I did a reservation here on Yelp I got to the restaurant and they said they are not doing Yelp so they should really be taken off from here also waited over an hour after my name was added to the list only to never be called in I had to go in my self and check my self and waited another 20 min. Two and a half stars overall but rounded up for value and quality. My daughter requests Ihop constantly and every once in awhile I give in and we have breakfast for dinner. She loves the smiley face pancake. This time I went with the California breakfast which includes eggs, avocado, hash browns and pancakes. The quality and value is good. The biggest issue I have experienced with this Ihop is overall management. Often times tables are left dirty and un bused. Usually when we visit the restaurant is not busy and service is slow. With a few management tweaks I think this ihop could be 4 stars but service needs to be tightened. read more

Had a great experience here today. My mom had surgery and all she could think of was pancakes once we got her home. I called here to order some for her and a very nice women, Carrie, answered the phone and helped me with my order. She was pleasant and kind and when I showed up, asked my about how my mom was doing! What great service! Also delicious pancakes, that made my mom very happy. I will definitely be back. read more

At least they were very nice. I waited 40 minutes for a to go order. They said they made it wrong and had to remake it so that's why it took so long but it seemed that most to go orders were taking quite a long time. It was really busy so it was somewhat expected to have a wait but 40 minutes seems a bit excessive even with remaking it. They also forgot my side by at that point I gave up. Food was decent but if you're going to get a to go order, I recommend putting your order in at least 45 minutes before you intend to pick it up. read more

First thing first....... 1) They had us waite 15 mins to be seated when there was 15 tables open ( Yes I counted ) 2) Took 10 mins to even see a server ( David ) and he had a air pod in his right ear clearly listening music ( I could hear it ) had to keep asking us over and over again what we wanted. 3) People who got seated as the same time as our party got drinks and food before we even was asked what we wanted to drink. 4) Waited 30 more mins.... I'm giving one star because I can't leave zero. Walked in, stood at host/hostess stand for several minutes. 2 people sitting on nearby benches with their heads down on phones. Okay, guess they're waiting for to-go. Multiple staff walk past me, totally ignored as if I wasn't there. This is 2:30 on Saturday afternoon, restaurant wasn't very busy, I could see many empty tables from where I was standing. After several more minutes a staff member nonchalantly walked up and said " what name you using "? I gave my name. He said there was really no wait, someone would be along shortly. 2 ladies walk in with 2 children, someone finally comes up and asks about their name. After several more minutes I hear one lady say to the other, " why did you pick this place "? She says the only reason is because she wants breakfast. In the meantime I've had plenty of time to sit there and study the surrounding areas. Filthy floors and baseboards, it's taken a lot of time to build up to the level it's at. Needs a deep cleaning. Employees are unkempt for the most part. After several more minutes I see several staff members plop down in a couple of empty booths, leaving us in the foyer to languish. Bad service? I would say no service. It was at this point I left, never to return. I had heard neighbors talk about this place, saying how bad food and service is, and they haven't been here in years, I thought it couldn't be that bad. It appears they are correct. I love the variety of the menu. Upon entering IHOP It was clean & hostess was wearing a mask. Server was outstanding in accommodating my allergy restricted diet. She made our experience after a long & busy day very relaxing. The food was excellent and delicious! I seen protocols in place & sanitizing being done. Paper menus that serve as a place mat & wrapped utensils. As we were leaving I noticed a female employee who looked at me without a mask or gloves. She was in the "service area" (the area between the kitchen & dining room) This gave me immediate anxiety Yet an another employee just happened to look at me from kitchen cooking area had a masked & wore it appropriately. We just surpassed 500,000 Covid deaths. When I chose your restaurant I expect & it's crucial for protocols to be enforced 100% of the time by all employees. If we as customers are required to wear a mask &'we are not preparing the food why would anyone working with food/drink which can be contaminated. A sneeze happens when we least expect it. It has occurred when I've had my mask on. I was in another restaurant & a sitting customer sneezed without a mask. I urge you to reiterate protocol policies & infractions Whomever the person in charge needs to enforce & keep employees accountable. This might sum it up best, expectations of personal hygiene should include CDC protocols. Wash your hands are located in various places to remind employees. It's time for signage on how to wear a mask properly AND masks are to be worn from the time they come through the door except on break eating & again mask on. We try to support local businesses as everyone has numbers to reach. However when choosing to eat at IHOP I shouldn't have to worry about the safety of the preparation of food or have the level of anxiety caused by the disregard for me as a customer. Thus the 3 stars I wanted to give 2 stars however I did not want this review to reflect on the servers. They were exceptional however It's bigger than service it's safety. read more

We came in late in the night, they were pretty packed, however we were seated pretty quickly. After sitting for a moment, our waitress Ella came and took drink orders, she was on top of it. Orders took a little bit to come out but I attribute that to the fact that both of our meals had steak in it. I ordered the Steak tips and eggs, scrambled with cheese and house fries(red potatoes) my wife ordered the steak omelette. Each meal came with pancakes as well. The food was awesome! I'm never really impressed with the eggs but the steak and everything else made up for it. Overall great late night meal and date time with the wife! read more

So I decided to take my dad to IHop after work since it was one of the only things open. We got there and it was dead, so we thought "oh this won't be long right?" We were wrong. An hour and a half later we finally get our food. At this point we didn't care because we hadn't eaten anything all day. The pancakes we got were dry and burnt. We told our waitresses that the pancakes were burnt (I always hate to complain since my dad and I work in retail) and she got really upset and pretty much told us to leave. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. Not to mention the place was really dirty and had plates left over from well over an hour before we got there. Super slow. Food wasn't great. Went to curbside pick up and waited 5 minutes before finally going inside to pick up my food. The food was over 10 minutes later than my pickup time. Guy brought the food out. I knew it was mine because of the ticket that I saw. I asked before they sat me down if they would be able to serve me a salad in 30 minutes. The answer is no, they could not. I had to pay and wait by the exit in 30 minutes for them to throw it into a to-go container and a bag. I knew it was a bad idea to come here but there was no other choice in the area for lunch. The food looked a lot better than it actually was. The country fried steak was too salty and the blueberries inside my pancakes weren't mixed around well enough. They were all clumped in the middle. Service was standard. No complaints. The eggs were not the best. I just hate going out to eat when the scrambled eggs I make at home are exponentially better than what I get when I eat out. I would have ate at wild eggs if it wasn't so packed and I had somewhere to park there, but overall IHOP is edible and not very expensive. We arrived today for an early lunch at the insistence of my eleven year old daughter. When arrived, we saw that there was already a waiting time and once they took our name we sat there waiting for our turn to be called. We were a party of five that included two eleven years old girls, my wife and our soon to be four year old son. As the minutes went by, we saw several parties that had arrived and checked in after us being called first. My wife asked when we would be next and was told that a table would be ready soon, but after more minutes gone by, still no call for us. Finally, we decided to go since more parties were called and we had lost our patience. All we were asked was if we were sure that wanted to leave. Go figure. I think that what happened is that they were waiting for a table to clear at the back end corner of the restaurant due to our small son. It had already happened to us there. Anyhow, the place was so crowded that it was full of noise. No peace would have been disrupted and also our son was well behaved as all he did there was watch youtube videos in my cellphone. We left around 12:37 and if any in management cares and have video of it, can confirm this. Not sure they would care anyways. We do not come here often but with this experience, it is certain that will not be back again. I don't think they would care or miss us much but neither would we to them with so many eating options out there. Thankfully, we improved our day with a good experience at the Olive Garden across the street. With so much competition, every customer should be appreciated. read more
