If you would like to come to Rosa's you have to pre-schedule your dinner in advance with at least 8 or more people (up to 40 according to Rosa) and Rosa will accommodate you. You can discuss selected entrees if you like but generally the meal will consist of the dishes that Rosa is making that day. I then waited there for about 12 minutes to try to get a hold of the waitress. Finally when she saw that I was trying to get a hold of her she asked me what I wanted and I explained to her my problem. She stated that it wasn't her problem and that I would have to pay for a new drink. Meanwhile the drink was right in front of me untouched and she still want me to buy another drink. I personally have never in my life had this type of experience. I asked her if I would be able to speak to the manager. The manager on duty was behind the bar. I was told that he would talk to me when he had a chance. He actually never came over to introduce himself. He ac never came over at all. I spent the rest of my night which was only another hour giving the place a second chance. No manager ever came by and left the worst taste in my mouth. I would never go to this place again. Any type of new business that can care less about the customer experience does not deserve my business or anyones for that matter. I will continue giving my business to other places that actually appreciate my presence and have customer loyalty.
