The perfect example of a place that went viral and it matches the hype! My friends and I met up for a day out in the country and what a fun time, the property and food blew us away. Such a quaint little spot! If you like olive oils and balsamic vinegars, come and do a tasting reservation. The restaurant has a wonderful assortment of different dishes and drinks, they have a full bar as well! The margaritas were on point, they are not overly sweet. We shared the big charcuterie board for the three of us and it was plenty, had left overs actually. The weekend prix fix meal is a deal with the perfect portion. If you are road tripping or just wanting to try something new in the bay area, go take a field trip out there! Enjoy my friends ()

What a great experience for learning and tasting the process of fresh milled olive oils. The scrumptious tastings of several varieties as well as tasty bites gave my palate the wonderful opportunity to savor the flavors of Northern California. An experience that anyone visiting should enjoy. The bistro has wonderfully crafted plates that furthered the culinary experience. Plan ahead and schedule your trip!

We were seated in the patio overlooking my the garden. It was a beautiful day. We watched butterflies visit the flowers and saw guests on ours of the property. We have driven by Il Fiorello for years and have never made the time to stop. I belong to their email distribution and when they mentioned crab rolls, I immediately made a reservation. We arrived at our reservation time and were seated promptly. We had excellent service and loved the food. My pasta dish was divine. I didn't try the crab roll but my husband said it was good. We stopped by the gift shop and picked up some gifts for family and friends. We had a lovely afternoon and hope to stop by again really soon!

Gelato was the only thing worth ordering.

We were in Fairfield for our daughter's collegiate event and had neighbors in Rancho Solano recommend Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company for lunch. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the start. I agree with another reviewer that they are not very welcoming to walk-ins. We were seated outside, and our original server openly asked another staff member--within earshot--if someone could take "those people" because he was tired. That was off-putting and unprofessional. Thankfully, the server who ended up taking care of us was kind and professional. We spent about $135 for lunch. I ordered the prix fixe menu, and while the presentation was nice, the food overall was underwhelming. The bread basket (which is $15) was dry and not worth ordering. The only highlight of the meal was the gelato. After lunch, I went into the retail area excited to purchase olive oil for salads. When I asked a simple question, the woman behind the counter--who I later learned is the owner--responded in a condescending and dismissive way. It caught me completely off guard. When I asked another staff member if I had said something wrong, she said no and explained that "that's the owner." As someone whose family has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, I have a strong appreciation for hospitality and how guests should be treated. This experience felt the opposite--both toward customers and, based on what I observed, possibly toward staff as well. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, which is unfortunate because I typically enjoy supporting small businesses. I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but the overall experience--especially the tone set by the owner--made this one hard to overlook.

My wife's been saying "we have to try that place" for a decade, and folks... she was RIGHT. This spot is out of this world. The food: Farm-to-table doesn't even cover it. Everything is stupid fresh, bursting with flavor, and those gorgeous "dirt accents" -- aka veggies that actually taste like they were pulled from the earth this morning -- had us speechless. Every bite felt like a love letter from the farm. The vibe: Dog friendly!!! Our pups got the VIP treatment, which means we're basically moving in. We're already planning next week's visit. And every week after that. The secret weapon: Devon. That man is a gentleman and a legend. He doesn't just greet you -- he welcomes you straight into his heart the second you walk in. Service like this is rare, and it made the night. I'm literally obsessed and can't shut up about this place. If you haven't been yet, cancel your plans and GO. We'll be the regulars at the corner table with our dogs under it. Just add to all these ages of acres of olive trees and vegetables

My girlfriends and I love coming here. My friend found this hidden gem in Fairfield and we've been back 4-5 times since then. On our first visit we did the olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting. I haven't done one before and definitely learned a lot. I believe on our second or third visit we met the owner and she invited us to check out how they make their olive oil across the parking lot in their production area. It was pretty neat to check out what happens behind the scenes. We have dined at their restaurant a couple times and the food is always excellent. I went there today for lunch and ordered the Mezzi. It's a pasta dish and it was cooked to perfection. The rigatoni was cooked Al dente just the way I like it. To drink I got the Il Fiorello lemonade which was good. It had just the right amount of tartness to it and it wasn't too sweet. Our server was fantastic and friendly. The one small complaint I have is the payment process. The bill they bring to your table is the one where you have to sign and tip on, not the second receipt like restaurants normally do. Our server mentioned it but we didn't know what she was referring to at first. We wanted to leave her a good tip but she said she would have to refund everything and start over so we decided to buy another drink. I hope this system gets fixed so the servers get their proper tips. I'll be back though in the future because I enjoy coming here.

