I had a positive experience at Quakertown Mitsubishi. They do forget to tell you about the $3500…read morecharge upfront but other than that everything smooth. Tom Redd made the process of buying a new truck super easy and quick. I was there for 2 hours total which included a test drive, talking numbers and signing the paperwork. While I was at the dealership, Tom closed 2 deals including mine which was impressive. Ask for him by name. Easy to talk to and very professional! Love my truck! Thank you Quakertown Mitsubishi!!!

The sales person admitted it was misleading and said all dealerships do this deceptive practices. They don't. I have been to dealerships that honored the listed price. Why even look up cars online if the prices are lies? Also, the Ralf Bot that got me in said they would honor debit cards so I could pay in full in cash. This weasel dealer would not honor debit cards, and tried to get me into their expensive financing program that would have cost me even more money. What really pissed me off is that I saw several reviews complaining of the same thing, and the dealership responded with apologies and pledges to be better. Obviously those were other lies. The price they finally quoted me, when I left after 10 minutes, might have been good. But I don't give money to a**holes. Maybe if they charged me the money they advertised, I might consider it. But again. Car shopping is bad enough for women, who are seem as stupid people to take advantage of. I don't want Matt to get my money.

My husband wanted a truck that would grow with our family--something he could keep long-term,…read morereliable enough to last until the very end. With that in mind, he purchased a used Ford F-150 from Ciocca Ford for $27,000, hoping to leave behind a lease and step into a dependable vehicle. Instead, what he received was nothing short of a nightmare. Within days, the transmission began failing. After a long, frustrating process, the dealership finally replaced it under the limited warranty--but that was only the beginning. He was then offered a trade-in, only to have the dealership suddenly slash the value of the truck to $22,000, leaving him financially upside down. Forced to stick with the truck, he drove it off the lot again--this time with a check engine light staring back at him. Now, barely a month after purchase, he's being told it will cost $3,000 to replace the catalytic converter. This experience has been exhausting and heartbreaking. Instead of providing peace of mind, this dealership sold my husband a lemon and buried him under broken promises and stress. The stress and betrayal we've felt through this process have taken a real emotional toll on both him and our family. At this point, given the misleading deals, repeated mechanical failures, and the sheer lack of integrity shown we are highly suggesting that no one should ever have to go through what my husband has endured with Ciocca Ford. Do not go to Ciocca.

I purchased a 2025 GMC 3500 HD from Star GMC in December 2024 and they delivered the truck to me…read more The salesman is Aaron Hullock. The delivering agent delivered the truck and I agreed to sign the one copy of the sale documents right then and there. The delivery agent said the dealership would mail me a copy of the executed sale document. Today is 5/28/25. I have repeatedly phoned and text Aaron to ask for a copy of the executed sale documents. I must have called and text him 20 or more times. He said he was working on it. Yesterday, I got the Star GMC finance manager on the phone and he directed Aaron to email the executed sale documents to me and Aaron did so in less than 24 hours. It's gets worse. Aaron, negotiated a free set of Weathertech floormats into my sale deal. He still has not mailed them to me. He reported they are not available for order. I checked Weathertech.com and they are in fact available. Then he reported that floor mats are a safety hazard in my truck so he would not supply me with floor mats.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, wish I had read reviews prior to purchase. I leave this…read morereview as a strong caution to what I felt was an incredible level of deception, delay and denial. I purchased a Jeep Gladiator with less than 18k miles on it and within 74 hours of purchase and less than 50 miles of driving, I experienced the Jeep DEATH WOBBLE. If you have not heard of this google and watch a video, it's called the DEATH WOBBLE for good reason (no exaggeration). I emailed the salesperson and received a reply from the manager Dan. The FIRST email reply from Dan should have been an indication of how little he seemingly cares about the customers. The reply email felt very deceptive, telling me that Jeeps have a stiff suspension and it could be his word "normal". I felt this was an attempt to deceive me so that I would go away. When I replied that I have owned Jeeps, was concerned that he would make such a bold assessment without being in the Jeep when it happened, and that it absolutely was not "normal", his reply was that he also owned Jeeps and admitted that this can happen. So, you know this is possible, yet your first email is to tell me its "normal"? If a vehicle you just sold has such a safety issue and your FIRST response is that it is "normal" that is a huge red flag for me regarding how this dealership may be run and it should be for you too. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM Ciocca Hyundai in Lansdale. I'll spare all the remaining details of the multiple emails exchanged over many weeks, yet I will summarize: Multiple emails to Dan were ignored with no response (delay), requiring additional follow up emails from me. When I did get replies, ZERO acceptance of any responsibility, Dan just cut and paste empathetic word salads where he would say he "wants to make it right" but never committing to saying yes to covering the cost (deny). I even asked for a very direct yes/no answer on covering the cost, and he would not reply yes or no, more word salad of "let's see"....what's wrong....what Jeep says (delay). If you "want to make it right", commit to covering the repairs! He expected me to drive an unsafe vehicle to a partner dealership in Flemington, NJ which was over an hour away. No offer of getting it there, no offer of setting the appointment, nothing. It was all on me the customer to make the effort. My last email to Dan simply asked that the Flemington location review 9-11 key things in the suspension that can cause the DEATH WOBBLE and give me a written report these things were physically inspected along with the specifications. Not an unrealistic request, particularly with the unsafe nature of a Jeep DEATH WOBBLE. That email has gone without a reply (deny/delay) If you are reading this, please take caution. I experienced a very serious safety issue within 3 days of a vehicle purchase, and I felt the manager Dan was completely deceptive, evasive and unwilling to accept responsibility. The vehicle did not meet the minimum merchantability requirements yet zero accountability. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE....

ONE STAR and that's only because zero isn't an option…read more Let me paint you a picture of what a complete failure of a service department looks like: my AC stopped working a year ago. Simple enough problem, so I would think. I brought my car to Gateway Kia of Quakertown to have it fixed. That was Visit #1. Then Visit #2. Then Visit #3. Four separate appointments before anyone here could figure out what was wrong with my air conditioning. Four visits. Not to fix it. Just to diagnose it. After a year of this, taking random days off work since this dealership has no transport options, they finally identified the issue and ordered the part. I scheduled yet another day off work. And then ONE DAY before my appointment they cancelled on me. They cancelled with less than 24 hours notice because the part was ordered wrong. I had already cancelled and rebooked this appointment, twice. How was this not noticed until today?? It was one part as far as I was aware. I have now burned 40+ hours of my personal PTO, paid time off I will never get back, chasing a fix that this dealership has repeatedly failed to deliver. That's a full work week of my life, gone, because Gateway Kia of Quakertown's incompetency. I would rather have gone to the beach with that time instead of dealing with all this. The only reason I will ever set foot in this building again is because my warranty legally requires me to. If you have any other option, take it. If your warranty forces you here like mine does, I'm sorry. Truly. Maybe it's a bad idea to leave this review considering I still have service to be done, but I am just so tired of sweating it up in my car every day. I dread the day I can actually bring my car in, because they probably will just make me come back another day anyways. Do not buy a car here. Do not service a car here. Learn from my year of suffering
