Love it here! Staff treats you like family, sometimes it gets packed, notice how business has been really picking up lately! Me and my grandmother love coming here on Sundays after church! I didn't know what I wanted to order when the waitress came to take our order so I asked for couple minutes. Little did I know that the next time she would come take my order was in 50 minutes when the food for my three family members came. What did she expect me to do? I ordered the 2x2x2(2eggs,2bacon,2pancakes) I added 2 additional eggs scrambled and asked for the bacon to be done extra crispy. The bacon wasn't extra crispy, the waitress saw this and asked if I wanted it taken back and fried more and I was like no it's is what it is. Then after picking up a bacon strip found a hair on plate. I asked for a new plate so I could eat my pancakes, not an entire plate of food as it only had eggs n bacon, which I had eaten already before I saw the hair. She brought me a new plate told the manager and manager came to apologize and comp my meal. I asked to pay as I understand these things happen. Honestly I was more pissed about my bacon than the hair. Stuff happens it's not fine dining lol. Over food was ok for what it was. Manager already comped meal so can't pay. So I left it as a tip. Service was standard. I appreciate the managers comp, but totally unnecessary. It wasn't in my food it was just laying on plate under bacon. Being bald I don't have hair issues but I totally understand it as long as it wasn't mixed in with my food. I'm sure it would have pissed some people off but things in life happen. We only went there be cause our little granddaughter loves IHOP. 22 minutes waiting to be seated. 17 minutes waiting for a waitress. 19 minutes waiting for waitress to bring our drinks. 57 minutes waiting for our food (after we received our beverages) As we watched Uber drivers and others obtain their to-go orders presented quickly, we waited and waited and waited. Dined in during Sunday Breakfast. Service and food was great! It started getting busy alittle after 9am. Only thing is they asked my husband how he wanted his tboned steak and he said medium rare and it was practically well done. It seemed like they boiled the steak. Usually I don't have too many problems with this location. They may forget to pack syrup in the to go bags, but today I did a curbside pickup. I arrived about 3 minutes after the order was suppose to be ready. Called and informed them I was outside. They told me my food wasn't ready yet. Fast forward a hour....no one has brought out my food. They're phone is providing a busy signal. Poor customer service. If you're too busy for curbside abs pickup orders, turn off the option. read more

It was a very busy day when we went so we expected a wait. We were told about 15 minutes to get a table and that was about accurate.. Once we were seated, it took a while to get our drinks but I'm not gonna blame our waitress, I'm gonna blame the family next to us.. they were complaining about everything! So the waitress was busy dealing with them. Well we finally ordered and she gave us great attention, our food was fast and delicious. My steak omelette was huge! I has the best experience at IHOP today!!! I came in during rush hour on my lunch break . I was seated right away. I understand that places are understaff during these times so I waited patiently for a waiter. No one came So the manager Jonah Lee came right over and asked has anyone took my order I told him no. He brought my drink and food out within 10 minutes . I will definitely be back and I recommend this place especially when Jonah is working. He walked the floor constantly. read more

Everything was great here. I usually don't go to IHop's because there really bad in Florida. But this one was clean, service was perfect, food came out hot and fast, all the staff was friendly. I normally order from this ihop online and everything is perfect. TONIGHT I ordered an hour ahead so I could pick my order up as soon as I got off work because me and my family were hungry. Well I get there at the time I specified. No order. They told me that it didn't come through. I showed them where I ordered and then she proceeded to write it down so it can be prepared. Okay I said fine this should be about 20 minutes. Ummm 39 minutes later the order comes out and it's wrong. Not only that, but it's missing part of it. So the lady took all of it back except the omelette, hashbrowns and milkshake. While she was in the back, I looked at the hash browns and it was as much in there that would fit in a toddlers palm and they were partly burnt. I sent that back along with the milkshake because it would have melted waiting for my food. So then someone comes out and says. "It's coming". No crap captain obvious. Then shows me the receipt where the order came in 38!minutes after I placed it. Okay???? But I was here on time and you wrote down my order so why does that even matter??? Anyway so AN HOUR LATER my food comes out. It's finally correct with the exception of three side salads. She went back to get them. She brought two. She went back to get the other. I get home and one of them is just lettuce. Wtf??? So that was trash. Not to mention the hashbrowns they remade where just like the first ones. At this point I didn't even care I just wanted to leave. Over all the food was okay, it never tasted like this before. I didn't get my sauce that was suppose to be with my shrimp. They have a lot of A1 sauce though. For whatever reason. So tonight I'm giving two stars. Every time I get my breakfast here I bring my wife and kids. I love the service thats provided EACH and every time we go for a family outing. The service was horrible! It took 30 minute before we were able to order our food and an hour of sitting there before the food arrived. Meanwhile, people coming in after us were served and already leaving before our food arrived. I let the waitress know that I was displeased and got nothing more than an "I'm sorry". When I cashed out, no one even asked about my visit and service, even though the manager was standing close by. Because I was never asked about my service, I took the time to express myself at the bottom of my signed merchant receipt. I waited till the 3rd time we went here to write a review, and give this place a second and third chance. Needless to say, we've been sick after eating here the last two times we went here. We will not be eating here again. The omelets are horrible and greasy and use some kind of nasty tasting processed cheese. My son was given a uncooked pancake, and the best they could do to compensate him was to ask him if he wanted some fruit. I will never eat here again. My wife and I both cant stand the food here. We are both IHOP fans just not this location, which is sad. read more

Before today I would have given at least 4 stars. A friend and I go there almost every Sunday and have since it opened. The food has always been good, but the service depends on which waitress you get. Today however was the worst service I have every experienced anywhere. From the time we pulled into the parking lot until we received our food was 45 minutes. They weren't especipally busy and we were seated within a few minutes. We were put at a table at the very back of the room where evidently no waitress had been assigned despite having been told by the woman who seated us who would be our server and having one of the waitresses come by and say she would be with us shortly. She never returned though we saw her serving other tables nearby, includiong people who were seated long after we were. No one brought coffee as they normally do almost as soon as you are seated. Eventually one of the waitresses who is very friendly noticed we had not been served at all and brought us coffee. Soon after we overheard her telling the waitress who had said she would be with us shortly that this was her table. That waitress argued that it was not. The nice waitress apologized and said she would help us which she did. When I paid the bill and was asked if everything was ok I said it was the worst service I have ever received and she said "oh." If I had not had to be somewhere I would have asked for the manager though I doubt it would have helped. I doubt I will return to this particular location. read more
