They are so kind. I go there for breast prosthetics and mastectomy bras. Sweet peaceful atmosphere and make you feel so comfortable.

I did not have to wait long for an appointment. The staff makes you feel comfortable. I was going to Hawaii in a few days and was able to buy two nice bathing suits. read more

I was sent here by Kaiser to get breast forms and pocket bras after my bilateral mastectomy. I was a little concerned they wouldn't have the kind of bras I was looking for since I wanted something a bit lower in the neckline with thin straps so I could wear my pre mastectomy tops. I'm so bad with names (chemo brain lol) but I had two wonderful ladies helping me find the right breast form size and the perfect bras. My appointment was quick but I never once felt rushed, they're just great at finding what you need! I am very happy with the whole experience, I highly recommend them and will definitely be back next year when it's time for new bras. read more

I had a bilateral mastectomy years ago, and have been unhappy with the silicone prosthetics that were available when I first had my surgery. I stumbled upon permaform bras and loved them, but alas! my insurance did not cover them. The friendly Beeman's folks put on their thinking caps and came up with a very close substitute for what I wanted. I found them very kind and helpful. read more

I've been getting my mastectomy bras at Beeman's Boutique for 13 years. They are very kind and caring! Jeannie is so patient and makes sure she gets the right fit and style for you. I don't know how you could have a bad experience there. Jo has always been very nice and helpful too. I'm glad that Kaiser recommended them to me and I will continue to go there. read more

I've been to Beeman's Boutique before. The women there are VERY friendly & caring. I called beforehand to see what I needed to bring, & the person on the phone explained every thing to me in a VERY friendly way. I didn't hear any negative remarks, nor any statement was made negatively towards any person or compamy, when I was there. I was given suggestions, but IT was MY decision to decide what I liked & wanted. Thank you Beeman's staff for your professional knowledge and expertise. I had such a great experience, Jeannie helped me so much during pre and post op double mastectomy. She took her time making sure I was satisfied with what I was getting. Very knowledgeable on products and friendly atmosphere. Kaiser Permanente recommended Beeman's and I was not disappointed in both my visits there. read more

Regarding the review that was posted...I have been using this store for many years and have NEVER been treated with anything but RESPECT. The store has been so kind helping through my breast cancer. Obviously this is a isolated case and we have only heard one side, so before you make up your mind, give them a call and talk to them yourself. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is a place that is supposed to be compassionate to hard to fit bra sizes and women who have had breast cancer. I went here one day in desperate need of a bra, with no where else to turn. The only place I knew of that sold bras in my size had closed down. Anyone who has gone through a fitting process knows that standing in front of someone (or two) topless is very embarrassing. As I take my shirt off the two women proceed to make fun of the bra I'm wearing, which costs over $100 and is extremely good quality. They called it a nursing bra (it was not) and laughed at me. Since it was broken at that point and unwearable and I couldn't find anywhere to replace it I had no choice but to buy the horrible bra with no support which didn't fit correctly or hold me in appropriately. I left there crying that day and never wanted to get fitted again. I also never wore their bra again. It was trash and I wasted $70. Also, the two women talked very unprofessionally about one of their competitors in ways that sounded more like school yard talk than what you should be hearing in a place of business. I later found out that one of those two women was the owner of the business. Thank goodness I got in contact with the owner of the business where I used to get my bras and she fitted me at her home otherwise I would have been stuck with the horrific products and customer service at Beeman's. read more

If I could give a minus star I would. They are rude and unprofessional and think they know it all! The are way overpriced and not very friendly. I'd advise you to find someplace else. I would never return to this place and I would never give them one cent of my money. read more

I had bilateral mastectomies in 2012 and have been getting my prosthetics and bras from them since. Both Jo and Jeannie have been very compassionate and helpful. Always willing to take time to talk to me and answer any questions I might have. Jeannie has always done my fittings. She takes the time to make sure I am fitted properly and comfortably and that I am happy with what I have chosen. She is very knowledgeable about all the products. The boutique is very clean and pleasing to the eye. read more

For several years I had done business with Beaman's Boutique. I was a mail order customer and service was satisfactory until 2014. I mailed my RX to Beaman's on 1 June 2014 to be filled for my yearly supplies. Jo (the owner) needed a Diagnosis Code on the RX which was inadvertently left off by Dr. Jo faxed Rx to Dr for addition of code. The RX was returned to Jo by Dr but she was not able to read it. She called me to say she was returning RX to me to get the code (I have had the same code for 7 years). I live 75 miles from Beaman's and 35 miles from my Dr.. What an inept way of doing business!!! I got the code added to the RX and mailed it back to Jo. On 11 August I called Jo asking about my order. She got all huffed-up and said she didn't have the items in stock and would have to order them and get them to me. Now she knew the first week of June that this was an order to be filled but took no action to get the supplies, In the interim she billed Medicare and my personal insurance on or around 14 July 2014. The insurances paid the billed amount. Jo got the billing and her payment accomplished but didn't order the supplies!!! Really screwed up!!! Received a shipment on 21 August 3014 that was incomplete along with a bill for $13.00 shipping. Sent Jo a note advising her of shortage in the shipment and to provide the item soonest with pre-paid shipping. Remainder of the order received 28 August 2014. On 1 December 2014 I mailed Beaman's an RX to be filled. On 14 January 2015 I called Jo to find out the status of that order. Jo informed me she could no longer service me because I was unhappy with the last order and asked if I wanted my RX back. Anyone with good business ethics would have returned the RX advising the reason it cannot be filled. Had I not called I would not have know nor would I have gotten my RX back. She had plenty of time - 45 days!! Jo Flanagan did me a real favor - I no longer have to deal with her rudeness and ineptness. Jo needs to take a class in Business 101. My advice to anyone considering doing business with Beaman's is to treat yourself and stay away!!! read more
