella sticks came out and were hot. Coffee refills were infrequent. While we waited, the group from in front of us finished their meal and left as did one of the (relatively large) groups that came in after us. This was all before we received our food. Over an hour after we ordered, our food arrived. What made my husband super angry was that a group that arrived and ordered after we did got their orders before we got ours. When our orders finally did arrive, my husband's food was cold and mine was only warm. We ate it because we did not want it wasted or to wait for it to be corrected. It was already almost midnight. As we started eating, yet another group that arrived after us finished and left. A long wait can be the result of a backed up kitchen. Cold food is entirely on the server. Our server came back one more time and fished through tickets until she found ours and gave it to us. She never came back to the table to check on us or to see if we needed any more to drink. We only saw her again when it was time to pay the check. I reminded my husband to show his veteran ID so we could get "some compensation for this BS service". Our check started out at over $36 and the discount dropped it to $32. Husband tipped 10% of the discounted total when we usually tip over 20% of the original total. I completed the survey indicated on the check saying we were less than satisfied and requesting that we be contacted regarding our poor experience. We will see if that actually happens. It is extremely unlikely that we will go back anytime in the near future if at all. If we need to eat somewhere late night on a weekend, we'll go to Whataburger. read more

Back in October my wife and I went for lunch and was seated in a booth. A nice waitress came to take our order, but soon after came back and begged us to move to a table in the very back. We did but was very bad place next to kitchen. A new waitress took our order and then saw a couple seated where we had been. Come to find out, two black couples that were seated two booths from our original seating had demanded we be moved because I wore an American flag on my cap. We left before our food came. For third time this year my wife and I arrived and were seated at 8:50 am. A group that arrived 10 minutes after us was seated and had their drink order. At 9:17 another couple was seated next to us and this is when they finally noticed that we still had not been helped. If it wasn't for the few choices of where to eat and the errands we were running, we would have walked out already. My recommendation is to grab a breakfast sandwich somewhere else.
