I dropped in at CrazyTrain while I was on a work layover because I wanted to keep up with my CrossFit routine, and I absolutely loved the gym! The owner and coach, Billy, was super welcoming, and I felt like I was a part of the community already when I walked in. He was also super attentive and even taught me some new movements that I hadn't done before. He ensured that I was never lost during any part of the warm-up and workout and explained everything thoroughly. It was almost like having a private trainer! He even helped suggest some ways to improve my form on certain lifts. When training at the same gym, you always have the same coaches, so it was very nice to get a new perspective because he was able to pick up on some things that my regular coaches did not see. This box has all the equipment you see at any other CrossFit gym, and it is well organized and very spacious. There are even little red squares on the floor that help everyone space out. I loved this box so much that I will definitely stop by at every opportunity I get when I am back in West Palm Beach. I am so glad that I found this location! I am not big into fitness and am certainly not your typical CrossFit candidate. I was convinced to come here by a friend and didn't expect to stick with it too long or like it all that much. Here we are, week number 4, and I'm oddly loving it. John and Jenny are great trainers. You can tell they know their stuff, and they're also good at keeping me motivated to get bigger better faster stronger. I have a lot of issues with flexibility and I've been shocked at how quickly I'm noticing improvements. I've had many sports coaches try to help me in this regard previously with no success hah. Overall, this gym has a lot of space and a good atmosphere. I'm a big fan of the downtown location too. I had been to one CrossFit gym previously and found it way too serious and a little intimidating. I am currently visiting West Palm Beach and was looking for a gym to drop in. This place is great - huge facility with 3 large bay doors - and it is set up really efficiently. It's clean and the members are great and friendly. I worked with the owner John today. He really emphasized form over speed and helped out some of my technique. He seems like he really cares for his members so you'll be safe working out here. They have a Friday night community workout that's open to friends and family. After completing my first workout with trainers Jenny and John, I was ready to "get on board" Crazy Train Crossfit. Workouts are challenging for the more experienced crossfitter but can be scaled down for anyone of any skill level. Proper form is stressed repeatedly and QUALITY of reps are encouraged over QUANTITY of reps. The overall environment in the gym is very friendly. After my first day, I felt as though I had been working out there for months. I was introduced to the class before my first class and had made a few friends by the end of WOD - which is hard for me to do because I have an awkward personality. There are no cliques in this gym and this place has a genuine family-type feel. The facility has a lot of floor space for Olympic lifting and high ceilings make the place feel even bigger. The equipment is new and the gym is always cleaned after the end of each workout session. I highly recommend this gym to anyone of any age, size, or athletic ability. 5 stars all the way! read more

Great facility, great coaches and a very welcoming atmosphere. Did a drop-in today and was very pleased with the layout, equipment (quality and condition) as well as the staff and regulars. I'm in this area fairly frequently and this is now my steady drop-in box. My home box is really nice with a great staff that I drive 10 miles out of my way to go to. I dropped in for two workouts at Crazytrain while visiting Palm Beach and had a fantastic experience. Everyone was welcoming, the place is big, clean, and well-stocked with high-quality equipment, and they've got some really impressive athletes. Always a pleasure doing things when they are done right! Crazytrain has the facility and the staff to coach the absolute beast out of you.
