I gotta give it to Wawa for their remarkable consistency, and this store delivered like I knew they would. One change I noticed was that they no longer hand you your hoagie before you pay at the register and leave. Without knowing this, I was told by staff that I need to pay first and present the receipt to pick up my order. I've always been a fan of their touch screen kiosks, and for better or worse (it's mostly been better for me), the self-checkout kiosks offer additional convenience. Wawa is the best! This location can be found in Allentown off of Union Blvd. This location has 12 pumps and they are open from 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM. I do my best to stay out of Allentown so I don't visit this store very often. I recommend downloading the app if you haven't already. It makes pumping your gas and ordering coffee/food that much easier. read more

I never leave reviews... however I go to this Wawa every morning so I have seen what goes on here. The employees are very unprofessional. And if your an employee there saying "it's only Wawa" get another damn job. All the morning employees are fucking miserable and their custom service truly sucks. They gotta understand people go here on their way to work a lot of the week because it's on the corner of union and airport rd and close enough to the highway. Most people are ordering energy drinks and specialty drinks in the morning which unfortunately requires you to use the kiosk, then pay, then they make it. You need to be on top of pushing these orders out bc ppl gotta get to work! It's part of customer service. "Im only one person" isn't gonna cut it sweetheart. Get over yourself. No one ordered drinks or was really in the store for that matter during this time but me so it's not like you had a lot of orders to push out before mine. It was literally only my drinks and this wench was miserably making them saying she's only one person... customer service is not your thangggg. I think the manager needs to have a talk with this crew about professionalism in customer service especially in the morning.... read more

This is a brightly-lit, welcoming Wawa that is along a strip of various businesses but none of which are open 24/7. This location also offers gas, which is convenient since you're most likely driving if you're staying in Allentown. The staff was friendly and even told me about their new sales starting on Monday, unfortunately I left on Sunday oh well. Typical Wawa offerings: Sandwiches, drinks, coffee, fresh fruit, cheese, k-cups, etc. It was quiet when we popped in here around 9PM but this is a pretty sleepy town from what we saw, so it's to be expected. read more

First & for most I love Wawa! This location leaves little to be desired I go for the hot chocolate but the machine is down at least twice a week... They restroom does seem to attended to often enough & missing paper. From now on I'm going to Wawa 8th avenue..much better. read more

Wawas is my favorite place to stop and get a quality sandwich and beverage for a long ride to either amusement parks or some hey away in New Jersey like jersey shore or even to Walmart. This wawa has gone down hill. Managers are not motivate with customer service. The employees are walking around with there pants hanging off there but. they are always goofing around, coffee is always not made or checked often to see if need to be refilled. the employees are lazy of stocking the creamers, if its empty of a creamer the employees always say there is none left. there is always people right at the door begging for money day and night, the rest rooms are filthy and never clean. one employee caught her picking her nose and then goes and makes a sandwich without washer her hands. scanning peoples IDs for to purchase cigarettes which you can refuse the scan but they say it needs to be which is not true. scanning your ID puts your information in a third party data base. You can complain to to wawa headquarters but again that will get you no where. the store is filthy, the floors look like the havent been cleaned for awhile, the counter tops by soda has garbage all over it. trash always over flowing by coffee counter. the creamer bins have spoiled creamer spilled in it. i wonder what the allentown health bureau would say about this place. which is my next step to call allentown about the cleanness of this store. Maybe this store is not in the best location, but they are in business to make money and I'm sure they are. The food is as good as any other location of WaWa's and it is clean and the staff is as friendly as friendly can be. They have a new item which is Biscuits & Gravy on the morning menu and it is delicious! I went the extra mile to get some B&G this morning! I hope the other stores include the B&G on their menus since my understanding is that it is a pilot program. Again, delicious! read more
