I started using ClassPass a couple of months ago after being convinced by a friend -- she knew I needed motivation and pushed me to try it out. I have two more months to go on ClassPass (they do have a monthly membership but I signed up for 3 months on a special deal). I didn't REALLY get motivated until I tried out FTF Join The Circuit class taught by Stephanie! I'm so mad that I didn't discover this place before! I plan on actually joining the club! This is something I can see myself doing long-term and staying consistent with. I don't even mind the drive -- I live in Lilburn. I love the high intensity/circuit workouts. I push myself to get better each class and the instructors including Stephanie are so welcoming each time and really make you feel comfortable. My goal is to get better at kicking the bag without potentially breaking my leg, foot, or ankle and being able to conquer the workouts without stopping to take breaks (unless it's a break between the circuits). I take Kickboxing with Richard and Performance Fitness with Q although the gym offers other activities like jiu jitsu and muay thai. Richard and Q are the bomb diggity! No doubt. I am super not into working out and was as weak as a twig when I first started. However, the coaches, especially Q, really pay attention to your form and makes sure it's correct. My snatches and deadlifts were janky AF before going here. The Performance Fitness class he teaches are similar to Crossfit. They consists of a combination of weights and high intensity interval training exercises. Richard's Kickboxing classes are also great and he teaches us different techniques frequently. The exercises are not mundane and you get a good cardio workout. My svelte figure hasn't emerged yet, but I am stronger now and look forward to working out. Woot! I don't even know who I am anymore.

I was absent for about 8 months but never felt compelled to cancel my membership. Just resumed the workouts this week after prolong absence. I was able to pick up where I left off without much stress. Highly recommend this since it allows individuals to go at their own pace. This is an excellent total body workout as well as stress management tool. The facility is also nice and clean with attention to details regarding sanitation/sterilization of the equipment.
