    Tots!! Soo good

Stopped in for some food and fun with the three rooms of games. The vibe is a perfect mix of retro arcade and relaxed bar--tons of games to play while you wait or just hang out. I ordered the chicken club sandwich, it was delicious! The chicken was juicy, the bacon perfectly crispy, and everything came together with fresh lettuce, green tomato, egg, and mayo just the right amount of sauce. Served with tots that were hot and crispy. Service was quick and friendly, and it's easy to lose track of time between bites and games.

Great place to go! Kid friendly - with the kids meal, they serve a chocolate chip cookie and a little pack of coins so that they can play some games. Tons of old school arcade games for a great nostalgic atmosphere. Our waitress was great, food and drinks both came out quickly and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back. Prices were great too - we fed a family of 5, entrees, one app, and all had a fountain drink, for about $80.

We started with the pretzel with beer cheese. My wife went with the Big Mac it has Mac n cheese on it with a side of tator tots (ours was crispy). While I went with steak taco (more like Philly steak). This is a Military friendly restaurant.

I've been here a few times and just went again. Will continue to keep coming back for the games! I love retro arcades with the older games instead of the newer arcades, and this is the closest bigger one. Skeeball, mario kart racing as well as other racing, pacman, space invaders, galaga, burgertime, Lots of pinball and so much more. I only ate and drank here once. It was perfectly ok, but nothing special and kina pricy. It's just bar food so doesn't stand out, granted perfectly fine. They are friendly when you walk in the door. Less crowded when you go in the day vs at night. I love the games here!

This bar is very fun in the sense that it has lots to do, but I found the food very lacking. We went on a Saturday night and it was beyond busy, I'm talking people piled up, waiting in corners etc. And we soon understood why there was so many people milling about was because it was an hour wait for a table. Add to the fact that so many children are running (literally running) and it becomes an unenjoyable experience. After a certain time it was supposed to become 21+ but there was still children there after they announced it multiple times. I love kids but not at bars. Overall: Cool place that could use improvement. I likely won't be back.

How have I not reviewed this place? Well, now I am. Located in the heart of JTown behind Taco Luchador sits Recbar. If you're old like me lol it sits in the former location of Blue Mule, Kirklands, Thirsty Ernie's and before it became Recbar it was Bacon Bar. Yup that many bars were there before Recbar. Depending on the day of the week or time of day, you may or may not find parking in the parking lot. We actually drove around a bit until we found public parking. We went Saturday evening so of course it was busy. I have been here a few times with a friend and we did eat here before but, it's been years. I even got take out during the pandemic. Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls were unique yet delicious. Not sure if they still have them beings our most recent visit was to just game because my friend had a bunch of gaming tokens that needed to be put to good use. We did order a drink from the bar and I forgot the name of it already but, it was good. They still have the sour patch kids margarita but did not get it this visit. We did play a few games but, spent more time in the pinball gaming room. They have a huge variety and there are some I thought never existed. I loved seeing The Phantom Menace pinball machine. Definitely worth visiting if you wanna dine out and game or just go for the games. It's basically a restaurant/bar/arcade. Family friendly too of course.

Food was surprisingly good for a bar. Service was fast enough considering it was full. We got waters within minutes, and ordered drinks which arrived within 3 minutes. We put in the food order, and it was out in 12 minutes for a party of 4. The chicken club sandwich was the best I've had in Louisville so far. Pretty amazing for a bar to pull that off! Will say that my companions had a 50/50 experience with their food, one had a great bLT and the other two had an average experience with different styles of chicken wings. The ambiance was great, with all the old video game hits you'd remember from your childhood. It really is a fun experience, but I'm sure some of these games are hard to maintain, as I had a problem with two different machines taking money or failing, and never got refunded or free plays. I understand they were busy, but customers should be taken care of. Still, it's a fun place to go for a group, and I'd still recommend it as the food and beverages were good, and the fun factor is high. These are old machines, and they do break.

This is our 2nd trip here, Very unique place, lots of mi to brewed beers & several rooms of old pinball & arcade games.

