It was not . I was home in view of one of the areas to be inspected and no one was here . Secondly all my bait stations were untouched : some are totally or partially covered and I could see they were not inspected . I even removed one and saw that the bait was not replaced . I will be canceling my contract immediately and filing a report with BBB .
