Callous, brusque staff. Poor communication. This review is specifically for the Blossom Hill location. My kid had a wire pop out. The dental assistant who helped her was very rough. When my kid told her it hurts, her response was "it doesn't hurt", and kept going. They didn't fix the problem as this was a "comfort appointment". After we left, my kid found a piece of snipped wire in her mouth. The office does not do a great job of communicating the difference between a comfort appointment and a regular appointment. When we asked for clarification, the manager launched into legalese about how this is mentioned in the contract, and it is our responsibility to comb through the contract. Overall, the staff is uncaring, and terrible at communication. This clearly starts from the top, and the attitude has percolated down to the staff. read more

amazing experience at image orthodontics! have been coming here for about 2-3 years and am always pleased with the service. about 2-3 years ago, i was struggling to find a dentist/orthodontics place to get invisalign and fix my teeth overall because they were in bad position at the time. and no place seemed to work out. however, Dr. Shastry was very determined to help me and i finally managed to get invisalign and things finally seemed to work out! my teeth started to get in shape slowly but surely and my teeth went from horrible to amazing! im very happy with the outcome and am forever glad we decided to come here! love this place forever and will continue to come for retainer checkups now that i have finished my invisalign :) read more

I was about to sign up for braces for my son. I was given a price of about $2300 on Tuesday. When we came back for imaging, I was given a price of about $3200. Apparently the additional $950 is for lost retainers if you want them. So basically like retainer insurance. The office offered a $120 same day sign on discount and the $950 for potentially lost retainer replacements-- but it may cost more later if you don't sign on now. They shouldn't have a same day discount... it should just be $120 less. I do not feel comfortable with this type of marketing for healthcare for my son. If I need a second opinion or even just need time to think about making this purchase, I just don't think it's ethical to put pressure on patients like this. This is for healthcare for my child. I bring my daughter to this office for her consultations. The doctor recommended waiting until more adult teeth come in, and I really appreciate that she isn't trying to sell me on treatment that isn't needed. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to explain possible treatment plans. We've been coming in every six months to monitor my daughter's growth and how her teeth are coming in. We will definitely be starting treatment here once the doctor gives us the green light. The staff is very friendly and always remembers my daughter's name.
