Although the lady who did my nails was personable, I didn't visit the location to make a friend but rather get a great set of nails for my daughter's wedding on Friday. On Wednesday, I noticed two nails had polish down the middle but none on the sides, another finger has the gel separating from the nail and lastly I have multiple fingers with gel on my cuticles. Found this place by luck. I had my mani and pedi done. Quality of nail polish was excellent. Price is right also. Christine did my mani and it came out beautiful. She was extra careful in removing all the cuticle. A +++ I also had my pedi done. The massage chairs are amazing and the lady who did my pedi was very skilled. She gives a massage and a scrub that was so good! Got my eyebrows waxed. And my roots done. All in 1 shop. Highly recommend. Lucky find. I'm a happy customer. Will come back for sure. I've never had a better nail experience. I was shocked how low the prices were for full sets and package deals. A man did my nails and I asked him to be gentle as usually the process causes me a significant amount of pain. I felt no pain at all and there is no shortness of quality. I had a lip wax also and it was painless, she even did under my lip for free. Got every single hair without having to re-wax or tweeze. The wax prices are incredible. 35/55 for half/full leg. 6 for lip, 9 for brows. My full set of nails was only 25$. I highly recommend. My friend got the spa pedicure which is 25$, as opposed to the gel pedi which is 45. I believe you also have to pay a little extra to use their OPI colors. We called 2 hours ahead and they were waiting for us and seated us immediately even though we were a little early. read more

I had a mani and a pedi done here. During the pedicure, it got to the part where they trim the side of the nails. I didn't realize how far the lady had gone until I watched her shove a piece of gauze into the side of my nail bed because it was bleeding so much. The gauze stayed while she painted my nails and then she took it out when she was done. It instantly started bleeding again and continued to bleed a small amount for about 2 days. The wound she made has taken so long to heal because it goes so deep. It's been about 2 weeks now and it is still painful and swollen, thankfully no infection due to treatment at home. Nobody should ever cut that deep unless you are a podiatrist. A nail tech has no business doing that. They did a good job on the manicure, however the pedicure experience and wound I was given was enough for me to not ever go back. read more

I searched far and wide for a nail salon that caters to my nail Health with no short cuts when removing gel polish. They are generous with the polish. They take there time on you. And I never have to wait long for service to begin. The eye brow techs are awesome too . So i went for the plunge and let the salon lady PERMANENTLY STRAIGHTEN my hair. I was so nervous of damage But I'm so in LOVE with the results it's a MIRACLE ! My hair does feel funny when wet as it is a chemical bonded to your hair but once it's dry. I have been going to this Salon for over 6 months. Tonight, I walked in with a broken nail. My tech Jimmy tells me that he is too busy. I asked if someone else could repair the nail tonight. Jimmy responded no, everyone is busy. I said "So are you saying no one here will repair my nail tonight"? Jimmy said "no one will repair your nail tonight". I was not offered a time, that my nail could be repaired. Jimmy did not check with other techs either. There was no expectation of immediate service or for any tech to stop what they are doing to repair my nail. There was expectation of service being a regular client. Went in with my mom today, we are in town on vacation and are unfamiliar with the area. We both received a mani/pedi and the pedicure service was great, the staff was very pleasant, however I'm unhappy with my manicure. It's now 3 hours after leaving the salon and my nails are covered in air bubbles from the top coat. My thumb nail is completely ruined from the cashier coming to check if my nails were dry. All in all - The atmosphere and staff were good but I am disappointed in paying for service that I'm unsatisfied with. read more

While I was on vacation in Orlando, I decided to stop into this salon for a manicure. I am completely pleased at the service from the staff and the selection of various salon brand products offered for purchase, including a great selection of Redkin products. Christine was readily available to take me as a walk in for a regular manicure. She was very efficient and precise . I'm sorry, but no, this place is god awful. This place is a store for hair products and beauty supplies in the front and a nail salon in the back. We had 4 in our party and came in on a Friday at 2. It should've been busy, but there were only 2 nail technicians available. My friend and I had to wait in massage chairs with our feet in water, waiting for an hour while the other two girls were getting service. Our friends who getting their nails done first asked for gel and a design, which took some time, so by the time they came to me and my friend, they did a sloppy job, trying to finish up with us as fast as possible. She kept nicking me with her cuticle scissors and pressed to make the cut stop bleeding. I tried to be polite but I've never had that make sting a during a pedicure. And for my manicure they used the most thinned out nail polish. I could still see the white part of my finger nails and it cracked literally within hours of getting it done. this is the worst nail spa i have ever been too ever! i went yesterday and i asked for a design and said if you cant do it thats fine i will choose something else, he was very confident that he could do the design... and he completely messed up my nails!! he was very far off of the design i gave him and he kinda hid what he was trying to do because he knew he couldn't do it there is even little bubbles in my nails her even made me change the colors of it i should him a picture and the nail design was green and white and he convinced me that the green was a very ugly green so i should him the nail design in and a different color and said he had them and i like the color but i have a hot mess on my nails and i didnt say anything but i wish i did. will never come here again read more
