Horrible company do not use them. We ask them do pest control on 6/29. And pay $200 we had no ants inside our house this year, our dog had flees, we called to get this service to prevent ant problem. The owner son was very nice did the service for us and I mention clearly that I'm concerned with ant problem in the kitchen and upstairs in the restroom I asked him to spray upstairs and told me that it's no need and he reassure me that just spraying downstairs will take care of the problem. Mind you 2 weeks after the service we seen bugs inside the house and I'm ok to let that go 1-2 bugs it's not that big deal for me my most concern is ants. We were gone for vacation for 2.5 weeks and came back with ants in our restroom upstairs, and called them and instead of owning up to not spraying upstairs when we got service back in 6/29 they put the blame on us and tell me the chemical doesn't last forever. I know it doesn't last forever but it's only been 1.5 month since our service. Bad customer service and I am not satisfied at all could've just buy some from Home Depot if it's only gonna last you a month. And what the owner say what you want me to come back to do it for free? No, I did not ask him to come back or to do for free. Instead of apologizing and owning up to their mistakes. I am not happy with their service because i specifically told them there's ants upstairs in the restroom and ask it to be spray and he didn't. Why pay $200 something and only pay for 1 month of no bugs. Btw I was referred by a friend that's their loyal client and I also recommend their service to friend and family, but I definitely regret using them. Responds to the owner comment; When your son did the service for us I asked him do we need do anything to sign up for service every 3 month and he say just call in 2-3 month when you think it's needed, nothing is needed to sign up. I'm just very unhappy with your customer service #1 I'm a paying customer I paid over $200 this service was done 6/29 I specifically confirmed 2-3 times with your son are you sure upstairs bathroom don't need to be sprayed, we only have 2 bathroom that have ant problem near sink and toilet area. He firmly denied spraying those area and said spraying downstairs will take care of the issue. Obviously it didn't. The ants upstairs could be from a different area then the ones downstairs by the kitchen. Service done 6/29, within 1-2 weeks I've noticed a few bugs and spider I'm ok with these it's just a few. My main thing is ants. I went on vacation 8/1 came back 8/18. Today is 8/19 to respond to your "couple month" it's not couple month. It's 1 month since you guys services and almost 2.5 week with no one home to make a mess, food dropping I just wanted an answer to my question why wasn't upstairs sprayed when I disclosed concern to upstairs ant problem in the restroom areas? While I was working inside our garage I heard a loud buzzing. The doors were all closed at this time. In the dim light, I tried to look around to figure what was making the buzzing sound and then I caught the silhouette of what I thought was "just a bee". So, not wanting to harm a bee (they've always been really tame from my encounters), I decided to open the garage door to let it out. With the bright clear light shining in, I realized to, my horror, that wasn't a bee--it was a wasp. And by opening the garage door I allowed several more wasps to fly in. During this terrifying encounter I was able to barely fend them off using a store bought wasp bug spray (but I was definitely not properly equipped to handle this and feel lucky I didn't get stung), and even with my effort, over the next few days I noticed wasps were still flying around and lurking just outside the garage door (and possibly building new tiny nests). All that's to say, I am so so happy with the service I received today! I couldn't have resolved this issue on my own and Jason is a savior! He came by, took down all the paper wasp nests and treated the roof to prevent new nests from forming!! And on top of taking care of everything, he was super friendly, communicative, and prompt! I called Jason on Monday morning at 9:30 am asking if he could do a termite inspection that same day. Initially he said Tuesday, bit I explained I was visiting from Seattle to do a bathroom remodel for my best friend and we didn't have a lot of time. He made room in his schedule that same day and came by at 1:00pm. He was very nice and confirmed that there were indeed termites. This is for BEE control review only. Do not hire Strix for any complex BEE removal. They are professional and responsive; however they are NOT experts of bee removal. I had a complex case of bee hive in a tall tree. Long story short, they had to come back to my house 3 MORE times to ATTEMPT to get rid of the bees. The tree was cut down onto the ground by the second time he came back. (Total of 4 attempts to get of rid of bees) But the bees keep on coming back. I appreciate them coming back asap to take multiple shots at it, but the result remains unsatisfactory. If you have a bee problem, try a different company. read more

I live in the canyons of Corona, we have lots of pests since we've been here, about 2 years now. Earwigs, little beetles, all kinds of spiders, ants along the yard. Every day I would come across a spider around the house - inside and out. Called strix and they did a thorough spray along the exterior and in my garage. (They will do the interior but I opted to not have that). Took less than an hour, it all was dried and could let my dogs out again. That was about 3 months ago and life has been great, have not come across one spider since! It's wonderful being able to go outside and not have to worry about picking up something that could be harboring a spider or something else.
