Fees: 85.00 for refinish. GREAT VALUE. This company was the original finisher for Scotty Camerons, so thats around 1993 or so, according to AI. 35.00 for each white line to be redone on a putter, or to put a new one. NOT SUCH A GREAT VALUE. To refinish my 1993 Newport was 85 refinish, 15.00 to pull the shaft, don't know if that includes putting it back in, not a great deal, 3 lines 105.00, HORRIBLE DEAL. SO 205.00 TO REFINISH MY PUTTER. Considering it already has 3 lines, and I use it, I'll pass. If I was selling it, I might have considered the 105.00 to refinish. Don't know what the lettering cost. The original finish, likely from these people, is still good. Needs a little polish, and reinking to look like new. The owner responded to my honest experience on another website by attacking me personally. For that reason, they get ONE star. I suspect he got drunk on a Friday night, which is when he wrote the response, and wrote the ad hom. I would strongly suggest you describe, in exact detail, all services you want on your putter, call Sherry, and get a written price, before bringing your club in. Know EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT DONE, IN DETAIL, SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU. I'd like to clarify that you pulled into our private parking lot which has a 10,000 sq ft building. We have 3 divisions at this location. #1. Our manufacturing & machining division. #2. Our Black Oxide Coatings Division. #3. Our Golf Refinishing & Customization Division. When you make "Assumptions" about our signage displayed in our lobby regarding "Our Shop Rate" you might want to read and or inquire what that pertains to as it pertains to "walk-ins" wanting a "repair" expecting us to tear down a production run to perform some type of machining service which isn't related to golf. We placed that sign there so that customers would understand our "Machining Rates" and understand that we won't stop production and tear down a set-up to repair a pump or machine a rotor etc. While we understand the urgency of a repair it cost too much money to tear down a set up that is in the middle of a production run. We do our best to accommodate emergency jobs but if it isn't feasible we'll provide a lead time and if that is acceptable, we will process the repair as soon as the production run is completed. While everyone is entitled to their opinion posting False information without obtaining the facts is rude and disrespectful. If you had only taken the time to visit our website, you would have seen the prices on our order form or you could have sent us an email or called our office to obtain pricing over the phone. However. you choose not to do any of those options and decided to stop by with your clubs where you were greeted courteously and taken to Sherry's office where she was able to address all your questions and provide you with pricing. I don't know what you mean or imply by stating we "get our customers to commit?" ??? Have no clue what even made you say that! We don't use "sales tactics or any stupid gimmicks." We are straightforward and provide you with pricing and make suggestions on how you can save money such as pulling the shafts off of your clubs yourself. We just don't operate that way! Let's be honest! You complained about our fees and proceed to tell Sherry that you had this service done for free elsewhere. Sherry responded in kind by suggesting that maybe you could pull the shafts yourself to save a little money or if you still had the connection to take the clubs there and have these services done for free and if you still wanted the clubs refinished that would cut back on your fees and we'd be happy to refinish them. She was honest and courteous even though you took some jabs. She politely explained we can't do this for free. We have employees to pay,environmental fees, utilities, rent etc., whereas your other connection may be a small shop without all of these expenses. You were "peeved" because she wouldn't do the services you inquired about for free. That's the TRUTH! Therefore, to conclude it is disheartening to read a dishonest statement. We work very hard to maintain our Excellent Reputation,Great Customer Service, Quality Workmanship and Competitive Pricing. No advertising, simply all word of mouth referrals. That speaks volumes.     I am writing to bring to your attention to a concerning incident involving a Ventus TR Blue, on my…read moredriver recently broke when my golf bag simply tipped over. The shaft was encased in its own padded compartment, fully protected when it broke. I have witnesses and video surveillance of this happening. The shaft is only one year old and has always been kept in pristine condition. It is worth noting that all the other clubs in my bag, including those with similar shafts (non Fujikura), remained intact and undamaged. Upon contacting their customer service department, I was contacted by Chad Embrey and informed in a very patronizing way that the broken shaft would not be covered under warranty. Now I'm out over $500. Their shafts cost even more now. They've had two price increases in the past year. Even my fitter at Club Champion said "Fujikura won't cover anything" and advised me to go with KBS, as they care about their customers. I pushed back on his claim that my bag must have "tumbled" and he wrote back stating that he was going to refer me to their legal department, due to the "nature of my verbiage". Fujikura simply doesn't stand by their products and shows callous disregard to their customers. They could simply send me a used TR Blue from a demo and I'd be happy with that. Something is very wrong with their business practices and Chad Embery deserves to be held to account. I cannot recommend their shafts in any way.

Parking was very special and I felt very welcomed. We had to stop and speak to a security guard, which was amazing. I brought in a few bags for selling, and it made me feel safe. Once I entered the business establishment I was greeted, and everybody was very friendly. They offered me a beverage and gave me an apple space for sitting on their comfortable chairs. I love how much light enters through the window windows because it makes your shopping experience fun and you can see the true colors of the bags. The bathroom was very clean. Julia was the woman I spoke to a week ago and she helped me through text message coordinate the purchase of a bag. She was very kind, patient and very thorough with all of the details that I requested upfront. When I finally met her in person to pick up the bag, she was super sweet and spent a lot of time with me. She answered all my questions and I will definitely work with her again in the future. I do wish they had some snack snacks because I always love snack snacks and I spent a few hours there. Overall loved the place. Will definitely go back. I love my bag and it's such good quality. It's even pet friendly. I brought my dog. Prices were competitive to market values which were great.

The store is immaculate - you feel like you are in one of the manufacturer's showrooms. You can shop on an ipad and they will bring you items you want to see, stored in the back. The showroom is sophisticated in its minimal aesthetic. The people working there are friendly and attentive. I have only sold here and the process is smooth and simple. I bring in my handbags/shoes and they take the items in for inspection and authentication. Each item takes about 15 minutes. They return with a list of your offers or reason they don't want the item. You are under no obligation to accept the offer nor do you pay a fee for authentication. Whatever you decide not to sell is returned to you; for what you do sell you have a few options - store credit, Neiman Marcus gift card, or cash payout. If you do the cash payout, you receive a direct deposit within in days. Make an appointment whether you are selling or buying, best way to do it. And plan on 15 minutes per item (if you have a lot, I recommend breaking up the appointments rather than having to wait, though I will say it never takes as long as they quote you).
