The material is reeeeallly soft but also seems like it'll be durable as well. The shirt arrived crazy quickly.. almost like they put it in the package and decided instead of shipping it they were going to hop on a commercial flight and hand place it into my mailbox; was fast! Victor I Prior to sending in my iliac head cover for repair, I sent in pics and a detailed email to ensure the repair could be completed. Return emails stated no issues. Having sent in a iliac 3 wood cover for repair after 1 month I finally got in touch with them and was told they could not repair as requested. When I received my headcover back there was a large dark stain on the tan leather. iliac agreed to provide a new cover at a significant discount. Wanting to confirm the details I have repeatedly tried to confirm with no response. All I received from iliac is a destroyed favorite 3-wood iliac headcover. iliac produces high quality products but terrible customer service and irresponsibility will be more of what the name is known for. I can understand them being backlogged due to the spike in golf this year, but I do not understand the lack of care for their customers. I recently bought a brand new with tags iliac golf belt from an ebay seller and upon wearing it the second time, I noticed that the stitching had come loose right in the front of the belt. I too contacted iliac to request a replacement and they said no because i purchased the belt on ebay. But you manufactured the belt Iliac! Furthermore, I was treated very rudely. Years ago I had a pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses. A screw was loose and wouldn't tighten. I just found an address and sent them to Ray Ban asking for a repair. They didn't ask me where I bought them, how long I had them or anything. They just mailed me a brand new pair of sunglasses. THIS is how a company should treat its customers. Shame on you Bert Lamar! If you are looking for high end, extreme attention to detail golf apparel, look no further! I'm as picky/particular as you can get when it comes to clothes..especially golf apparel. 99% percent of the mass produced brands out there never fit right. I'm 6'3 185 and want more of a fitted look. Most brands, I get a large and the length is right, but then it's way to wide. Then you try and order a medium, and it's way to short. Iliac always seems to fit perfect. I got the solid 2 in navy and it's by far my favorite shirt. The material feels far and away better than any other brand I have tried. I also ordered 2 of the Venice belts, same thing, they fit true to size. I'm a 34 waist and can be all over the board when it comes to belts. Some companies suggest ordering up a size, I have even needed to get a 38 belt. You just never know. These belts are dead on. The 34 leaves 2 holes on one side and 3 on the other. There is nothing worse when you are at the last hole, or you have to crank it all the way over and have a ton of the end hanging out. I realize this is all personal preference but I will never buy any other golf belt. They look great with dress pants as well, they have the red iliac shield on the tip, great attention to detail. Yes, iliac is on the high end expensive side...the term "you get what you pay for" couldn't more appropriate here. I'm done buying new golf shirts every season that last me one season...and never fit the way I want. Then, they out out of style anyways and I never wear them again. I would rather spend a little extra and have something that fits amazing and is a true original/timeless. This stuff is produced in small quantities, so you don't have to worry about 5 other people on the course wearing the exact same thing. I know everyone is different and has different taste, but this is worth a shot to check it out. Customer service is awesome too, so they have no problem helping you get the right size or different style if need be. Some items can take a while to get back in stock when sold out. But again...it produced on a limited basis...I think that makes it even that much more cool! Just my opinion...can't wait for the Chilltops to come in! read more

Good products, really lousy customer service. They sent me the wrong item (very clearly sent me someone else's order as the shipping label was in the box) and would not send the correct item until they got the wrong order back. Obviously their mistake but with over a week to get the first (wrong) shipment, could not get the shipment out for a few days (traveling for work), plus shipping back, plus time to ship the correct item it will take almost 3 weeks to get the product that I have already paid for. I sent pictures and emails and the response was slower than slow. After numerous follow ups I got an email saying that it was out of warranty because the proshop had had it in inventory beyond the warranty period and they were sorry I didn't know that.
