Terrible service no one ever picks up the phone unless you blow it up for 30 minutes good luck ordering take out even if you're 4 minutes down the road they'll forget half your order once they hand it to the delivery person then you call them and ask them to fix it their excuse is oh their breakfast rush yeah your food is just sitting here on the counter we can't give you a refund for it but we can give you a refund for another time lol what is the point of that but I love that their excuse was using their breakfast rush as to why we were missing food which also doesn't make sense cause the packed the side order but not the entree literally these kids are getting slower I'm not sure if we know how to check the item screen and pack orders anymore read more

My recent visit was unfortunately defined by some of the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. Our server, Autumn Burgest handled a serious issue with a level of indifference and discourtesy that was both surprising and unacceptable. After discovering a hair in my food--after already taking a bite--I politely informed her of the situation. She removed the plate without so much as an apology, acknowledgment, or even a glance at the issue. She did not return to the table at any point to address the concern, offer a replacement meal, or check in. Instead, she reappeared only when it was time to deliver the bill, leaving me to sit without food while the rest of my table continued their meal. When I requested to speak with a manager regarding the experience, I was refused. The lack of accountability and basic hospitality was evident from beginning to end. Although the check was ultimately comped, it was clear this was done to avoid further conversation rather than as a genuine effort to make things right. The gesture did not come across as customer care--it came across as avoidance Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend that future guests request a different section if assigned to this server. Professionalism and courtesy are fundamental in customer service, and unfortunately, neither was demonstrated during this visit. read more

After several years of not frequenting this IHop we thought we'd try it for breakfast this morning. Big mistake, The service was terrible, the server made 4 trips to just get us coffee then never returned to take our order. Another server noticed and took it for him. We finally had to ask when our food would be ready. He brought the food that by then was cold and had to be redone. Not once did he check if we needed anything or if everything was good. Also $4.00 for a cup of lukewarm coffee is a bit much I think. read more

But, being both retired military she cannot give us the military discount because there is no manager on site and they will not give her the code to give the discount that honors the veterans in this community. read more

I've never in my life left a restaurant without eating my meal, but this was the most disgusting experience. 3 hairs on 3 separate plates of food. Meal came out wrong. Raw bacon. Undercooked eggs. Watery coffee. Not to mention it took at least 30 minutes to receive our food, so imagine how upsetting it was when it finally arrived and was nearly inedible. I will give credit to the manager who comped our entire bill - that was the right thing to do and we appreciated it. I took my kids on a slow Friday morning. First I ordered coffee. The server ask what kind on cream, I said vanilla and she brings plain. Just went this morning, 2nd time at this location. Arrived at 9:45 to a half-full restaurant, didn't seem too busy as they seated us immediately. We ordered promptly, eggs benedict special and chicken and waffles special, and proceeded to wait 45mins until our first dish was brought out cold, alongside soggy pancakes that were not ordered. During our wait our server, Joaquin, basically ignored us, didnt acknowledge the wait until 35 mins in, and as a customer this felt very out of place. At that point its obvious you should acknowledge the issue and do something to make it right. Very disappointed that the staff doesn't acknowledge that people come in because we are hungry! I ordered the pancake breakfast through doordash the other night, when it showed up my pancake was raw in the middle, and what were supposed to be crispy hash browns were severely undercooked, as well as the bacon that wasn't even edible because it was so underdone. My boyfriends meal only had 1.5 chicken strips instead of 3, and got no ranch as he requested. Sadie gave us 2 free meals when we came back in and we ordered dinner so it was very good! My husband stopped at IHOP in Prescott Valley so he could bring me something to eat while I have been in the hospital. As you can see by the attached pictures he brought me the new crepes as he knows I like crepes. I was looking forward to having something really good, but that was not the case. When I pulled them out of the bag and opened the container they didn't look good at all. I ate one of them even though it was overcooked hardly had any of the ricotta filling. I showed him what I got and was shocked when he told me that he paid $11.50 for this mess. When you get an order of go it should definitely look as good as what you get in the restaurant. read more
