Food is not bad here but my complaint is the wait to get food from this place. The service is incredibly slow whether they are understaffed or lack of effort from the employees. The few times i get from here i have to go in person to order it because their phone is always busy. read more

We get pizza (varied toppings) and subs (hot and cold) here a couple times a month. Food always good and fresh. The bread for the subs is great as well. Enjoy the food and will continue as it is a family meal that we enjoy sharing. read more

We have been going to this restaurant for 20 years. Foo0d is good and service is very good. The French onion soup, the steamed clams, the chicken Caesar salad, Chicken Tribecca and pizza are very good. Portions are hugh. Desserts are great. They serve wine and beer. read more

The wonderful part of eating here is that a single dish can feed a family of 3 or 4. The pizza was so-so, but the pasta dishes are immense. Not so crazy about the tomato sauce, but other dishes smelled and tasted great. The veal cut was too thick, needed more tenderizing and was very dark, but the breading and seasoning were very good. The same goes for chicken cutlets, at least to our taste. The service was EXCELLENT and the ambiance is pretty standard, but it was very clean. Very family oriented. I've never had a problem with their food but what a recurring disappointment with their meatballs. Second time I've gotten I've gotten them and there won't be a 3rd. You cannot cover up, hard as a rock, tasteless meatballs with sauce. It doesn't work. I HATE writing bad reviews. Trust me. But I can't stay silent on this place anymore. For the second time in a row I call and the girl immediately says hello and please hold. The first time, she left me on hold for over 5 minutes that I got to the pizza place and I was still on hold and showed her the phone that I was still on hold. Today, same girl, puts me on hold for over 4 minutes. I hang up and call back and she's ready to take my order which means she forgot about me again on hold. So I placed my orde, repeated order, she repeated order and gave her my name. 25 minutes later, I go there and prepared to pay. She looks for my order and says "I don't remember you calling and I don't have an order placed for you". Complete shock. Now here's the tricky part and I'm not making this up or talking out my rear end. I'm an officer, I know some things. This lady was clearly very high. I always figured she had a drug problem because of her demeanor and body type. But today, she was actually showing signs of being high. She apologized and wanted to take my order again and I walked out because I had ordered food at a different place and it would have been cold. I'm very sad to see the state of this eatery now and I will not be going back. was charged for a large calzone they sent one in a slice pizza bag. when we called back to ask why we were charged for a large calzone according to the price is almost $20 and we got this tiny one and a little tiny paper bag and they said they were gonna send another one. What do you want from an Italian restaurant? Sometimes, linen tablecloths, waiters with accents, fine Italian wines. This isn't that type of restaurant. What you get here are large portions, great flavors, and a wide variety of menu options. I ordered the Chicken Pomodoro, which consisted of chicken with spinach, ricotta cheese, and tomatoes in a garlic asiago cream sauce served over linguine. Next time, I will save the warm, crusty Italian bread for mopping up this incredible sauce. My wife order the Shrimp and Scallop Romano with roasted red peppers, mushroom, black olives, and garlic in a sherry wine sauce served over angel hair pasta. Tasty Mount Pocono Gem... Five city folk rent a cabin for a weekend and decide to wander into town to find food. The infamous Avocado Hating D pulls out the Yelp to find this soon to be hangry bunch something to eat. She stumbles across Brother Bruno's Pizza. Taking a chance since it had 3 stars and no pics at the time. We walk in and it is packed. The take out line is to the door and there is a 10 min wait for our larger party. We decided to wait to see what all the hype was about. There were plenty of choices on the menu. As a group we ordered a large variety. Some played it safe with chicken tenders while other were feeling bold and ordered the mussels. Here is a review of the items I tasted whether through ordering or acquiring: Broccoli and Cheddar Soup - Thick, creamy, decadent, and cheesy. Bruno surprised me with this one. May have been the best broccoli and cheddar soup I have had. Garlic Bread with Cheese - Bruno was not playing when he made this. Legit buttery garlic bread topped with melted gooey mozzarella cheese. Pro tip: ask for marinara sauce to dip it in Drunken Mussels - Another Bruno surprise. Buttery garlicky deliciousness Pepperoni pizza with Banana Peppers - Very good balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings. I only could eat one slice because of how much we ate when up until this point. Trust and believe I took the rest home for some awesome leftovers Chicken Parm - This dish is huge! I would share with two people or plan for 2 rounds of leftovers. This had to be my least favorite because it could have been seasoned a bit more The hangry bunch and I would definitely recommend this place. It's been a year since I last did a review for this place. Unfortunately what drove me back to this for an updated review was my last experience. I ordered a pizza and a few dinners. We were missing an entire meal but luckily I spotted that before I left. When I got home and started to hand everything out is when it really went south. Hamburger with fry's only there was none... burger didn't even come with proper toppings (lettuce, tomato). The pizza was not cooked enough even tho we said "Well Done". Toppings on that pizza were not portioned properly as if it was just chucked on without any care. Seems like a lot of young fellas working there need to focus on the orders more.
