This is for a Friday 1:30pm. The promotions online weren't as easily located in their system which took more time. Rosa was very helpful and friendly in getting us set up for racing and Matt was good at announcing when it was time for your race. Track 2 by the seating area already has a large line crack but so far not large enough to impact the tires. FOOD: Their chicken strips came out quick so that's a plus for hungry people. I would try their sliders in the future. I would come back for Gokart and hopefully their arcade will be open by then.

I get it, but other parents there had coffee and other drinks in their reusable tumblers so I didn't really understand the point. It didn't matter though as I could see my son playing from the entrance just fine. Once I entered the play place they ask that you take your shoes off. I think with everyone's shoes off the place just smelled a little off. Other play places have you take your shoes off and they don't really smell, but this Catch Air had that smell to it which wasn't very pleasant. I don't know if they updated their safety policies, but the employees were very on top of the safety announcements and reminding everyone of the rules. They made announcements quite often. We went to one of the side rooms for the birthday lunch and cake. I don't know if something happened, but they were short on pizza, and I think they offered the hosts more time to play. Of course my son enjoyed that. I can see this place being overwhelming if it gets super crowded as it isn't huge. And it's kinda dark (because of the cool space theme). As a busy Mom, we were so happy that our daughter chose this venue again because everything is covered from the activities, food and even the goodie bags. For an extra fee you can add on balloons and catered food, so you really just need to show up with goodie bags and cake. The space isn't huge, but I would say it's perfect for a 2/3/4 year old birthday party. There are lots of slides and play areas toclimb, and for an extra $100 charge they will blow up a bounce house. Leading up to the event - it was extremely easy to communicate and ask questions via email. Everyone was so responsive which was really amazing. At the party there were four staff members onsite to assist for around 20 kids. They handled absolutely everything and I hardly had to lift a finger. The party length is 1.5 hours which I thought was perfect. An hour of play time and half an hour of pizza and cake. Only knocking off a star because you can't bring in your own balloons, and the balloons they sell are incredibly expensive for what you get. Ballon cost aside, it's a great place for a party and I really appreciated having to do minimal work with a wonderful outcome. Most importantly - the birthday girl had the best time.

It's wildly overpriced -- over $55 for a 2‑year‑old and a 5‑year‑old -- and the space is tiny for what they charge. The real issue was the environment and the staff's attitude. We walked into music blasting at a level that made it impossible to hear the person at the front desk. My toddler has anxiety and mild sensory needs, and even after I explained that, the woman at the front shrugged and said the manager "likes it loud during camp." Mind you, the camp kids weren't dancing, they were coloring. The woman finally lowered it a few notches, rolled her eyes and then walked away. The volume was still blaring. When I asked for a refund, the dismissiveness continued. The manager told me to put headphones on my 2‑year‑old instead of simply lowering the volume. I said to her that at this point, I'm so put off, that I just want my money back, especially bc I just paid over $55. The manager cut me off mid‑sentence to justify their pricing, "Yah, for 2 kids," to which I responded, "Yah, exactly." The woman at the front desk tried to delay the refund again because she was "busy."I refused to let them brush me off and demanded that I get receipt of the refund before going out the door. For a children's play space, refusing a basic sensory accommodation and treating parents like an inconvenience is unacceptable. This place caters to a very specific crowd and makes it clear who they're willing to accommodate -- and who they're not.