Come with me to Florence--No passport needed. iL Fiorello Olive Oil This olive oil tasting was truly an experience like no other. From the gorgeous views to the stunning setting inside and out, it felt like a quick escape for the body and soul. Everyone needs to visit--step away from your routine and treat yourself. You won't be disappointed. Pro tip: Make reservations!

Hubby and I discovered this place and decided to have a date here by signing up for the olive oil and basalmic vinegar tasting tour. We were greeted immediately and introduced to our tour guide, David. He took us to another room with a tv, lots of tables and chairs very spacious and open with huge windows looking out. There was tons of natural light in the room which I always appreciate. For the next hour or so, David showed us a few video presentations as well as guiding us through tasting the different olive oils they make on site along with a basalmic vinegar. He educated us on their process and how they came to be Il Fiorello. He also showed us how we can use the oils and basalmic vinegar to enhance our food! That was so interesting and fun trying new stuff out. Hubby and I had a great time and David answered all our questions and shared some history about his time there as well. Once our tour was over, we wanted to eat at the bistro they have on site. We decided to get the prix fixe menu of ciabatta tri tip and gelato along with pork ragu. I also ordered their gin martini. We got to meet the marketing director who shared that they also have cooking classes and a couple more slots are available for December. Hubby and I may look into the cooking class. Our food came out all at once and we tried it all. I enjoyed the pork ragu but I am a fan of pasta and that was delicious. The sandwich and quinoa side was just ok but huge! Hubby and I split one half of the sandwich. We took the food home and ended up eating our gelato with olive oil on the way home and that was so delicious!!! We can't wait to get more of the gelato. We ended our afternoon by heading to the gift shop to purchase some olive oil and basalmic vinegar that we tried during the tasting. It was a great time we had here and look forward to coming back to do the mill tour and cooking classes.

A beautiful place to taste delicious olive oil and have a bite to eat tucked away amongst other random vineyards in Suisun County. We randomly stumbled across Il Fiorello while looking for something to pass the time in Fairfield. While we missed the last tasting of the day, we ordered a charcuterie board and were able to get a couple of samples of some of their best olive oils. We sat on the back outdoor patio with our dog, who all of the staff were super friendly with. Devin was our server and was super knowledgeable about the various olive oils he brought us- each of them came with a story, which was fun. We'll definitely be back here when we have more time, and hopefully to get in an actual tasting.

I love this place. It has a great lil video that tells you the origins of the oils and what makes them stand out from other olive oils. Their tastings are fun and surprising. If you haven't had vanilla ice cream with a tad of citrus olive oil, then you are missing out. This is a great place for outdoor fun too.

The Flower Barn is located on a beautiful property where you can also enjoy brunch, host a wedding, or explore the garden grounds, all of which seem worth experiencing on their own. As someone who loves creative activities, this was an experience I would highly recommend. Walking into the Flower Barn felt like stepping into a magical storybook cottage. Dried flowers hung from the ceiling and lined the walls, creating an incredibly aesthetic and charming atmosphere. It is definitely a place where you will want to take photos. We were welcomed by Sandra, who was sincere, warm, and genuinely caring. She provided helpful guidance throughout the workshop and was wonderful to talk to. She would often bring over additional flowers that matched the look and feel I was going for, which made the experience feel very personal. You are able to make your bouquet as large or as small as you like, as long as it fits inside the provided metal container. The hospitality extended beyond just Sandra. The owner and Kim, the social media manager, were also very welcoming and happy to answer any questions we had. It felt like everyone there truly cared about making the experience special. At the end of the workshop, you bring your finished bouquet in the metal container to Sandra, and she carefully wraps it in paper and ties it with a ribbon. That final touch made the whole experience feel even more thoughtful and complete. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop not only for the creative joy of working with dried florals, but also for the genuine kindness and hospitality shown throughout the event. I will definitely be back to create another bouquet or try one of their other activities.
