Love how the response is the most basic robotic response you could get as well... its obvious this place doesnt care and then gives the most emotionless response as if the manager is from corporate and never been to the resturant herself basically saying "sorry about your poor experience we dont care but just keep giving us your money bc theirs a lack of options in this little town." Food was decent but the service was not. Ordered coffee, received a mug with fresh lipstick stains. A friend I was eating with requested a waffle or toast instead of the pancakes that came with her meal. Waitress walked away before she could finish her sentence and said that wasn't allowed. We were completely fine paying extra for a substitution but weren't even given an option. We also never received a refill the whole time we were there. read more

The worst meal I can remember in a very long time. The egg white omelet wasn't an omelet, just some overcooked egg whites covered in greasy overcooked spinach and tough mushrooms with brown spots that should have been thrown out days ago. The avocado was missing. The waitress never came back to check on us so I finally flagged down another waitress who found her. She checked with the kitchen and was told they were out of avocado. It was a big part of the dish! If I had been told that, I would have ordered something else. The fruit was completely tasteless and came in a paper cup that was splitting on the side. The waitress never came to offer a refill on the coffee. I've had a LOT of egg white omelets in my life and this was the worst. The entire experience was very bad and deserves zero stars. read more

I was excited to sit down and eat after a long meeting but I left this location with a hungry stomach! The order was wrong, I was missing food on my plate. I received a steak that looked boiled instead of grilled or seared. The omelette had burnt and dried out and I asked for no mushrooms due to my allergies and they still had the mushrooms in my omelette. Not to mention but the silverware was dirty. January 2022 - We stopped for breakfast during an ugly cold rainy day. The service was good and the food was excellent as usual. My only annoyance was an obese man in the booth behind me that kept slamming his weight against my seat. This booth needs to be fixed. After a night of drinking, my table of six was starving when we came in. Despite that our waitress was really nice and very attentive. One of us wanted to make an order to go and the waitress offered to come back in the middle to remind us about it. She was also training someone but didn't let that affect how we were served. The place itself is nice and clean. I got the breakfast combo with toast because pancakes just aren't my thing. All of our food came out at the same time and it was delicious. Went in for Breakfast. Prompt seating. Happened to be in-line with the kitchen window and the prep line with a good view. Older couple say next to me and asked to have their meal shared/split. One order but halved, two plates, etc.. Their order came out on one plate. They repeated their request to have it shared. Waitress took the plate back to the prep area, explained to the manager (Male, heavyset, full beard, glasses, reddish brown hair) what the couple wanted. I then watched the Manager, the original waitress AND another waitress split their food apart by hand. No gloves, nothing. Hash browns, cutting the eggs and lifting to another plate, etc. Absolutely not the type of conditions I would expect. I realize it's IHOP but this is not how you handle food. I was completely grossed out from this and asked for my check as soon as I could get someone's attention. This place is certainly convenient but not worth my time based upon what I saw today. I have no intention of going to this location again. I hope this spreads around too. After this I watched the manager clean the area, with a darkened rag/towel (cleaned up coffee prior?) and not once wash his hands, prior the incident, during or after. Nasty. This place has gone to hell. I used to enjoy eating here once in a while but that time has passed. When we walked in we're were greeted and seated just fine other than the place was not even half full, and not a clean table in the place. There was a young man that was working his tail off trying to clean tables while other workers basically watched or were goofing off with one another to the point it was disruptive to those trying to dine and it's noteworthy they were not understaffed or overwhelmed with work. The waitress although apologetic for everything was poor in attitude and tending to us and I am a person who doesn't like an over attentive wait staff. However, I would like my drink filled while waiting an extended time and i don't like to repeatedly ask for the same thing. Food took forever and was incorrect when it came. The only reason I gave it more than one star is although the food was incorrect and took forever it was not the worst that we could have had. Waitress comes back, no gf mix left, we change order to burger with gf bun. I watch for myself an exchange between waitress and cook, I could clearly see the cook telling her that they didn't have gf buns. 10 min later another waitress comes to the table next to ours to tell them that they have no gf buns, I speak up and say that was us that ordered gf. We change order again, this time to just the burger and fries without the bun. Food finally comes, burger and fries and we still got all the sides from the pancakes. Plus order of chicken fingers were burnt and the fries were an oily grease bomb. And we were charged for the pancakes. Maybe all oversights, but all together was ridiculous.
