I stumbled upon the place while browsing the neighborhood, after calling and getting no answer with a call back from them quoting a very reasonable price for a pedicure. When I arrived I was greeted by a woman who asked me what service I wanted and was promptly serviced by another woman. They even had one of my favorite colors from OPI which I eyed quickly out of all of the colors and picked right away. As I sat in the chair I enjoyed the electronic massage I received along with the foot scrub followed by an oil massage after my cuticles were cut, nails filed and trimmed to perfection. Once my toes were painted, and I was seated at a drying station, I thought it was all over but nope, I was given a pleasant and perfectly pressured back massage while my toes were under the drying fan. Prices have gotten so ridiculous at many a salon that I was super grateful and almost forgot that nail salons used to do this. It was an easy, breezy and pleasant experience.

When I asked that she use a different (clean) towel, she at first tried to just use a paper towel instead but after I explained that I saw her use it to clean the nail kit, she got a new one. Its just a haphazard attitude. For a rushed $40 nail set that lasts at best 10 days at least don't cut corners let alone sanitary corners.

This spa is spacious, more than enough pedicure and hand service stations, it was amazing to walk into. As soon as I walked in Jennie greeted me and showed me to the pedicure chair. The massage chair actually works which was much needed. I got the Lavender Spa Pedicure and acrylic/gel custom design. In the pedicure, it included a 5 minute leg/foot massage (thank you Jennie for being patient, I am ticklish AF). For my acrylic set, I showed Jason the picture I wanted and what I wanted, I GOT! I will gently request what I want, but I don't want to nag, nor should I because regular manicures consist of the same basic steps. I never know what I'm going to get bc I don't book with a specific nail tech. And their hand towels smell like damp dog. I wash my hands twice afterwards and the stench still lingers. But since they are one of the very few salons in the area that don't charge obscene prices, I'll probably go back for basic services. And they seem to have their devotees so perhaps sticking with a tech you like is the way to go.

Let me start by saying that since I'm on this mission to find the best, I'm aware that costs may be up as compared to other mom and pop nail salons. Everything was super spotless, super brand new, and the tools used on my feet were brand new from a package. They covered the foot sink with plastic as well.
