They did a great job on my windows, large glass doors and solar panels. They are professional and did inside and outside.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. These boys knocked on our door and did an amazing sales job plus who would want to help young adults willing to work. But don't be fooled by their charming personalities. We hired them to clean windows and gutters. I will give the windows a B, a few screens were missed being reinstalled and there are definite smear marks on some. The gutters are atrocious! Just had a legit company come out and give an estimate for gutter guards and sealing of leaks and he was able to pull handfuls of dirt out of our gutters only 5 weeks after "said cleaning". Photos are attached. So disappointed since I felt really good about hiring this group of well groomed, gracious young men. Unfortunately they did not do the job as described and I am out $600. They did an ok job on my windows, but may have caused a water breach on one. I have to pull up records from the last time they were cleaned. What REALLY annoys me is they've had all my screens for two weeks! Will doesn't return call ls or keep me updated. I'm about to take legal action. I just called Will from a different phone number, and once he knew it was me, he hung up on me. I've reported my screens as stolen. UPDATE: it's now been six weeks since Will stole my screens. 12 of them! He was updating me on rare occasions, usually after the Sheriff spoke to him, and has told me they were finished, then they weren't, then they were again. Many promises to return them. We had a problem with screens falling out after they did their "work". The cleaning grade for for the windows was maybe a C-. The pressure of their device broke a seam and forced water into a main window that is costing us $950.00 to replace the window. Their effort grade to help out and try to fix things was an F-. read more

Overall poor quality. Windows covered in water spots. Pointed this out to staff who touched up a few but everything is spotty. No screens removed as they claim it cleans through screen. Not correct. Would not use again. Beware. read more

I second the other reviews, do not use this company. Very expedient job and unprofessional. We paid them extra to replace our screen and it has yet to be returned. Supposedly he broke it and then said it was getting fixed. After repeated text messages to Will with minimal response or telling me he will "get it to me today" and screening my calls after he doesn't. We have yet to get out screen back. read more

This company is owned by William Lerma he also owns Sunrise Cleaning he advertised he dose windows, solar panels, and can rescreen your window screens ! He is awful we ended up cleaning our windows after he left. He had taken 14 of our screens home with him to rescreen. After countless text and phone calls which he did not respond to II went to his insurance company who I am still dealing with. I sent a text and called him and said I was going to the police! After not responding and having our screens for 21 days he returned them by throwing them down our hillside and threw another batch on the street/ curbside. Needless to say we were outraged at his behavior. The screens are now bent and scratched up. Will did a job for us a few months ago out in Lincoln. The work itself was not great but commensurate with the cost. He told my wife that he damaged one of our screens and that he would have it repaired and return it. After 3 text he has ghosted us. I see that this is a common theme in these reviews. Not sure what he is doing with all these screens. I'm sure that the BBB, his insurance carrier and the State Contractors License Board would like to know. read more

I am in the Folsom area and this young man gave me a very good quote to clean my gutters and my widows . I paid him upon completion and later realized they damaged several screens and cleaned only portions of the gutters. Now they will not return phone calls. read more

IF YOU ARE A CONTRACTOR AND ARE CONTACTED BY THIS COMPANY, DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR THEM. If you plan on hiring this company be aware they are most likely going to damage something on your property, call another contractor to fix there mistake and not pay that contractor for the work. We were hired by Will to fix a window he broke while washing a house. We showed up the same day and replaced the broken glass. After my technician was done he called to collect payment and Will's phone was off. I did not think much of it as it was later in the evening and I trusted he as a fellow small business owner would take care of the bill the next day. I was completely wrong. Not only has he not paid but he will not answer the phone or return calls. After reading the other reviews this makes sense. This must be a terrible business and I would not consider hiring them or recommending them to anyone I know or do business with. Beware of this young man (Will) and his business!!! He came around our neighborhood in EDH promoting window washing. I thought I'd be kind and give them my business. They came, washed windows, did mediocre job, damaged a screen in process...So when he called for payment, I showed him the problems... he came back out to address the issues. Said he would take the screen and repair it...It's been 2 weeks and have not gotten my screen back! I trusted him, and not only has he not returned my screen, He ignores phone calls, doesn't reply to text messages. When I finally got ahold of him, through a different phone I called on, he had no reason but said he will find it and drop it off to me! AGAIN, no screen, no response and does not answer phone calls and text messages! This business is irresponsible and unprofessional! I've been patient and trustworthy but I am going to pursue other avenues to get my screen back! He is ignoring my attempts to reach him, and I'm done.
