Without knowing this, I was told by staff that I need to pay first and present the receipt to pick up my order. I've always been a fan of their touch screen kiosks, and for better or worse (it's mostly been better for me), the self-checkout kiosks offer additional convenience. Their chicken salad hoagie was as delicious as ever, and their sweet peppers were a great accompaniment. Long live Wawa.

I do my best to stay out of Allentown so I don't visit this store very often. I recommend downloading the app if you haven't already. This store is disgusting. I was there today, it was dirty as always, but today there was a long…read more haired dog in the store. That the employees were PETTING. I complained to the "manager" Richard, and he dismissed my concerns and when the patron behind me called me Karen, the manager laughed. Who lets a mangy dog in a food store. It was sniffing bags. I asked my daughter why she let someone pump her gas? She says "he came right up to the window", That's first off very intimidating. What was the end result?? He screwed the gas cap back on and mis- thread it. This caused the gas cap to not be on correctly and we couldn't get it off to fill the tank; confronted him about it and he said a very rubber stamped response. "Every customer complain about same thing". "Your gas cap problem ..not mine". "I don't care!!! (watch video). He seemed more focused as to how we had the audacity of us coming back to his gas station to make the repair. The nerves of us? You broke it you fix it. No, this wasn't going to happen. His solution??? To record me being upset and putting a camera in my face. Now its one thing to whip out the iPhone and record ( we all do it)....its another to actually put it in my face. There is a threshold of civility your supposed to have and like he says "I DON'T CARE"!. This place is very run down and seemed to be in a perfect place to rip people off. I have also heard of credit card scams from others. Be very cautious here. I have told my daughter to be aware of her surroundings and to not ever be at this gas station again. Use at your own risk. Also as I'm driving off he made it a point (in front of other customers to make sure as I drove away to throw the "middle finger" in the air. Real mature.
