Our server was super sweet and took the time to explain the tasting menu to us and the various changes that had been made to the menu. For a casual/midscale place, the service was definitely upscale and very professional. I liked all dishes in the meat and seafood tasting menu, but definitely liked some of the meat tasting platter a bit better, as one of my seafood pasta dish was too salty for me. The portions are quite small so you may be hungry later on, but the whole tasting menu only cost 25 euros, quite a deal. I did get a few mosquito bites in the restaurant because it is an open space. There is also outdoor seating with live music but we found the music a bit too loud, and decided to sit inside. The twist with the restaurant is that there is no menu & you are only served what they catch that morning. We had an appetiser menu consisting of marinated anchovies, octopus in a tomato sauce with polenta, seared tuna, croquette with octopus. It was fantastic. In regards to cost we also had two 1/2 Ltrs of house white wine (the choice is only red or white) & total cost was €50. I cannot recommend it enough, if you are a fish lover, go.
