This sugaring spot like many I've been to, have no hot towels. You really can't sugar without hot towels. No matter how talented the technician you will leave sticky. Also there was no pre-care. They do a Brazilian facial, but it's just like a scrub, which you should never do at the same time as a Sugaring or a waxing. Those processes are already physically exfoliating. With no hot towels, there is no way to open up the pores to loosen up the hairs so I had a bunch of breakage. I had regrowth within the week. Sugaring should give you about 2 1/2 weeks hair free. My technician was talented, but she only had a firm paste available to her so it was incredibly painful while she molded the sugar which shouldn't be painful at all. It was like dragging silly putty over my hairs. The walls needed another coat of white paint. You could see faint purple paint behind it. The bed is so rickety and narrow. There's no padding, I could feel the frame under my body. It was like laying on a wooden slab. My butt cheeks hung off of either side of the table. This is definitely not a double bolt treatment table, so all of the weight rests on a single bolt that could break. No windows no Plants. Nothing comforting. read more

At first, I was hesitant because I only saw one or two reviews; but after doing additional research, I saw Patricia had glowing reviews on both google and Groupon. Just came here to say that I really love Pat and Il Bianco is fantastic. Reasonably priced and great service. Pat is so friendly and is a great sugarist! I started coming here about 10 months ago when I found out my old spot had bad labor practices. I tried a couple places in between but didn't land on anything I liked - even though there weren't a lot of reviews for them at the time something about it stood out from other places and I'm glad I gave it a try. Great experience for bikini and toe sugaring! Clean, fast, careful. Much less painful than waxing. This place opened as soon as spas were permitted after covid lockdown, back in summer 2020, and I hope they do enough business to stick around. HIGHLY recommend. read more

I went to this place on recommendation from a friend who had a really good experience however when I got there I was a little unsettled as it wasn't very welcoming and felt very empty. every other Door was closed which I didn't think was weird at first but came to realize after that it was odd as when I got into the room there was a full length mirror off to the side of the table which I've never seen in a waxing room before. if anything they hand you a mirror after. because I was suspicious of it being there I did the two way mirror finger test to see if it was a real mirror. not sure how accurate this is but in my experience a real mirror shows a gap between your finger in the mirror, there was no gap. there was a frame around the mirror that made it look as if it was hung on the wall but I tried to pull it off and it was not hanging. I don't want to be overdramatic or accuse the business of doing something that they may not be doing but I was very unsettled, left immediately and won't be returning. read more

So worth it and such a friendly owner who allowed me to take breaks as needed and make the process comfortable.
