I will let you ponder on that., My weekday dinner stop was somewhat brief being on the road with a schedule. No problem parking, or waltzing in and being offered seating. But first a look at the case to choose a steak. The dining room was tidy and hostess friendly. Soon after being seated my waitress arrived with drink order and rolls. I wasted no time lettering her know a Ft. Worth ribeye was chosen from the case and medium temp. The sides loaded sweet potato and mixed vegetables. For drink a tap beer. As I waited on my dinner the rolls smothered with cinnamon butter helped my appetite after not having lunch. The bread was hot and yummy! Within 20 minutes food hit the table and everything was correct. I love a great loaded sweet potato and hit that first, so good! The steak was a bit overcooked, but still delicious and no complaints. The mixed vegetables fresh. I did receive a follow up and offer for more rolls. The check was taken care of at the table on their machine. Although prices have skyrocketed I feel they have done better than others trying to hold the line. This Terre Haute Roadhouse was a solid stop and got me down the road.

Went with family on a Sunday night. Restaurant was full for a Sunday night. We got there at 5:30 but by the time we left at 7 there were about 15 people waiting to be seated. Service was quick and knowledgeable. Our waitress answered our questions as this was our first time here and made some nice suggestions. All three in the party ordered steak (of course) and the staff immediately checked on us when the food arrived to made sure they were cooked as we ordered. Recommend spending the extra $1 to get the parmesan topping! Fantastic. Food service was quick with appetizer (fritters- just OK) and salads (ranch and balsamic dressings got a thumbs up). Despite also handling a large party of 12 at a nearby table our waitress kept checking on us and out drinks full. We passed in dessert but the ones delivered to a nearby table looked great. I don't often expect much from a chain restaurant steak, but for convenience sake (I was staying at the attached Holiday Inn) I ordered dinner to-go. I didn't have to leave the building to go from my room to the restaurant and back. I am incredibly impressed by the quality of my meal, especially since I didn't eat it fresh in the restaurant. The Firecracker chicken wraps were delicious, and the steak was so tender I was able to cut it with a plastic knife and fork! Absolutely recommend! read more

This is the only place I have ever been where I was given a pager and had to wait 15mins to be seated when I could visibly see 10+ open and clear tables. The waitress repeatedly mentioned how someone didn't show up and they were slow because of it. After all that the ribs were very sub par. read more

Be careful. They like telling you have to wait for a table. Then, the next couple that comes gets seated before you.
