The situation at the location remains unchanged. You scheduled an appointment for 1pm and asked that we arrive 10 minutes early, via email and text, only to find the office closed for lunch. By 12:55pm, six patients were waiting when you came to open the doors at 1:01 pm. To only come have us sit and be seen at 1:08pm. The star is for the restroom being in the office so it's closer and there are more seats to accommodate multiple bookings at the same time so everyone is not standing as they wait to be seen. read more

Booked for my son and I for braces . I completed the online forms for both of us which asked what options I was seeking braces Invisalign etc. Got into the office my forms can't be found in the system m, my sins forms are there but not mines so I'll need to complete them again on paper forms. Once complete with the forms and after my son was taken back my turn. No introduction just have a seat out your mouth here hold this open smile close you lips etc back to the waiting area then we w both called in to what I thought was a consultation with the dentist to confirm what's needed and at what cost . I was asked all the questions I answered on the form he had in front of him and wouldn't read until I got tired of it and told him I put it all on the form in front of you . I was already called and asked if I want braces earlier in the day then reasked twice in office after I was then told my sons insurance is verified but not mine so he is going to verify my insurance so when I come back to meet the dentist if he recommends treatment I'll be told how much and can get them same day. First my son is covered under my insurance I'm the primary sooooooooo Second why was verification not done prior to my appointment date????? I asked why online it says same day service which put me under the impression I would be examined and consulted with the dentist same day ! I was told no we do it this way so patients don't wait 1-2 hours they can come back and it's faster . I advised it's faster to have it all done same day not come back again!! I have to work so getting this done in one appointment is ideal!! No! It's not faster ! This was a HUGH waste of my time!!!! Dentists are only in office Tuesday-Thursday ! I'll like to share that there is FREE parking available, I heard that they will be moving and in hopes there is parking included. Also, the space was clean, staff had great smiles to welcome us to check in. They had clients in and out of the space, showing the process they have is effective and all clients seemed happy with treatment. I can see why! My daughters were called back shortly for consultation, and then I was called back to check in with the Doctor. Gabby introduced herself, and remembered us from our conversation the previous week. This made me feel like I mattered there to recalled our dialogue. She explained what will happen today and alert the Doctor we are ready. The dr came in introduced himself (sadly I forgot his name) and included me on his professional suggestion regarding my daughter treatment. Which involved me and allowed me to understand why he is doing these treatments to support it and of course know what I'm paying for. He was detailed in explaining things to Gabby, and when I had questions he kindly answered and/ or requested me to give him a moment to allow him to wrap up. This makes sense, because I don't want to sidetracked him from important details. He explained things I didn't understand, and most of all- he included my daughters in their own care. Reason why one was getting braces and the other wasn't. During my time here, I did not experience staff feeling overwhelmed, rushed or too busy to provide great service like I got to experience at today's visit. If I could give zero stars, I would. This business is the definition of unprofessional, dishonest, and downright disrespectful. From day one, they have hidden critical information that should have been disclosed before I signed my contract. My signed agreement makes no mention whatsoever of a "two retainers per year" limit, yet years later they tried to enforce this bogus rule by sending me another paper completely unsigned by me as if it magically became part of my contract. That's not just misleading, it's borderline fraudulent. When I try to bring up these concerns, their staff talks over me, dismisses my points, and has even hung up the phone on me. They will not listen, they will not explain the contract when asked, and they will twist the facts to avoid accountability. I was told there's "no higher-up" to speak to, which is an obvious lie. When I pointed out that the dentist was physically present when I signed my contract, they tried to hide behind the excuse that "the person you signed with doesn't work here anymore." As if that somehow erases their legal and ethical obligations. This is a classic tactic to dodge responsibility and it tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. The truth is, they don't care about patient satisfaction, transparency, or trust. They care about one thing: getting your money. Once they have it, they will change terms, ignore your questions, and treat you like you're the problem for daring to hold them accountable. If you're considering this place, don't. Save yourself the stress, the financial hit, and the infuriating conversations where you're talked over, lied to, and stonewalled. I found Image Orthodontics through the Invisalign provider website, where they were listed as a top provider. I was also impressed that their website claimed to specialize in treating TMJ issues along with orthodontic issues, which matched my needs since I have bite and jaw problems. Their website even states: "Our orthodontists specialize in treating jaw pain caused by TMD and TMJ." Unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to these claims. During my first consultation, I was told I needed a TMJ evaluation from a third-party specialist before they felt comfortable treating me and it would have cost $700. I decided to opt for getting the evaluation done through my medical insurance which took a long time to schedule and complete. Afterwards I was cleared by the doctor to proceed with orthodontic care and supplied the report to Image Orthodontics. When I returned for my follow-up visit, I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. When he finally came in, he immediately told me he couldn't help me, citing that he didn't have the time to dedicate to my case and was worried he might make things worse. I found this to be quite dismissive, and he only gave vague recommendations for what I should do next. I left feeling that my case wasn't prioritized, and the lack of clear guidance was disappointing. On a positive note, the front desk staff, especially Gabriela, were great--responsive, professional, and helpful. However, the care I received from the orthodontist did not meet my expectations, and I'm disappointed. I feel like the office's claims about their TMJ expertise are misleading, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone seeking treatment for complex jaw or bite issues. read more

No Star at all. They are not customer service oriented, maybe one or two people only. Even the Orthodontist is not pleasant. They don't call you back when they said they will. When you have an appointment they tell you you'll get a reminder and it's your fault if you don't show up even if they have a glitch in their system. They don't apologize and make you feel it's your fault. Problem from the beginning of my treatment. Tech that took out my filling after the ortho pushed my schedule because he said I needed to get my filling done. I told the ortho about it and he said it must be my aligned that took it out. One problem after another. I stayed because I'm fully paid. Bad mistake! Never again in this location! I had to change locations. When changing locations, you still need to come and sign a form instead of signing electronically. They are nicer now that I'm leaving. read more

Arrived on the day. No appointment on record. I have proof of setting the appointment. No apology. Tried to shift the blame and gaslight me about their process. Doctor was fine. Update 6/5/23: They discharged me (without notification) because I wouldn't take down my review. I only found out because I called to confirm my upcoming appointment which they gave me AFTER I said I'd update the review when the surgery had been completed. Wasted my time because medical no longer covers for braces my age, I clearly needed help and because it wasn't going to be instant pay from medical. They decided it wasn't worth it. I have a very bad experience after they collected our money we came always on time and we are the first to check in at the front desk but we get called after doctor seen everyone including people they came 15-20 after we checked in we drove 20-30 minutes for the worst possible experience few times we have to come back the same day or the next day because the dental assistant didn't put the wire properly and started to poke my kids gums today we have to wait more than 30 minutes past our appointment time even though we checked in first I think they gave priority for people they are new patients and still paying the bills if you have paid all for your treatment you are the last to get called I have no problem with the doctor he is a nice guy but in order to get to him you have to go through his stuff if there's negative start I will give his stuff that read more

You can hardly get an appointment and when she did they started a service in which we started a contract and treatment was not properly given. I can understand (after the fact) that I need to look up what the name of the HMO insurance is... but to literally be flippant and laugh at someone that is calling for help, is tasteless. My daughter's services for her treatment were well taken care of. My experience however with the billing dept. working together with my insurance co. was the worst experience ever. Image Ortho did not advocate for my insurance to submit payments. I provided Image with all insurance info. I had to take everything into my own hands for 6 months and I was paying private payments for over a year until I got everything worked out by appealing the process. I finally got my reimbursement check for $1,300 as I kept making the monthly payments. Ortho did not care if my insurance paid them or not. Biggest headache ever. read more
