Happy Monday At I Hop This One Happens To Be An Old Fashioned One. Great Food Friendly Service
    Chachi B.

Don't under estimate this older I Hop. ***They Offer MILITARY DISCOUNT ACTIVE & RETIRED*** Yes it's an I Hop that looks and feels from the ones a few of us would go to when we where in High School. Yes, it could use a face lift or Reno. However, I'd hope they would not change the nostalgic original architecture of the building. We were greeted by Chakara and Jasmine, who happened to be the servers. Very friendly, coffee was fresh and served promptly. Love the smaller new carafes they keep your coffee hot. Perfect Poached Eggs accompanied by GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES. They are delicious, fluffy served hot. Perfect:-) For a good experience, generally no wait to be seated and leave happy place. Specially, if you time is somewhat limited. This is a good, quiet place to enjoy an excellent BREAKFAST:-)

This IHOP is tied to a Red Roof inn. Restaurant was clean and busy. They were clearly understaffed. There were only 3 waitresses for about 30 table tops. Seemed like the greeter was late for work. So the waitresses were seating guests also. They were killing it! One table got up and left, too bad for them as once the girls got everyone seated they were taking orders and I am betting helping in The kitchen. Donna was our server. She was awesome and took great care of us and her section, as did the other 2 girls. They have a great deal on breakfast for people 55+. I will post pictures of the menu. But for 7.79 you can get 2 eggs, bacon and hash browns and toast! Or pancakes instead of hash browns! Food came out hot and cooked as ordered. This place is so much better and cheaper than the Cracker Barrel we stopped at a couple days before. If your wondering which place to stop, IF you want decent food for a decent price the IHOP for sure. The only negative thing I would say is that the restrooms are dated and we're not very clean. They might have been clean to the young man working the front desk, but pretty gross and needs updating. Other than that. Thanks team IHOP at Vero Beach Florida for a good breakfast experience

    Protein Power Pancakes

ThIs morning my wife woke up unusually early for a Saturday. The only choice was IHOP which we have been to many times. I had the cheese burger omelette with protein pancakes and my wife had blueberry pancakes. The service was good, the coffee plentiful and when we left our bellies were full and content. If you can't decide where to go to breakfast this morning, give IHOP a try. You won't be sorry.

Spinach & mushroom omelettes. Obviously made by 2 different people. Oh, and same price!
    Lisa B.

The omelettes tasted OK, but check out the photo in the difference in the size. Not OK when paying the same money! The place was DIRTY! Wet stuff all over the floor when you first walk in and it looked dirty and sticky. Disgusting. Service was poor. We ordered coffee and the server didn't bring the coffee pot we saw on other tables, and what every other IHOP has. When asked for more coffee, she told me she'd try to find a pot, but didn't offer to get me some more coffee. She did "find" one once asked, but we won't be going back there again.

Additional menu options, great friendly staff, here for breakfast at 11 am, low crowd. Everyone actively cleaning and resetting tables. It was quiet during this visit, no kids. It can get noisy. Great to enjoy a great breakfast in a calm environment.

We stopped in for BFast prior to hitting the road back from a mini vacay. I must say Ginger at IHOP had the very best customer service so gracious and sweet! And the strawberry banana French toast was scrumptious! If you are in Vero Beach stop in and have Ginger take your order!

After a long day of preparation for Easter for 3 daughters we needed a moment for us, before the next days celebration. We had the back room to ourselves and it was just perfect. I just had to say, my husband loves to cook for me, especially short ribs and a beautiful brown sauce and he is amazing at it. Well, this blew him and I both away. Also, the skewers were something out of this world. There is an article about them in Vero Mag. This place is a secret we want to keep to ourselves but a place with this much talent is meant to be celebrated. Ohhh and the Short Rib Rangoons! Thank you curfew for giving to very busy parents a couple hours to just connect and enjoy a wonderful place. We cannot wait to come back again. We had Short Rib Rangoon, Bubbly Crab & Artichoke Dip, steak skewer, Deviled Eggs, & a main Short Rib, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables, Curfew Gravy.

