They were great when I hired them in 2018 but I had to cancel my services after moving away for some time. When I returned to Georgia I hired them again in Feb/2021 being that I had a great experience in 2018. However, I had to terminate them months later after their services lacked tremendously in the area of consistency and quality. The cleaning was not consistent nor at the level it was back in 2018. This was due to having different teams coming to my home for every cleaning cycle. In the time they serviced me from February to April, I only received exceptional service twice. When I asked if I could just keep the team that finally delivered I was told they couldn't do this being that they had a lot of homes and had to schedule all teams according to route. When I brought up any issues to management they said that all they could do is come back and rectify any and all future issues 24 hours later which would obviously mean it would be handled the following day. Being that we are business owners we don't have that type of time. This being the case, I never complained again and just cleaned up whatever they missed or didn't clean correctly. We just wanted it done right the first time, every time. The inconsistency and lack of quality performed on the same day of service was really the reason why we moved on. Now, if you have plenty of time to spare during your week and are fine with them coming out again to rectify anything that was missed or not cleaned right, then this would be the company for you. Management is great and is always very responsive in rescheduling someone to come out to fix any issues you may experience. read more

We used image maids while moving out of our apartment. The service describes a cleaning that will get your deposit back and they list details such as cleaning baseboards and other items that you wouldn't expect anyone else to do. So we were excited to use them. The kitchen looked great but the rest of the apartment felt like wasted money. There was still pet hair along the base board that I easily vacuumed up myself after they said they couldn't get it up. The laundry room was just quick swept and cleaned. They didn't "scrub" some of the items and deep clean like they had made it sound. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Long story...but worth reading if you want a move-in cleaning or a deep cleaning. Not the company to use! We chose Image Maids to complete a move-in cleaning for a home we just purchased. The team was comprised of three ladies who arrived on time and ready to go. My husband and I still had a week before we moved in, so there was no furniture or anything to move in the house, and we made sure to walk through with Tammy (the team lead) to point out the areas that needed special attention. The entire service lasted about 4 hours (costing almost $500). Upon completion, we did a quick walk through to make sure the job was completed and found several areas where dust had not even been touched (top of refrigerator, top of light fixtures, mantle) and one of the ladies had forgotten to wipe out the cabinets. We asked the team to redo those areas, which they did. We also had carpet installers in and out of the home that same day, so were busy and not able to do a more thorough walkthrough - which I regret. Once we did, we discovered baseboards that had not been touched, blinds that were poorly dusted (I spent a few hours the next few days cleaning them myself), the floors were actually dirty...like to the point I had to mop twice to get them clean, and several windows sills were not touched. I'm not sure what they spent 4 hours doing, but cleaning the house was not it. When the company called a couple days later to ask how the service was, I said it was OK...the lady did not ask for further details. Again, at that point we hadn't moved in yet and seen all the areas they had missed. When the company texted me a few weeks later to see if we wanted another cleaning, I responded that we would not use them again and were not happy with the service. From there, instead of calling me to ask what the issue was, I proceeded to receive several back and forth emails asking for details, and one email I should not have been copied on between the office staff where someone included a typo (the word whore) which was so unprofessional and strange. Why would you cc' a customer on interoffice communications? In any case, the office manager called to apologize for the email chain, but made absolutely ZERO efforts to rectify the situation. Most companies will offer some refund or something tangible when a customer is very unsatisfied....not the case here. I would not recommend this company, unless you need very VERY basic cleaning that you could essentially do yourself. For anything that requires attention to detail, look elsewhere. read more

Recently I moved out of the home I had rented for a year and there was a rather long list of requirements in order for me to get my security deposit back. Knowing my cleaning skills are probably not up to par and also having a busy life and work schedule I needed a top-notch cleaning service to get the house ready for inspection. I call these guys and they had me scheduled the next day fees were clearly explained and the crew did an amazing job. It took them a half an hour longer than expected but I believe it was well worth it because the place looks spotless and immaculate in fact it looks much much cleaner than it did when I moved in a year ago. Hopefully I'll get most if not all of my security deposit back. I highly recommend these guys. read more

We've used Image Maids twice for move-out cleaning services on our rental property. Both times I have been very satisfied with the cleanliness of my house. They really clean everything, things you never even thought were dirty. Or things you've tried endlessly to clean and can't seem to. I think they work efficiently - they sent a team of 4 each time and each person appeared to be assigned to a different area of the house. I'm also satisfied with their pricing - most recently, I received a discount while booking over the phone. I appreciated that. Would use again! read more

I called Image maids and was quoted a " DEEP CLEANING " quote the first time I used then, this was window panes, baseboards, wash down cabinet fronts etc, along with sweeping, mopping vacuuming etc. sounded like a good deal, it was for my 81 year old mothers home. They did a great job. Since then, a basic sweep, mop and vacuum has the same charge as a "DEEP CLEANING ", without the extra cleaning...... I called to see what the difference was apparently there is none, I used them a couple of times and paid myself, this time my mother called them and got the outrageous price for the basic cleaning, when I asked why, to the lady that answered the phone, she really had no justifying reason ... when I said that was ridiculous and reminded her that we had used them in the past and would not use them again, she really didn't care. Well guess what lady, I feel as though you took advantage of my elderly mother, and there are a lot of people out there in your line of work, you may want to value your retention if you even know what that means. We hired Image Maids to do a move-in cleaning for us on a home we just purchased. They arrived well within the scheduled time, got right to work, and finished so quickly I thought surely they couldn't have done a good job - wow was I wrong! Closets shelves and hanging rods, baseboards, fixtures, switches, door knobs, cabinet interiors, everything was absolutely spotless!