This place is pretty cool. You walk in and see a bunch of arcade games. When they seat you they walk you into another room with quite a few tables and booths. Look even further and you see more games. It's not as loud as I would have thought which was a relief. I met some friends there to celebrate a birthday. I've been once before and didn't recall loving what I got to eat but this time was a better experience with the food. Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich - 7.5/10 Mac and Cheese - 7/10 Loaded Tots - 8/10 The food is heavy but the place earns a 5-Star for overall food plus environment. It's a fun place with pretty good food considering there's an arcade as well. Definitely worth going for food, drinks, games or all of it.

First thing... Tater tots! They are the best tots I have had! They are crispy and nicely seasoned. You can also get them as "Totchos" with many different toppings. They have awesome burgers too. The Pickle Rec burger was yummy! That and an order of Totchos were enough food to share with another person and be full! On top of all that many arcade games to play, pinball, etc for all different ages and they have a completely open bar! Cool spot!

Cool atmosphere. Trivia night is fun. Retro games bring out the kid in me. And I like the drink themes.

We had just finished going through a long week of snow and single digit temperatures and were very anxious to go to BoomBox Pizza and have some Pizza. Our server was Candice and she did an awesome job. She was really organized, first she took drink orders in an order and then she came back and asked about Appetizers. There were a couple of orders of Cheese Bread and Bread Sticks. Quite a few of us ordered salads. My husband and I shared a BoomBozz Salad #1 with Mixed Greens, Candied Walnuts, Sun Dried Cranberries, Goat Cheese, and House Vinaigrette. It was so delicious. She turned in salads and appetizer orders and came back to get the pizza orders. I chose a Create Your Own Calzone with my choice of up to three ingredients. It came with Mozzarella & a side of Red Sauce. I added Prosciutto bcc Ham, Smoked Bacon and Ricotta. My husband had the 8" All Meat Pizza. It seemed that Pizzas were the biggest choice but there were several wing orders too. We had a fantastic time. We were in the far back room that night. It really had a good Ambiance with a lower volume tonight. Candice did a fantastic job and their manager, Bruce helped out by bringing drinks and filling up our water glasses. He also delivered food to us. I forgot to take pictures of the food, so I took a picture of him! They have a new GM, Drew. We want to thank BoomBozz Pizza & Watch Bar for becoming one of our newest donators to our annual Swan Pointe Block Party. Robyn

All the food was excellent and the draft beers were cold. It was not crowded even though it was game day.

Mom's meals seem to have corn or beans in almost every dish. Not conducive to our diet. THEN WE FOUND CLEANEATZ JTOWN. You can order online from the selections they offer, and then call them to add any selections you may want from the freezer case let me tell you... Big portions, delicious sides, with the protein either adorned with different sauces or just basic, and skinny with no sauce , which makes it perfect because then you could add your own. And the prices... The six we chose from online were $8.79 each... chicken, beef choices. The four salmon meals we added by calling the JTOWN location were $8.69 and $9.69... All salmon meals, very nice portions, one for example, had salmon, sweet potatoes, asparagus, and a little spinach. Please let me know if there is anybody that can beat these prices. And if they could, the personalized wonderful service you get from the owners.... we're sticking there. Because of medical procedure, she brought out to car for us. Others were leaving and speaking to her. Very happy customers. Now you can also order off of their café menu, lots of wraps, burgers, flatbreads, bowls, etc. and a little more pricey. It's a small dime in cafe also. On the go, I can see this cafe menu being a big hit. We however, are purchasing these to bring home and have for dinner at our house. Clean Eatz has been at this location in Jeffersontown for almost a year. I cannot believe I waited this long to find them. Very conveniently positioned in our strip mall with Dollar General and Dollar Tree. So accommodating and remember... If you order online, be sure you're ordering to pick up from the Jeffersontown location. And one more hint... Do not pay online, pay in person if you are able to get a military discount because they give 10%. Give it a try!!

Clean Eatz has a rotating menu each week, so there are always different things to try. A lot of which are healthy versions of 'comfort' food or things that actually sound good, so it's never boring or bland. I was hesitant at first just because I did not want to shell out more money than typical groceries for my own laziness, but I've been very surprised at how inexpensive their meals are. They also have a rewards program that come with coupons every so often! You can place your order online ahead of time so you can literally run in and out with your order.
