Coach Kevin teaches the early morning classes. Class is structured in a light warm up, flexible technical workshop style back and forth with a partner, techniques, then free rolling. I dabble in both Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu classes on a weekly basis. Morning and evenings classes for both martial arts are offered and this works perfectly with my work schedule. The space is huge and is always clean as well. Everyone I've met at this gym is nice and willing to help as well. Overall the fighters and grapplers that Master Cordeiro and Professor Ricardo have produced in the past years has paid off because this gym has many high level athletes.
