I ordered a $500+ golf bag from Vessel over a month ago, with a paid embroidery request. I was clearly told it would take up to 3 weeks for delivery. That deadline came and went. During that time, I kept receiving generic, automated status updates claiming my bag was "being prepared." Once the three-week mark passed (not even counting weekends or holidays), I sent an email asking for a proper update on my order. The reply? A completely useless, AI-generated response -- the same canned language I'd been getting all along. No accountability. No real information. I insisted on speaking with a real agent. Days later, someone finally responded, saying the bag was being packed and would be collected by FedEx "shortly." That turned out to be false. A few days later, I followed up again -- only to be told that due to a system glitch, no embroidery was submitted with my order. Let me be clear: I paid for it, selected it, and expected it -- and now, suddenly, it was never part of the order? To make matters worse, I was then told the bag was now out of stock. Their so-called "gesture of goodwill"? A refund and a $100 gift card -- as if that compensates for a month of wasted time, miscommunication, and a complete failure to deliver what I paid for. I don't want to sound ungrateful, but let's be honest -- the gift card is only good for spending more money with Vessel, and at this point, I want nothing more than distance from this company. This experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. For a brand that claims to offer premium products, their customer service is an absolute joke. Robotic communication, zero accountability, and no respect for the customer's time. If I could give negative five stars, I would. Avoid this company at all costs.

I recently sent a Dual Balance Notchback into the Custom Shop for a simple reshaft, new grip, and a stamp. The shop called me and refused to do the work, claiming the head had "aftermarket work" done to it. Here is the truth: No structural changes: The head has never been milled, welded, or altered by a third party. Basic user tweaks: The only "work" was done by me, consisting of removing the paintfill and swapping the removable head weights. Irrelevant excuse: None of my requested services had anything to do with refinishing the head itself. Even after explaining this clearly to the representative on the phone, they completely refused to help or escalate the issue. To turn away a lifelong brand advocate over user-swapped weights and clean metal is ridiculous. Scotty Cameron's Custom Shop used to be the gold standard. Now, they use lazy policy technicalities to avoid doing basic bench work. If you like to customize your own paint or weights, do not send your putter here, they will waste your time, your shipping money, and refuse to service it.

My hubby and I are hooked; we're loyal regulars at this point. Greens: 5/5 The greens are well-maintained overall. A couple of tee boxes (hole #2 and #13 on the white tees) don't grow grass, but for the price, the course is in pretty good shape. Tee times cost about $30 on weekdays, $25 at twilight, and $35 on weekends. It's a fun course that's perfect for beginning golfers and a great spot for more advanced players to practice their irons. Parking: 5/5 There's a private lot with plenty of street parking available as well. Atmosphere: 5/5 The course wraps around a series of charming homes in Lakehouse, adding to its delightful and well-kept appeal. Staff: 5/5 Fantastic! The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. A special shoutout to Mikey for his outstanding customer service!

The men behind us hit into us, shouted at us, taunted us & then lost it screaming at the course employee who asked them to behave better. They bragged that they didn't get kicked off the course. They were mad at the pace of play but it was backed up for several holes so we were waiting on the people in front of us. They hit into us dangerously & laughed & then yelled calling us babies for asking them to stop hitting into us. Mostly we've had good experiences the last few years but more & more there has been people hitting into groups in front (& not yelling 4) & aggressive abusive behavior to us & others. When it's reported nothing has been done but today was really awful & Eric says management has no obligation to enforce better (or even safe) behavior. It seems like the bad behavior is mostly directed at women & groups that include women. The course is maintained at a mediocre level and they are often running the lawnmowers during play (which can slow down play) but it's a nice course ruined by increasing bullies who know they can be rude, dangerous & inappropriate & not have consequences.

The shaft was encased in its own padded compartment, fully protected when it broke. I have witnesses and video surveillance of this happening. The shaft is only one year old and has always been kept in pristine condition. It is worth noting that all the other clubs in my bag, including those with similar shafts (non Fujikura), remained intact and undamaged. Upon contacting their customer service department, I was contacted by Chad Embrey and informed in a very patronizing way that the broken shaft would not be covered under warranty. Now I'm out over $500. Their shafts cost even more now. They've had two price increases in the past year. Even my fitter at Club Champion said "Fujikura won't cover anything" and advised me to go with KBS, as they care about their customers. I pushed back on his claim that my bag must have "tumbled" and he wrote back stating that he was going to refer me to their legal department, due to the "nature of my verbiage". Fujikura simply doesn't stand by their products and shows callous disregard to their customers. They could simply send me a used TR Blue from a demo and I'd be happy with that. Something is very wrong with their business practices and Chad Embery deserves to be held to account. I cannot recommend their shafts in any way.

Parking was very special and I felt very welcomed. We had to stop and speak to a security guard, which was amazing. I brought in a few bags for selling, and it made me feel safe. Once I entered the business establishment I was greeted, and everybody was very friendly. They offered me a beverage and gave me an apple space for sitting on their comfortable chairs. I love how much light enters through the window windows because it makes your shopping experience fun and you can see the true colors of the bags. The bathroom was very clean. Julia was the woman I spoke to a week ago and she helped me through text message coordinate the purchase of a bag. She was very kind, patient and very thorough with all of the details that I requested upfront. When I finally met her in person to pick up the bag, she was super sweet and spent a lot of time with me. She answered all my questions and I will definitely work with her again in the future. I consigned my Hermès Chevre de Coromandel Birkin 40 Cognac, 2004 H in Square, through Fashionphile's consignment process. I trusted Fashionphile's reputation and expertise to handle it properly. Fashionphile received my bag. I have documentation confirming receipt, and I also have photographs provided by Marco, a Fashionphile employee, showing my Birkin in Fashionphile's possession. There is absolutely no question that Fashionphile had custody and control of my handbag. I have been battling this situation since May 16, 2026. Fashionphile was returning the bag back to me. However, through what appears to be their own negligence, they shipped my handbag to an address in a state where I do not even live. Let that sink in. A company specializing in luxury goods had possession of my Hermès Birkin and then shipped it to a completely different state that has no connection to me. This was not a situation where the package was lost before it reached Fashionphile. They had already received the bag. This was not a dispute over whether they ever possessed it. They did. I have proof. Yet despite having possession of my property, they shipped it to the wrong location and my bag has never been returned to me. Since May 16th, I have spent countless hours making calls, sending emails, gathering records, reviewing tracking information, preserving evidence, and trying to get answers. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into weeks of stress, frustration, and uncertainty over the whereabouts of my handbag that should have remained secure while in Fashionphile's care. The most disturbing part is the lack of confidence this experience has given me in Fashionphile's handling of high-value items. Customers consign luxury goods with Fashionphile because they believe the company has systems in place to protect those items. My experience suggests otherwise. If a documented Hermès Birkin can be received by Fashionphile and then shipped to a state where the owner does not even reside, that raises serious concerns about the company's internal procedures and accountability. Beyond the financial loss, this situation has caused tremendous stress. Luxury handbags are not just expensive possessions. For many collectors, they represent years of effort, and investment. To have a company entrusted with that property lose control of it has been incredibly upsetting. As of today June 12,2026, I am still seeking the return of my Hermès Chevre de Coromandel Birkin 40 Cognac, 2004 H in Square, or fair compensation for its loss. I hope Fashionphile finally takes responsibility and resolves this matter appropriately. Until then, I feel obligated to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision before entrusting Fashionphile with their valuable property.
