Waitress was polite, attentive, and fast. Poblano omelet was good, not great. Probably should have gotten pancakes as usual. Importantly, all wait staff and kitchen staff I saw wore their mask correctly and continuously while I was there. Much appreciated and thanks for protecting your customers from COVID. read more

This is terrible managed . We went for breakfast and they were not that busy . Ordered breakfast , scrambled eggs and bacon , waited 1 hour and was told they just started working on it and would be longer . Offered to pay for coffee and she said no problem and I left . Terrible service read more

I have an affinity for all IHOP restaurants with the exception of this one. I have given this restaurant numerous opportunities to not disappoint me, and yet they fail miserably every single time I'm there. from not getting my orders right, to not having what I order and bringing me half an order before they tell me they're out of what I just ordered... to management having an attitude when I'm displeased about their lack of services. I just don't know what to say positive about this particular restaurant. I'm all for supporting local businesses in my city and town. unfortunately I cannot continue to support this particular location. read more

This place is great. I don't know what all these negative reviews are about. I think it is great. The service is a little inattentive but they are all very nice and accommodating. One time my grand-mother needed some Parmesan cheese for some thing she was cooking on Christmas and they gladly gave some to her. The food is always nice and fresh. I have no complaints with this restaurant. read more

Eggs came out wrong. The crepes came out without the cream cheese and the fruit wasn't fresh and was in a thick goo. The bacon was cold and greasy.. The sausage was good. Went to cash out and the cashier was busy on her cell phone and couldn't be bothered. read more

Went there tonight...walked in...4 employees just standing there in the lobby. Got seated right away and that was it. Only about 4 other tables being served and several waiters passes us by and not one came to our table. Not even to take our drink orders! After 20 minutes, we left. Didn't expect much, but was very surprised! Turkey bacon avocado wrap was fresh and delicious, with hand carved turkey breast. Staff was friendly and bathrooms were clean. The floor was slippery (grease?), the table still had a random stray hash brown on it and the front door glass is filthy with greasy hand and finger prints, so there is done room for improvement!! read more

Service was slow, we ordered salads with our meal and waited 45 mins to get our food with only 5 other tables in tje resturant. Recieved the salds after the entrées. One of our party ordered the sampler only to be informed after thr wait they did not have any cheese sticks, they substituted 2 chicken strips instead. We should have known better than to stay. When the booth we were taken to had dirty seats. It went downhill from there. Our server had no idea what she was doing and she had an attitude like we were bothering her. Two of our egg orders were wrong. Biscuit and gravy plate, came with enough gravy to one half of a biscuit and their coffe was NOT fresh. Not at all up to the IHOP standards we are use to at other locations. Absolutely horrible service. The night manager is rude and the employees are horrible. No refills, attitude and orders messed up. And asking for them to be corrected brought more attitude. The worst ihop ever. Go to Waffle House or Cracker Barrell, when customers are treated like customers. Stay away from this one unless your going during the day when the manager is more about customer service. And don't even complain to the night manager, tour wrong and her employees do no wrong. Shame on the district manager for hiring and allowing scum to manage this restaurant. read more

After we were seated at our table we waited for 15 minutes and not one employee acknowledged our presence. After 15 mins, which we considered a substantial amount of time for how not busy they were we left. Shout out to Cracker Barrel for the great service and delicious food. read more

It was rated 86B - didn't see that until on my way out. Eggs tasted funny and the sausage wasn't cooked enough. New York Cheesecake pancakes were delicious and the bacon was nice and crisp. read more

Well IHOP has done it for me, used to be a fan, no longer. This place is terrible, pancakes are like rubber, it is the International House of PANCAKES right? Coffee was bad and the sausage is so bad it's hard to explain no taste, no pork in them, or least it seems. Paying $2.19 for terrible coffee does not mak ed it better that it is all you want - STARBUCKS here I come. This place is also filthy, love sitting at a table with food hardened where the napkin/silverware lay! The most uncomfortable booth in the restaurant industry. Wow! Was endlessly poked in the stomach by our table! Would not suggest for customers of size...or people who enjoy a "good" cup of coffee. Just finished a early morning breakfast here and had Betty as a server and it was horrible. She never checked and made sure we had everything we needed or if our food was right. When I tried to get her attention she almost completely walked past us. Brought us the check and came back to get it and took almost five minutes to bring the card and receipt back. Very clean and frendly. Service is just OK. Had Country Steak but was a pressed meat????? Ordered salid, but when they brought main meal turns out she forgot to bring the salid. Har ordered Blue Chese dressing. She then came and said they did not have it. As they had it last time I assume someone forgot to order it. I decided at the last minute to come here to participate in National Pancake Day. IHOP gave a complimentary stack of pancakes and wanted people to make a donation to charity. It was really crowed, because everyone else wanted free pancakes just like me. I arrived at IHOP around 7:00pm and waited forty minutes before being seated. I didn't mind the wait, because I knew my donation was going to a good cause. The waitress that served my party of six was friendly and the pancakes were delicious. I did my good deed for the day by making a donation to the Children's Miracle Network! read more

Late night dinner and staff is to worried about deep cleaning rather then taking care of the customers. The food was great. But I asked for a to go cup for my water. Waited 15 minutes and never got one. Had to stand at register 10 minutes for someone to take our money. Very disappointed! read more

Went there with my fiance I've been there a few times before and haven't really experienced this before. However at the last time we visited we were first set with a server I believe was named Georgia who is perfectly polite however she was fairly slow and I suppose was overwhelmed by her three tables so another girl eventually took our order she took my fiance's order and then said okay thanks I'll get that right in and started to walk away I had to stop her and ask her if I could order to. However she took the order and then we waited around 30 minutes which is quite a little while at IHOP the food came out it was okay a few things were wrong but nothing major however someone else dropped off the food and then after that nobody came back we ate and then sat there for about 10 to 15 minutes waiting for a server and none of the servers were leaving the kitchen so we were kind of just sitting there. Eventually Georgia came out of the kitchen so I had to fly her down and she looked at me like I was crazy because I was no longer her table I suppose it turns out that our server who we had not even met yet was the girl who was standing in the corner for the last 20 minutes and who I saw multiple times kissing the guy working there I suppose her boyfriend. After a while she finally came over and I went up and paid never caught the name on her name tag however it said certified trainer first time we've had this issue but it was just really horrible read more
