Mike and Michael are professional and very knowledgeable. I suffer from drop foot and am on my feet for many hours. I was uncomfortable with the basic hard plastic orthotic. It didn't give me the side support that I needed. Mike had me try a Carbon Fiber brace by Thrive. It is light weight and strong. I am able to wear it well over eight hours with no fatigue. The design is excellent as it gives me the side support that I was looking for. The Velcro straps and cushion pads lasted almost two years. I needed replacements recently and had Jenna set up an appointment for new straps. Michael assisted me and I was done in less than 15 minutes!! Great service all around! I highly recommend Redlands Prosthetic and Orthotics.

There are about 6 ladies in the front office that just stand around talking and ignoring the people! The worst thing is that when you call the office they NEVER answer the phone and take FOREVER to return your call! Both my sister and I called and left several messages asking to please send my dad's antibiotic prescription to his pharmacy. And no return calls until the 9th day! Absolutely unacceptable!
