Good service and quick food nothing super special about the sandwiches taste like something you make at home. I still like this place if your are in a rush. The beach club is really the only sandwich I get so I haven't tried the full menu. Everything is reasonably priced and they have a new club program you can sign up and earn free food. You can't scan the receipt though so you must order the food through the app or tell them you are a club member and they have to add it. read more

Just went there. These subs remind me of old fashioned subs. Hard bread on outside. Italian dressing. What I remember years ago. Nothing like subway. Building is new and restaurant is clean. The manager did a good job teaching these teens how to work as a team! I applaud you all! It's hard to find good customer service anymore. Our sandwich is made fresh and if you get the pickles they are crunchy and juicy! If you're expecting subway this is totally different. Helpful hint is that if you're a saucy person request more sauce on your sandwich. I will return again and try another sandwich in the future. read more

I catered with this location and bought a gallon of iced tea but they refused to give me 10 cups. I cater every day for my job and I have never heard of anything like that. This was my first time eating at Jimmy John's. I went for lunch, and the place was packed (clearly a good sign). Even though literally all but 3 parking spaces were filled, and nearly every chair in the place was being used, I waited less than 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I had my food. The staff was extremely friendly, and the service was impeccable all around. The food is absolutely fantastic; way better than Subway or Jersey Mike's in my opinion. In fact, the only issue I had was that there was so much delicious stuff on my sub, some of it fell out of the back whenever I took a bite. This place is awesome, and I can definitely see myself becoming a regular customer. read more

Yelp is a joke because it made me give a positive rating. given a choice, I would give a very negative rating about this "establishment', its nearly impossible to order online, their customer service sucks, and when they advertise in your area they should deliver in your area. We are only 2 miles away from them at a hotel that they are listed as a "delivery service"I've never eaten their food and now I will never eat their food.