We left because the bartender, Dillon I believe, was uninterested, a bit rude and completely lackadaisical in my informed opinion. In this case we had one and moved on across the street! You can trust me, I was in the business! ;D

Worth growing a beard for…read more Bearded Brothers Taphouse & Eatery has officially earned a spot on our "we'll definitely be back" list. Our group of four started with what they do best: craft beer. With around 20 beers on tap, there was no shortage of choices, and they even offer complimentary tastes if you're on the fence. The Summer Shandy was crisp and refreshing, while the Toasted Lager was smooth, flavorful, and dangerously easy to drink. We sampled more than a few (ahem)... purely in the interest of scientific research, of course. Fortunately, there are still plenty left to try, so another visit is clearly required. The food was every bit as impressive. The Brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze and shaved Parmesan were outstanding. Even people who normally pass on Brussels sprouts would have a hard time leaving these alone. Personally, I like them a little crispier, but these were great. The Black & Bleu double smashburger was absolutely dynamite. Two perfectly seared patties, plenty of blue cheese, crispy bacon, and cooked exactly the way a great smashburger should be. My own bearded brother ordered the shrimp po' boy, and it was packed with large, perfectly cooked shrimp. We grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, just a stone's throw from New Orleans, where shrimp po' boys are practically a religion. This one passes the test. The bread was right, the shrimp were plentiful, and every bite reminded us of home. The flounder fish and chips deserves its own mention. The fish was flaky and moist, and the breading actually stayed attached to the fish instead of sliding off with the first bite, which anyone who appreciates good fried seafood knows is the mark of a properly prepared fillet. Crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Great beer selection. Excellent food. Friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere. If you're anywhere near Fort Pierce and enjoy quality craft beer paired with food that easily exceeds typical pub fare, Bearded Brothers should be on your list. We'll be back... partly to work our way through the remaining taps, and partly because we're still thinking about that shrimp po' boy. Highly recommended.

This historical restaurant is located right on the water - any closer and you'd be swimming. It's an old building full of history and fun stories on the menu of how it came to be. It's a special place and it's memorable. We've been several times for lunch and dinner throughout the years. This place has a beachy gift shop, a main waiting room with the hostess stand, an oceanfront indoor bar and lounge area, and the main dining room. For lunch, it's more laid back. The menu is sandwich-heavy but includes some non-sandwich items like fried shrimp plate, nova scotia scallops, and a special entree each day. It's a lot less busy for the most part during lunch in comparison to dinner. Dinner is a big to-do here. They open at 4pm for bar seating and to add your name to the dinner waitlist. If you want a table, especially one closer to the best view, you've gotta get there around 3:50-4 to get in line. They don't do reservations unless you're a larger party. You can then either leave and come back close to 5, or enjoy drinks at their bar if you're lucky enough to score seating. At dinner, the menu is definitely more extensive- featuring steaks, chops, and different fish/seafood specials. We love their prime rib, and the creamed spinach is perfect and old school. At lunch and dinner, don't miss out on their dessert tray presentation. The dessert tray has a lot of options - and it's a fun experience. Their bartenders are always nice and professional, and most importantly make a delicious cocktail. Cosmos, pear martinis, dirty martinis, all delicious each time we visit. Servers are also nice and professional too which lends to the charm of this old place! We had one bad scenario out of all of the times we visited regarding service from an assistant manager - but every other visit has been great! I love that they have GF options, like french onion soup made without the bread! On your way out, stop by the gift shop for even more goodies - their homemade blue cheese dip is not to miss! It's complementary at dinner, but honestly we like to buy extra for the house. They also sell dessert slices, and alcoholic beverages like rum runners, pain killers, margaritas, etc in two different sizes. Great to take to enjoy and walk down the beach!

A chime that we saw there was $65 - we found the same chime on Amazon for $25. I did end up buying a small gift for my daughter.
