This seems to me something that should have been addressed before the mechanic at this establishment slapped an inspection sticker on it. HOWEVER, the reason I wrote the review in the first place was because of the exceptionally rude treatment I received from the employee who answered the phone. I was calling to see if this establishment could look at the car to see if they could find out what eas going on, since they were familiar with the car. I began the phone call, summarizing the work they had done, when the employee (who, after numerous emails from the owner, turned out to be a woman, not a man. I apologize. ) started defensively telling me that they weren't responsible, etc. After that, I certainly wasn't going to take the care there! The owner emailed me numerous times, implying that I was angry and wasn't thinking straight, and that the person on the phone was reacting to me. I wasn't angry when i called. I just wanted them to look at the car. Nor was angry at the person who sold me the car. The follow-up emails just kept telling the fact that my brakes weren't working couldn't be their fault, listing all kinds of other things. My point was and still is, why did the car pass inspection then? I wouldn't have questioned anything, if the first employee would have simply let me make an appointment with them. I wasn't looking for anything for free. I just figured they must know the car, and would be the best people to go to. I've decided not to pursue an investigation with the inspection authorities, even though my mechanic said the leak looked like it was happening for awhile. I've also added 2 stars, because the owner was pretty upset that I gave such a terrible rating and said I was affecting the lives of all his employees. Even though he accused me of jumping on social media instead of contacting them. I got the brake line replaced at another business, everything works well. I'm done with this whole saga.

Even though my mileage since my last inspection was less than 3,000 miles, I did not receive the state emission exemption. I reminded them of the low mileage and they did not care. They charged me $65.00 for new wiper blades even though I install new blades 1 day before. They are overpriced on their products and services. I will never go to Hinemann's again. I should have reported Hinemanns to the PA State police for investigation.

Tiffany's Towing routinely removes vehicles from private property without proper authorization or waiting the legally required 48 hours. This is a violation of the township ordinance. If this happens to you: 1. Call the Robinson Township Police (non-emergency line) before paying any fees. 2. Ask for proof of written consent from the property owner authorizing the tow. 3. Document everything -- photos, time, and names. 4. Do not pay until the police confirm the tow is lawful. Their actions are predatory and exploit people who don't know the local code. My husband and 11 year old daughter got into a wreck last night due to…read moreice...the state trooper asked if he needed it towed and he said yes, Randy's driver gets there, asks where he wants it towed to, my husband says that they need a ride which is why he wanted it towed to our home and the driver agrees and hooks it up...so our truck is hooked up and in the process of driving and randy calls the driver and says no you're taking it to our place, they can either find a ride home or they can ride with us on these next few cars, until we're done...now, the truck had no heat and it was already 8 o'clock my daughter had to get home...so my husband decides whatever I'm not arguing.. then randy says it's 150 bucks (we have triple a) and my husband said oh we have triple a he said they don't deal with triple a (probably other way around) and he said we have towing through our insurance and randy said he's giving my husband a deal because he usually charges 500 (it was a 5 mile tow) so today I call randy himself and ask why our truck wasn't towed here because that's where it needed to be..he called my husband a liar and said that my husband wanted it towed to Randy's place...so then I said no, but what do I need to do and he yelled at me accusing ME of yelling at him?!? So I finally flipped after he yelled at me multiple times he was so unprofessional. Thankfully it's out of there...don't give this guy your business, wait for another company it'll be worth it in the end.
