Seems like a great deal, but the minute you suggest you might not do a membership, the staff loses all interest in you! You are limited in the classes you can attend because there are member only classes listed on the schedule. You're also required during the trial classes to text or call to schedule - very inconvenient. Worst part, there's a particular instructor who has a very nasty, non-conducive-to-customer-service attitude. She aggressively told me that I had already taken all my 5 classes, yet she wouldn't charge me for the "6th" class, and in the future the fee would be $25 for a drop-in. She didn't once use my name during the exchange, yet she raised her voice and became argumentative - at which point I told her I wouldn't argue with her, she could check her records, and that I had texts to confirm all my classes and cancellations with more than 24 hours notice! I walked away from her, and she attempted to chat with me during the class while I was trying to pay attention to the instructor and WORK OUT! Finally, the franchise owner, Morgan Price, promised to call me on 2 separate occasions, but still hasn't followed through on the promise - appears it's overall a non-customer-service-based establishment. read more

My cousin and I bought a Groupon for ILKB. After scheduling our class with their staff and taking 2 classes at 6:30 previously, we were turned away from our 3rd 6:30 class due to it being a "member's only" class. We explained that we were scheduled for this class by their staff but they refused to let us enter the class we had already paid for. No one informed us that this time was a member's only class. The staff member suggested that we go "shopping" and wait for the next class 1.5 hrs later. The staff was rude, demeaning, and completely unprofessional. In addition, the manager was hostile and yelled that we couldn't join the class. Additionally, we told we were also being turned away because we were 5mins late. We were late due to the shopping center having construction underway and many entrances being blocked. I have never experienced rudeness of the level, especially when it was a mistake made by their own staff. The manager and staff do not know how to properly conduct business and have no business in managing ILKB. Lastly, I contracted ring worm from my 2nd class at ILKB (photo attached). I was willing to give them a second chance but based on my most recent experience, I will never return and they have lost 2 customers. Stay away! read more

They're good.. The minute you stop, there's someone close by pushing you. Classes break down into warm up (which is nobody's warm up.. I know everyone has different opinions, but I think it's important for those who are more health conscious to note that masks are not required. I went in for the trial, and when I walked in, I noticed the four people in the waiting area were not wearing a mask. I asked the lady at the front desk if masks were required, and she said not during training... but the people waiting nor nor she had one on either... If you have health concerns, note that is in a very small and muggy room with maybe 15% of people actually wearing a mask while huffing, puffing, and sweating. If you're okay with that, then the facility looks neat. If we were in a different time point before the pandemic, I would have definitely stuck to the trial. I decided to try ILKB after purchasing a 3 day trial thru an ad on Facebook. All the staff is so friendly and really made me feel welcomed. I signed up on the second class and so far I've been going for about 3 weeks. I absolutely love it! The instructors are very helpful and show you what to do a couple of times so it's hard to get lost or confused. The classes are challenging, but you are in control of how hard you push yourself. They always show you ways you can make the moves more challenging or modify them to accommodate your intensity level. Everyone is very encouraging and I love the push I get during workouts.
