When Danny would come out, it was great. He did a thorough job and was very knowledgeable. However, when other employees would come, they were in and out in 2 minutes and didn't do a thorough job. So much so that one time, they had to come back again before my next scheduled visit due to returning any problems. They also are very unpredictable about scheduling. They would send an email saying they would come on a certain date and either never show or text me the day they were to show and say they were coming another day. I have a dog so I would always ask they just give me a little notice to let the dog in the house so they could have access to the backyard, but it was always random when they would show. Like I said, Danny was great and knowledgeable but they need to work on their staff. read more

I messaged Danny on Yelp with Image Pest Control telling him my issue with black widows outside and a few bugs that had recently made their way inside. He was able to get me an appointment the next day. He showed up on time and we talked through the issue. He decided to spray outside only with the intent that would also fix the issue with the critters that had made their way indoors. I appreciated not being up-sold on an indoor spray, and not to mention, all the chemicals that would have come with an indoor spray. Contacted Danny about a month ago because our spider problem was getting ridiculous. We had so many black widows coming out. He came out and gave us an really good estimate and decided to go ahead and schedule an appointment. Danny from Image Pest Control has been spraying at my house for a few years. We had a HUGE problem with ants. We even had another service come out and spray without any change. Since we started regular service, we see less than 10 ants in the house all year, and I suspect they follow us home from somewhere else. We had a gopher in the yard, after the neighbors looked at me funny for sitting in the front yard with a pellet gun I called Danny, after on visit the gopher was gone. Excellent and fast service! More than fair prices. Danny came out to my house shortly after I called about a bee problem in my attic. They used a unique way of pinpointing the hive, which saved me tons in repair costs. At first, he tried a special trap to relocate the bees to a beekeeper, as we both wanted to save rather than exterminate them.
