Unfortunately our meal was terrible. Pizza was undercooked, meatballs meh. The worst was the chicken wings, dry, you know how it gets wooden, at least day old. The main room is spacious and the outdoor seating nice. Not busy for an end of summer Friday night. Waitress attitude and scowl tantamount to our feeling of unease. Greeter was very pleasant, amiable. Maybe just a bad night but if you don't feel welcome why go back!?

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. The pizza's in the showcase looked very delicious! Very unique type too! But... I had a sausage roll and a stromboli. The sausage roll was tasty not many peppers. The stromboli was okay, I like a bit more cheese. Overall good meal.

Solid pizza place. Big portions and bonus points for lots of toppings on the Il Castello special. Lots of folks coming in for takeout orders. We sat down as a party of 4 at 12noon on a Thursday. One waitress/hostess/cashier was taking all the orders but she made time to check in on us and bring us everything we needed.

Pizza places usually make good cheesesteaks. The one I had here was one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had in my life... and it was huge. I ate the whole thing and barely touched my cheese fries because I was stuffed! I'll have to go back and try the pizza some time, if I'm not at the cardiologist haha.

Best service, and food. The pizza is delicious and the workers are kind and friendly. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is nearby.

I completely understand this is a family ran business but the hours of operation on Yelp and Google are not correct/have not been updated so on a Sunday I wanted to grab pizza and they ran out. We drove there from our weekend rental after seeing reviews of call-in orders not being accepted. It's a mess and if you don't live in this town there would be no way of knowing when it's last call for pizza. And for those reading this be sure to order pizzas by 4pm on Sundays to make sure they actually have pizzas available. We dined in on a Friday evening because it was the only open space dining spot in town and luckily we got our pizza within the hour (we were abruptly told the pizza would be a long wait before we were greeted) and since we had no place to be we grabbed some beers and waited. Our waitress was very nice and being that she was the only one serving I had sympathy for her but the guy making the pizza which I assume is the owner is frankly not nice. Maybe he needs to hire someone to work the front so he can focus on making the pizza's.

The server was polite and courteous, but never offered to refill our drinks. I understand that this is not fast food, but a dinner nearing two hours seems excessive. Most of the delay was waiting for the main courses to come out. The food is very nice, but overall, and I don't mind paying $36 for a salmon and $10 for an arnold palmer, but when I do, I really want the entire experience to be cohesive. I think all of it is fixable, possibly a staffing issue where kitchen cannot keep up, and possibly a similar challenge for the wait staff?

This time we switched up our entrees. I got their pork chop, oh my goodness let me tell you a great portion of meat. It was seasoned to perfection with this delicious demi glacé. They paired it very nicely with steamed green beans and these delicious crispy potatoes. I added a bowl of their Mac and cheese as a side because I'm quite obsessed with it. It didn't disappoint, still creamy, cheesy, and piping hot! My dad got their hamburger, medium well. It was cooked to what he had asked, which was appreciated. It was on this buttery bun and typical burger veggies accompanied like lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and pickles. It originally comes with fries but we exchanged them to have a side of Mac and cheese. So delicious! Of course the staff was so nice and sweet. We ended the meal sweet with there chocolate cake pair with ice cream. It was our cherry on top. Definitely a spot to check out. They change their menu seasonally so run because what they gave us was delicious.I cannot wait to see what else they have up their sleeves.
