The back area has the brewery section and additional space for events/private parties. Ordering is done with QR codes at the tables. Service is very friendly. Menu has many types of brews and bar food. They also have wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beers. Was here for an event. Crowded, bustling and full of life in this joint. Shared a "big cheese" cheese pizza. It has a crispy and slightly chewy crust with a tangy tomato sauce, basil, mozzarella and parmigiana cheese. Comfort food at its best. Others tried pepperoni and veggie pizzas which were also praised. For my beverage of choice went with the Stella Artois (non-alcoholic as I had a long run the next morning). It was light and refreshing. They also had cups and a water cooler at the right wall for those who wanted to hydrate throughout. Love this!

The seating isn't that comfortable at the long picnic tables, but the food was good. My chicken breast sandwich with chips was filling. The nachos were good but very soggy in the center. My gin and tonic was weak but still had a great flavor. It is a well-lit bar but they expect patrons to come in with a cellphone so they can order. Once you do, a server will bring the food and drink to your table.

When I asked one of the young ladies working for a menu, She gave them to me but didn't let me know she wasn't the server. When I asked to order after sitting with the menu for 10 minutes, she said yes but didn't take my order...didn't bother to tell me she wasn't the bartender. So I waited... The bartender showed up and I finally got an order in. Lack of Management is to blame here; service is the biggest part of the game here. You want a return visit being planned by the guests, not an unfavorable review. I'm hoping the food I ordered is tasty at least. Regulars get love it appears but you're shit out of luck if you're new and expecting any kindness. And they got my food wrong.

Okay, okay, that was one off, and surely the next one... no, no, the refrain to that includes the refrain -- nope, not typing that one either, but I'll never be able to drink a juice box again. Okay, I had ordered at this point, and though I kinda wanted to just leave... the food was coming. I had ordered a smokehouse burger. It was actually pretty good, and came with a side of fries. Both burger and fries make heavy use of old bay, which is nice. For two sandwiches and a drink, though, the bill came to over fifty bucks. While the burger was good, it was nowhere near worth that. Overpriced, loud and profane music? I see no reason to go back. I know the restaurant has been there forever, but I don't see it being there much longer.

I also got a mushroom lasagna and it didn't feel hot enough/ didn't taste amazing after the first few bites. But hoping it's a one off and would like to try some other things. We weren't the biggest fan of the chicken sandwich (I think it was called the chicken royale?) we got either- it just didn't work with the combination inside the sandwich. Seemed like there was only 1 person running the whole downstairs (and maybe training someone else) but he was a burst of sunshine keeping it together. Because of the 2 dishes not really hitting the mark but fish and chips are great id give it between 3 & 4 stars! Will come back for the fish & chips and try something else as the atmosphere was lovely and service was nice. Also looks like they have nice deals for every day of the week at the upstairs portion.

The only odd thing was that our server seemed to change halfway through our meal without anyone mentioning it. The fried green tomatoes (not pictured) were excellent and definitely worth ordering if they're on the menu. I had the shepherd's pie--it had great flavor but was unfortunately very salty, making it hard to finish. Overall, good food, great atmosphere, and a spot I'd recommend if you're in the area before a show.

For starters, we got the New England Clam Chowder and an order of Chickpea Fries. New England Clam Chowder - definitely a chowder and not a soup (heavy cream base) with a nice flavor and a healthy amount of clam bits. Chickpea Fries - A nice portion of well prepared fries. Nice crunch on the outside, but moist on the inside. Well seasoned and not oily. Comes with ketchup and an avocado lime ranch, which was ok. It's a huge portion and we took most of it home to enjoy later. Good use of chickpeas. Branzino - This is a whole fish split in half. Pretty easy to remove the bones oneself. The skin was nice and crunchy with the meat inside moist. Well prepared. I'm not a huge fan of dill and I think the seasoning of dill is a bit overdone here. (I'm pretty sure it's dill. Whatever it is, it's too heavy for me and detracts from the meal.). The wild rice side dish is very good. Lobster Roll - Excellent. My partner ordered this and the only comment was that the large was very big and next time they likely would get the small one. Lots of delicious, cold lobster meat. The fries also were excellent. The service overall was very good. Our food was served at an appropriate rate (apps, then main, which seems not to be important at a lot of restaurants these days) and the water service was excellent. Recommend this restaurant. I probably would not get the Branzino again because of the heavy dill seasoning, but there are other items in the menu that look interesting.

I had a menu in front of me in no time. Drink order taken, but I feel like when I place this order, it always gets messed up. I ordered a Sprite and water, all I got was the Sprite. With the heat, I sure could have used the water more, but oh well. Time to order and I wanted to order a dog, but also something to go with it. Seeing how the dogs don't come with a side, you need to order something else. I went with the Chili Idol. You cannot go wrong with a chili cheese dog, that is for sure. I love their bun concept here, giving you the option to cut this up into thirds, which you will need to do because of how big this thing is. Then to add on the heap of toppings, chili, cheese sauce and diced onions. You are in for a treat. Of course I devoured it. As my side for this, I went with their Crispy Pickle Chips, served with Miso Ranch. I could have went with fries, but I think this elevated it just a bit more. These were fresh from the fryer. That ranch, the right amount of salty to compliment it all. The atmosphere in here was a bit dead during my visit as it was after the lunch rush, but when I was about to leave it was picking up as the World Cup was coming on. I can see why people flock here because it has televisions everywhere. And each one of them has some sort of sports on them.
