I set an appointment and when I arrived the office was nearly empty I had to wait for the optician lady to return from lunch or break. It took about 20 minutes of her typing on her computer with very little interaction. 7 to 10 days for my glasses. After 2 weeks I was called and told my glasses were ready. The lady hands me a bag with my glasses, I look inside the bag and she asks if I want to try them on. Of course. They fit okay. When I get to the car and put on one of the glasses I noticed a black ink mark on each lens,that I had to clean off. Maybe I was spoiled by my old eye doc. He would personally meet with patients picking up glasses, make sure they fit perfectly and then clean them. I'll be looking for a new optometrist.

Each time I have the WORST EXPERIENCE with her, with a resting b*t@h face which is so inviting!!! The rest of the staff are great though. I just would suggest getting a pleasant person as the first person you talk too and represent Heritage Valley Eye Care in Santa Paula. I'll drive to Fillmore to avoid her.

I have 20/20 vision up close and far just 3 days after the surgery!! Even though I'm a practicing physician, I had a certain level of anxiety going into a procedure on my eyes. But before the surgery, some reassuring words from Dr Davidson and his staff at Westlake Eye Surgery Center put me at ease, and a few minutes later I was done with the surgery, successfully and uneventfully. Needless to say, Dr Davidson is the doctor to see for your cataract surgery needs. Thank you Dr Davidson and staff, for amazing results!

I went on their website and left my contact information to have someone reach out to me to make an appointment...nobody ever got back to me. I called today and someone finally answered after waiting about 10 minutes for a representative. She tells me that the next available appointment is in OCTOBER! I ask her why that is and she says "That's just how it is." Wow, very helpful She then suggests that there may be sooner appointments available in Simi, T.O, Westlake Village, etc. I'm like, why would I wanna drive way the hell over there when I live in SP . She puts me on another long hold so I hang up. I ended up calling All About Eyes Optometry in Oxnard because my boyfriend enjoyed his experience there and they were very friendly. They were able to give me an appointment within 2 weeks and their prices are considerably cheaper (I'm uninsured at the moment). Do yourself a favor and do NOT GO HERE!

Needed an optometrist for one of my children who was complaining about his vision. After searching…read morethrough my insurance site we landed on East Ventura Optometry as it was around the corner from our house. To be honest I'd driven by here 100 times and never knew it was located right next to the veterinarian clinic. You walk in and it is a quiet space with music faintly in the background. The optometrist assistant treated us with new patient paperwork and we waited only a few minutes before going back for eye photos and initial processes. Dr Debon then came and took us back for the exam and helped work through my son's complaints and checked his vision with multiple tools of the trade. We came up with a plan and then went out to choose frames for new glasses. The processes was seamless and the best part of the visit was how low key and mellow it was. As a smaller office we got the opportunity to have a full visit conversation and everything was not rushed just to see everyone. Hands down highly recommended!

They are the worst. Had an appointment at 4:45 pm just to review my lab results with my doctor only…read moreto get there at 4:33, they checked me in, made me sit in the lobby for 15 min or so, just to call me back up and let me know they have canceled my appointment for not getting there 15 min BEFORE my appointment. Keep in mind I got there 12 min before my appointment. They were so unprofessional and declined me health services. Made me reschedule 2 weeks later for an over the phone appointment. That day came, 1:15 was my appointment, never called me. I called them , they let me know they had been calling me and were calling the wrong number. Which is so ridiculous considering they have my paperwork and have texted me the appointment confirmation in the past. Like how does that happen? So AGAIN, they make me reschedule another appointment. So unprofessional and so inconsiderate. How is it my fault they were calling the wrong number?? Then we schedule another appointment, I get a few calls later from a doctor. Let's me know due to not answering my phone at 1:37, they have to reschedule AGAIN? When I just rescheduled. Like ? Do they have common sense?? I let her know it's been rescheduled and she says there is nothing scheduled? I don't know who has anything against me at this clínicas but it's so ridiculous. The scheduling team is so unprofessional and idiotic. They need to train better or get a new team of ppl who actually want to work there and help patients. They know nothing about hospitality. Stay tuned to see if they actually end up calling me on my THIRD RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT or if they're going to be unavailable again.
